Amazing quality! Great people! Front end ppf and ceramic coating looks amazing! They cut around the factory hood decal and cleaned my car up awesome! Looked like they even cleaned the inside and they offered to take my car over to the tint place so I didn't have to make the 3 hour drive until my car was fully finished! I will send my friends here and I will definitely return myself!

I could not be happier with my experience at Imperial Auto Spa! My black 4runner has endured a few door dings, scratches, and things that needed to be buffed out for years! I finally got around to scheduling it and I am SO HAPPY with how incredible my car looks now! It's a 2014 yet looks brand new now thanks to these awesome people! They were super easy to communicate with via email and phone! 10/10 experience from start to finish!:) THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Fantastic experience at Imperial Auto Spa! I bought a new-to-me 2022 Tacoma used from hunting guide. The truck had a significant amount of grime and a decent amount of surface scratches from brush that I was not going to be able to get out on my own. I have never paid for a detail as its a solid chunk of money and I was apprehensive, but absolutely worth it at Imperial. They took time for me to go over specifics on certain areas of the truck as I dropped it off. The engine bay and truck bed (with a cap) also got special attention and cleaned very well. I was most impressed with %95 of the surface scratches buffed out and gone!If you're looking for a quality experience with top notch cleaning products, I would absolutely recommend Imperial. Both of the employees took care of my truck as if it were their own! Thank you Imperial!!

Best place in town to get a true detail done. Not your fly by night detail serive here. You pay for it, but it's done right. Full detail and ceramic coating for my Road Glide.

Imperial Auto Spa did an awesome job on our Honda Pilot's clear bra. They were one of the few places that could do all of the paint touch ups and headlight restoration on our "older" 2017. They made it look like it was brand new!Service: Headlight polishingService: Headlight polishing

When I brought my 14 year old Subaru in my back seat was covered in tar from fresh asphalt my dog tracked in. When I brought it in I didn t think it could be fixed but Chad was confident he could remove it. Not only did he remove it but the leather feels soft and supple like I never expected possible. It feels like a crime to let my dog on the leather, she now ride in back.If he takes care of my 14 year old car like this imagine what kind of a job he ll do for you.I have found the only person I m going to let touch my car inside and out besides me.Additionally, knowing I am supporting a local small business means a great deal. Keeping my money local is important to be, I know it will go right back into our great community.If your still in doubt stop by and have a chat with Chad. If you ve landed here and are reading this review, you found me! I m the proud owner of the Bronco Sport you ve seen around town with no snow on it, no water streaks, providing a beautiful reflection of the landscape in its shiny paint, and if you caught a glimpse of the inside then you already know it s spotless too (& yes, there were dog paws on my seats, & fur too)! THIS IS THE SHOP WE USED! Recommending Imperial Auto Spa was my choice. We didn t get a discount and we weren t asked. Let that sink in. These reviews are from genuine people who loved their experience so much that they WANTED to spread the word on it. If that doesn t tell you how awesome this place is, then read on.Chad and his team are incredibly friendly, down to earth, & just all around a hard working team! When I first called, I mentioned I had NO idea what the proper names of any services I wanted done were or what it included. I asked lots of questions, and got a lot of information. Chad had me come to the shop to look at my vehicle, told me what they offered, and made some recommendations. Chad made sure I knew I didn t have to make a decision right then and there, never made me question myself by asking if I was sure or if I wanted to upgrade , there were no fees charged that we didn t discuss, & my vehicle looks even better than it did with 3 miles on it fresh off the Ford lot. Outstanding job....I cannot say enough about how great my truck looks after sending it to Imperial Auto Spa. I had a complete detail inside and out and a ceramic coat applied. Chad did an amazing job on all of it. The truck looked better than new when I got it back. Chad was completely professional and easy to work with and his customer service is top notch. He checked back in with me multiple times to ensure I was happy and give me tips on keeping my truck looking great. Thanks again I will be a repeat customer with all my vehicles.

My only regret is not seeking Imperial Auto Spa's service sooner Chad was great to work with and his employees are top rate as they detailed my vehicle beautifully. A vehicle is a big investment so it makes sense to spend the money to not only maintain the vehicle mechanically, but also cosmetically. I highly recommend people contact Chad to see what services they offer to make your vehicle look great and maintain that look. You won't be disappointed!

Chad went above and beyond! We were in from out of town and had someone get sick in the back seat of our new vehicle. Although he was booked, he managed to squeeze us in after hearing we had a two day drive home. He did a great job on the car, worked quickly and gave us a great price. On March 1st I purchased my 2022 Kia Stinger, ceramic silver in color with the red interior. I had a paint protection film applied to the front but wanted to protect the rest of the car. I met with Chad at Imperial Auto Spa and he talked me through the options available through his company. I am delighted with the results! He applied a ceramic coating to the paint and protection on the wheel faces and the exterior glass. Chad was enthusiastic and easy to work with. He and his team did a professional job and will be coaching me on the proper way to maintain the beautiful shine of my new GT2 Stinger. The coating added a great deal more depth and shine to the paint and I'm convinced it will be easier and simpler to wash myself.

Chad did an amazing job! I needed to get my car cleaned and ready to sell and Chad was able to accommodate my busy schedule. When I picked up the car it was immaculate, the attention to detail was beyond superb and I would recommend Imperial Auto Spa to anyone who wants to feel like they are driving a brand new car!

Chad and his team did an outstanding job of odor removal on our 2020 Toyota 4-Runner. We had forgotten to dispose of a garbage bag in the cargo area, and it was left in the closed up vehicle in a hot garage for 1 week before discovered. Needless to say "putrid" doesn't come close to the smell that permeated every surface. We are so thankful for the determination of Chad and his team to eliminate the horrible smell. Thank you again to Chad and his team at Imperial Auto Spa! Fantastic customer service! I brought my truck to Imperial Auto Spa and Chad was able to do a complete paint correction. He filled in rock chips and removed all visible swirl marks. He then applied a ceramic coating and had my truck looking brand new again. Chad was very professional. He explained the whole procedure ahead of time and sent me updates and photos during the job.As an added bonus Chad provided a complimentary wash and went over proper wash technique helping me to better avoid any future swirl marks resulting from improper washing practices. It is obvious the folks at Imperial Auto Spa take pride in their work as well as providing excellent customer service.I will continue to go to Imperial Auto Spa for any future detailing needs and would recommend them to anyone!Services: Full body wash, Scratch removal, Polishing, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I brought my 15 year old Corvette to get it ceramic coated. Chad did an excellent job removing all the little swirl marks and stone chips that had accumulated over the years. He even went the extra mile and repainted my sideview mirrors for me. The car looked better than I've ever seen it, the ceramic coating is no joke it really lets the water slide right off the paint. Chad and his team did a phenomenal job on a full undercarriage detail of my classic 911. They went above and beyond and I am thoroughly impressed. The engine, trans, and wheel wells are museum quality now. To top it off, they sent me a photo gallery of the work. Regular detailing doesn't come close to this service. I had 2 cars done and Wow! They look amazing. If you have a vehicle you cherish this is the place to bring them. It is a spa for your vehicle after all. Treat them to a luxury massage from Chad. You won't regret it. Thanks Chad!

Chad is a professional at what he does, his work is truly top notch. Missoula is lucky to have this quality of detail ability in town. That said, you get what you pay for. While my truck needed some love from repetitive use on a touch car wash, it was over $2k (exterior only). Hey, Banaye Harger here with Purity Cleaning services. Imperial put a protective coat on my Cadillac and it looks fantastic- I m beyond happy! I have Guinea hens and they love their reflections. They literally hang out by the Cadillac all day starring at themselves because the car is like a mirror. Worth every penny! I m so very happy I took my car in. He was fast and the price was amazing for what he did! My 2013 looks like I just bought it. Can t recommend Imperial enoughService: Paint repair
