I don't even know where to begin with this wonderful place! TRULY ONE OF KIND! The owner Josh is always EXTREMELY positive, and no matter how booked they are they get me in for an appointment quickly and do a great job quickly as well! Josh explains things very thoroughly when diagnosing the issue to help me understand end educate me further. My car troubles don't bring me near as much anxiety any more because I know I can get it fixed quickly while doing a great job. All the staff are also very friendly, and do a fantastic job. "HONESTY" auto is surely a suitable name for this place. They are a great team!

Took a little while to get in, but they were able to make an appointment, and stick to it. They are busy because they are good. When we did get our car in they diagnosed the issue and had it fixed very quickly. Their skills and technology helped them diagnose the exact issue and put it to bed, WITHOUT a long drawn out process of replacing things and racking up a bill. Honesty Auto is a good name for the shop

Josh is exactly what his business' name is: Honest. He takes the time to determine the exact cause of the problem and fixes it. They have excellent customer service on top of actually treating you like a human. I recommend these guys for all your automotive repairs!

I was driving down, from Salmon Arm to Yellowstone with my family, when my battery light came on somewhere after Spokane. It was unnerving as we had a long tr�p ahead of us and the battery was not charging. Josh was God sent. Despite his tight schedule and me coming in really late , he took care of us and made sure the car was ok to be back on the road.If you are looking for a good and honest mechanic look no further. Honesty Automotive lives up to its name with a down to earth, honest and compassionate owner. Thank you for everything Josh. We truly appreciate it. God bless you always.

Excellent service they do extremely good service for a good price Josh is a honest person and makes sure your back on the road best part is he lets you know when your vehicle will be done roughly and makes sure your back on the road hats off to the guys in the back to you guys rock to

I love my truck. Honestly, I never thought I would get one, despite it being all my dad wanted for me. I went through three cars before I found this beauty and I never want to go without again. Honesty automotive was a last minute (much needed) oil change that Josh was able to fit me in for and what a great experience! Josh and the guys are friendly and were loving toward my puppy. It was a quick oil change and I was back on the road. Happy to get to know the business a little better and hoping to be back next time around!

Honesty, and Integrity are in the name. But does it stand against the face of the truth? I am here to declare, that it does.I was lost, a basket case, broken down and in a real pickle. These guys at Honest, sitting beautifully on a scene of God's Mountains displayed, you can feel the truth pouring out of this place- like you're in a Church event but it's ONLY focused on cars and mechanics.A delightful experience, and didnt even charge me for a small fix, when he not only could have- probably should have IMO. Don't nickel and dime these guys, cause they'll probably let you. They pay good attention to detail. I'm ASD and OCD- I KNOW they do!!! So Pay them straight.Go here for a repair for your family ride, truthfully. They live up to the Title of Their Own Name. Honesty is legitimately found here, it is NOT a MASK. It is a declaration.Experience and expertise meeting ethical, well priced labor for something that we all need. I couldn't possibly bless this shop more. The Lord is good. He shows me the paths to take to find his people. I found them here. Go check em out. No other review required.

We have been taking our vehicles to Honesty since we came to Missoula in 2013. Always does a great job and it is done when promised. The prices are always fair. The only problem now is being able to get in because he is so busy. Honesty Automotive was so gracious to fix our blew wheel bearing. We're from our of town and didn't know where to go. I can't thank them enough. We were on a time crunch to get home. The name lives up to our total experience! Thank you to all the staff. Every phone call was a great experience. Now we're on our way thank for the wonderful service A+ in my book.

Great customer service and our vehicle was repaired quickly! We took it to a couple other shops and they were not able to successfully repair our engine that was overheating, and Honesty Automotive was. We will definitely use them again, highly recommend. While I did not obtain repair services from Honesty Automotive, they did provide over-the-phone support when I had car trouble on the side of the road. They were kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful as they provided troubleshooting guidance that helped me get to my next location as safely as possible. I am forever grateful for their care and efforts during a distressful time.

ME AND MY HUSBAND CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HONESTY AUTO.!!!!JOSH HAS TO BE THE MOST KIND PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. HONESTY AUTO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS NEEDED.BLESS YOU JOSH AND EVERYONE AT HONESTY AUTO. They were great guys. They got me all the information that I needed to get fixed, how much and how long it would take. I had alot of questions and they answered every single one of them. I got quotes from other places and these guys were just by far the best rate. They had my car done the same day. Two of my daughters have gone there before and got the same professional service. I recommend them to anyone looking for good, quality, honest service...

Communication, flexibility, and follow through seem to be some of the most important attributes that a business can have and Josh and his crew at Honesty Automotive have all those and more! I am sure glad that I went with them, especially after other shops in town either told me they couldn't do the work, or just didn't call me back due to the nature of the job (electronically controlled, active suspension). At any rate, this ultimately led me to Honesty Automotive, who I fully intend to use in the future for other work. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

This was the first time we have used Honesty Auto, but it certainly will not be our last.We needed to replace the front and back shocks and struts on our 2000 Toyota Tundra and a friend referred us.Josh was able to schedule Roxy in with a very reasonable lead time and provided me a very accurate quote. We dropped her off the afternoon before, which is a very convenient service. Received a call from Josh stating that our sway bars were broken also. Not unexpected for a truck 22 years old. It was amazing they had them in stock! Work was completed in an excellent amount of time and we picked her up in the afternoon. It has been a very, very long time since Roxy has driven so nicely!Thanks so much for Josh and his team for providing such quality, honest, and professional service. Highly, highly, recommended!

First time using Honesty Automotive. It was a long wait to get seen, but absolutely worth your time to get them to work on your vehicle. I had some known issues and my priority was getting my 4-wheel drive to engage. They understood the importance and successful traced/repaired an electrical short in the same day. I will surely return to them for any future problems. They get my vote of confidence.

These guys are absolutely the best! I had our only vehicle develop a starting issue which left us in a bind. Even though they were fully booked a month out, Josh worked me into the schedule and repaired our Jeep by the next day! They are friendly and do top quality work at a very fair price. My daughter is a student at the University of Montana and her 2000 Honda Civic broke down on the way back to school from the Seattle area. Not knowing any mechanics in Missoula we were stuck in a tough spot. Josh went above and beyond to fit her SUV in to diagnose the problem. I am very impressed with his attention to detail, availability to talk and the quality of the work that he performed. We were coming into town, on our way to South Dakota and had our AC go out. I called about 5 minutes out and Josh told us to come on by. He was in a wonderful mood and super professional. I truly feel like our prayers were answered! He charged our AC and got us back on the road ASAP! What a great experience, such a wonderful group of mechanics!! Thank you Josh, you saved our trip!!

My last appointment was awesome! They thoroughly checked my vehicle for any issues and resolved the one I was in for. I was scheduled immediately for a follow up on the other issue since I couldn't leave it overnight. But not without being offered a rental car. The team is amazing! The communication is unparalleled. My husband and I have been here a few times to have our cars worked on and I would definitely recommend them. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And they seem to be very fairly priced. They got us in as soon as they could and got our car to us as fast as they could while still getting the job done right. We were definitely not disappointed in our experiences with them. I would highly recommend them if your not sure where to take your car. I believe they truly are honest and are out to do right by their customers.
