Great dealership that goes out their way to help you. No other dealerships in the area lookout for their riders like this place. They have a great community and are good guys who actually ride so they understand what your going through with bike issues. They helped me out my forks when they didn t have to and I own a Kawasaki. the other dealership was trying to charge me outrageous prices for just the use of a tool but this place did not can t thank them enough.

What can I say, they are always helpful, have the parts you need (if they don't, they get it) not over priced. My wife and I are currently debating between KTM and Honda for our next motorcycles.... these guys may just have it in the bag!!

These guys are amazing. They were able to seal my forks within a couple of days even though they were booked up. Shout out to Mark for the great customer service and knowledge! Thank you guys! Definitely the best shop in town.

Great people and great service. I needed tires on a trip from NY to OR. I had fresh tires waiting for me, but the ones I was on were too far gone. I called on Mon night to check if they had anything, and they did. Got in Tuesday morning and the brought my bike in and started the swap as soon as I arrived. I was out the door and on my way in less than 2 hours. Thanks for keeping me rolling!

We recently purchased a pioneer 1000 from FVH. This actually is the 2nd machine we've purchased from FVH. This is a family run business that knows their products. They treat you fairly and honestly, and all without the high pressure that seems to often come in the sales world. We definitely recommend Five Valley Honda!

Like others have reviewed, was on the BDR on my Africa Twin. Was going through town and needed a new front tire. Definitely appreciate that these guys were able to squeeze me in on a random weekday afternoon, but upon leaving my dash board lit up (ABS and TCS lights weren't turning off like they normally do) and then it threw the check engine light shortly after pulling out of the parking lot. Turned around and came back. I found out the tech put my front wheel on backwards, which meant the wheel sensor was not reading properly. They got it fixed right away and apologized, but I left with my check engine light still on and they couldn't tell me why. At least the ABS and TCS lights cleared as I left the second time. Check engine light cleared itself later that evening after shutting the bike off for a couple hours. Little scary a Honda power sports dealership can make a mistake like that on a Honda bike, but at least I was able to get home after another 1500 miles on a fresh tire.

Great Service! I was stranded with a blown back wheel bearing. Mark and the team got the parts, got it repaired and back on the road in record time. The price was fair and the service great. I would definitely recommend this shop for sales and service

The team at Five Valley Honda is always a pleasure to deal with. Each and every employee that I have dealt with over the years has been professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Without hesitation, I highly recommend FVH if you are in the market for a new bike or quad, parts, apparel, or your throttle therapy machine of choice needs service.

Traveling on the Idaho BDR I needed some minor work done to keep me going. Though busy, Chad and the guys took care of me and got me back on the trail in less then a half hour! Thanks for the generous help.

Nothing but good things to say about this place!! The service department was so accommodating when I became stranded on a cross country trip. Within an afternoon I was back up and running. Awesome, friendly people!!

Good day and thank you all at the Five Valley Honda Yamaha service. I was in need of a new tire, you not only had one available but you also accommodated me and my bike to get the tire replaced. I was back on the road in no time and today, August 31, 2022 safely made it home. You guys are awesome, oh and the two pups made my day too! Take care all, and anyone looking for great service and support this shop does all they can to help you out.

Travelling Through and need a front tire for my Motorcycle. Out of the other three leading Motorcycle shops in the area Five Valley Hondas was the only one that not only had a tire in stock their price was unbelievably better and once I removed the tire from my bike Brett even mounted and Balanced it for me. I can't enough say enough about their Positive attitude towards Customer service. Great Job Guys and Girls.

Day 5 of a seven day bike trip I rolled into town on a bald rear tire. The staff was great!!, very accommodating. Had me back on the road in a couple hours. They went out of there way to help an out of towner, much appreciated. Thanks

Chad, his mom and dad were absolutely fabulous to work with! We purchased 3 four wheelers from these guys all spread out over the last 4 years and even in these jacked up COVID days when inventory management has created supply chain nightmares they still were great. They let us know when their next shipments were coming in and what next steps would look like. If you need anything, I highly recommend Five Valley. Cheers!

Last month my buddy and I were visiting a friend in darby. When we arrived it was obvious that my tires would not make the return trip to so. Cal. Made a phone call to five Valley in search tires and found them in stock. Chad hooked me up. And even my vet stwith a discount

These guys rock and they saved my bacon! I got two punctures on my rear tire going from Lewiston to Lolo, Montana. I tried to plug them but one was a diagonal puncture and it wouldn't seal. I was 147 miles from anyone that could fix the tire. So i called Chad and he said if I could get it there they had a tire waiting for me! I limped it over to them (airing up the tire, every 20 minutes) and they got me in ( over lunch hour) and had me on the road again in an hours time! Their flexibility and willingness to take a drop in went above and beyond. I only ended up losing 4-6 hours of my trip instead of a while day. HIGHLY recommend Five Valley!

Great customer service! Dropped my bike off before leaving town for a couple weeks. They kept me in the loop the entire time! If they found something wrong they called me and asked before fixing it so there was no surprises on my bill! Highly recommended!

Been wanting to do this for a while and just kept forgetting. This place is amazing. Last summer we pulled in needing a tire and feeling like our vacation was going to have to be cut short. These guys knew we were from out of state and could have nailed us, but instead got the bike in, changed the tire and got us on the road at no more than we would have paid at home.. friendly, clean, beautiful show room and they made us very comfortable while we were waiting. Had a water pump start leaking on my VTX1800 during a bike trip. These guys had the new pump flown in overnight and replaced it as soon as it arrived. I wasn t delayed more than a few hours. I really appreciated how they worked hard to make the repair happen to salvage my trip. 5 stars for top notch service! Also they have a nice coffee room to hang out in while the work was being done. Thanks again guys.

I called at 3:30PM on a Saturday, in need of a new rear tire for my Kawasaki Concours. We were on our way Lewiston to Stanley via Lolo, and noticed that the tire needed urgent attention. After the local Kawasaki shop said that it could not help me, Mark at Five Valley told me to come on by and said that they would get me back on the road so we could continue our trip. Mark and his tech, Bart, saved me my two buddies from having put everything on hold and totally re-work our plan and reservations. I am SO GRATEFUL!! What an awesome shop!

Incredible service. Walked in looking for an adventure bike, but the Africa Twin was a bit too tall for me. Chad showed me the CB500x, and when I asked to test ride one he let me test ride his bike! (which was the same bike just one year older.) Just amazing people, and went out of their way to make sure I would be comfortable on the new bike. Extremely happy and every part of the process was easy and smooth thanks to the guys at this shop.

Awesome place. We were on a long ride, about 2700 miles. We lost a headlight. They sold use the light, changed it out and had us on our way in less than 15 minutes. Thank you!!!
