Super friendly staff that were extremely helpful and fast in replacing my windshield. They are also fair in the prices they charge, which includes warranty coverage! The waiting area is clean and comfortable! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto glass repair!

Had to have my window replaced in my Chevy Colorado. I called J & D and they replaced it the very next day. They were fast and very reasonable in price. My new window in beautiful, I love it. But best of all they were so nice and made the process easy. I would recommend them for replacement or repair. J&D Glass is the best in Missoula! I had my windshield replaced by them last fall and was so happy with the service. They found the best priced windshield, got me scheduled for when it would come in and had the best customer service. They also said they do free chip repairs. I got a couple of chips over the winter months, I called today to see if they could fill them and they got me in right away and were done in about 20 minutes and were true to their word on the free chip repairs. We commute daily on I-90 so of course windshield chips and cracks are frequent for our multiple vehicles. J&D is the only glass shop in town we ever consider! The receptionists are always friendly and prompt and the glass team is professional, efficient, and good-natured. Shattered the rear glass on my older model SUV twice. Both times they sourced the part and repaired it very quickly. The price on the glass had gone up by the 2nd repair but they charged me the same price as the first time (was paying out of pocket since i had liability insurance only). Highly recommend.

We have been traveling and went on a big bump which caused my bike to hit the back window and broke it. j&d glass got us up and running in no time. Thanks so much! we were able to continue our journey and not worry about the broken window.

I m so impressed with the quality of my van window. I noticed I got a shower going through the car wash and they immediately got me in to see the issue! They had time to squeeze me in but I decided the next day was best! That was fine by them and in the mean time they stopped my leak issue! Came in the next day and was greeted with smiles and courtesy. Even with hiccups they held to their word and definitely do business with integrity and professionalism. I will be taking my other vehicles to them in the near future! Thank you for providing lasting service and high quality. If you need your glass fix come here!

I had never even heard of J&D up until I was calling every glass shop to find a specific window replacement but i was very pleased with my experience. Jannette who works up front was patient, pleasant to speak with and put genuine effort into answering my questions. Mike was also extremely kind and got back to me very quickly. They were the only glass shop that could help me find the auto glass I needed. Great job guys!

Best price I found in Missoula for my windshield with heater. Super fast installation and great workmanship. Replacement windshield is a very high quality OEM replacement. First time ever I have gotten a replacement windshield and been completely satisfied with the installation and the quality of the windshield. I wish all business transactions were as smooth as this one. Thank You J & D Glass!

These folks are faster, friendlier, and less expensive than the corporate glass shops. They've replaced my windshield on a car that a big name shop refused. They have also fixed a glass chip and loose weather stripping for free. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had limited time to get my windshield replaced and they were able to fit me into their schedule. They were almost half the price of the other guys in town and I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Thanks so much!

Jeff got the windshield I needed faster than I could drive there, then installed it in less time than to enjoy a cup off coffee. I'm fairly used to poor and expensive service in California, but Jeff did a great job and my MT family will be going there again.

Do NOT take your vehicle to these people.We bought a truck from eidie motors and when we bought it the windsheld was cracked Eidie motors said they would pay for it to be replaced took the truck to J and D on our 42nd day owing our truck everything worked perfect. We opened the hood and everything was still torn apart nothing was put back together. Called J and D they said bring the truck back in and they will put everything back. Took another day out of our scheduled picked up the truck and nothing i mean they didn't even pull the truck in nothing was fixed. Then the windshield wipers fluid was not working looked again and the hose was spraying down on the motor. We bought the truck and was in perfect condition now the hood doesn't close right we have had to fix several things now. They blame everything on Eidie Motors which everything was fine when we bought it. Please DO NOT do business with the place

Took my FJ Cruiser to J&D Glass in Missoula to fix some loose parts at the top of the hood where it meets the lower part of the windshield. The outside left and right plates were loose and a rubber stop that fit the antenna into the hood had also been destroyed due to a poorly executed windshield replacement I had done while traveling in South Carolina. The people at J&D told me which parts to order and after I scheduled an appointment they were able to do the repairs in less than 30 minutes. Very professional, extremely helpful and trustworthy. Definitely a very good company if your vehicle needs glasswork or related expertise.

Don't expect timeliness, quality or anyone who cares.... I was recently referred by Lithia to get new glass in my Jeep. I called initially on December 12th, was advised that i would receive a call back the following day.... That never happened, i followed up on three separate occasions and ended up right back where i started. I attempted to go local and ended up with safelite. Save yourself the time and just go with the pros!
