Just bought a 2024 Civic Hatchback this week. I highly recommend working with Elijah at DMU Honda. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Made the buying process painless and quick. In less than 2 hours, we completed all the signing paperwork, and I drove off the lot with a clean, new car that same afternoon. Elijah took the time to show me the car's features and settings, set up my Android Auto, introduced me to their service dept., and followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was running smoothly. After having a negative experience at a different dealership in town, I can tell you that DMU Honda and Elijah are very easy to work with. Go here if you want a professional, considerate, and low pressure buying experience.

I wanted a 2024 Honda CRV. Elijah Pedersen was really helpful during the whole process. He helped me navigate the color of my new CRV and kept me up-to-date on when the car was being built, shipped and then delivered. I am very happy with my my new CRV.

I worked with Alex at the Denny Menholt Honda dealership in Missoula through the course of about two weeks. He kept in contact with us the entire time checking to see if we needed information on any cars we were looking at. He didn t rush, provided us with information on what cars may work best within our budget, needs, and even giving us information on additional perks of the car. He gave us time to think over options, and made himself available. When we finally decided on a car (2017 Honda Civic EX-T FWD) he was Amazing and made the experience super exciting and enjoyable! Making sure the buying process went by smoothly sharing extra details on the car and checking in after our purchase to make sure things are still going smoothly! They have a great team there all together. Thank you so much, this was such a great experience!

I had the most wonderful (and unexpected) time leasing a new Honda, and the team at Denny Menholt made the process seamless and enjoyable. I dropped in to Service to replace a windshield wiper, then ended up driving home in a brand new vehicle!I had already been in contact with Wisteria regarding my approaching lease-end, who was helpful, attentive and supportive via email/phone even before I came in that day. In-person, she was more than happy to provide the opportunity to drive, then went above and beyond by running numbers and different options that would work best for my situation. It felt like she truly had my best interest in mind, and I've never had such an effortless and enjoyable experience when in this setting. In her words, "this is how it should be!"I was truly blown away by the kindness and assistance that I received from everyone at the dealership that day (there was even a cute lil dog), and I am so so grateful for all of your help pairing me with my dream car!

I couldn t be happier with my purchase! As my parents age I m spending more time at my home in Montana, and I needed a reliable vehicle for all types of weather. Chad Marriage was the perfect salesman. Great communication, and got me exactly what I wanted at the right price! I will happily send any friends and family to him. I bought a used Honda and it drove for 5,000 miles before the engine had to be replaced, and then investing several thousand more dollars on a vehicle that wouldn t stop breaking down. The woman who manages this dealership is awful. Someone knew this vehicle was bad, and sold it as a great car for double what it was worth and wouldn t even pay half in cash for it after this terrible deal. Save your time and energy, deal with someone who has integrity, NOT DENNY MENHOLT UNIVERSITY HONDA. They ve successfully lost our family and friends as customers indefinitely.

Bought my 3rd new vehicle from this place, first one in 1991. I will never buy another vehicle again from this place. Me and my family were misled on optional services, and when confronted, they did not admit their mistake and refused to correct it, despite multiple attempts by me and my family. I consider their sales practices dishonest. Buy somewhere else. Cannot recommend at all.

Wisteria helped us look at and buy a very nice used Honda CRV. I was thankful for her kindness and knowledge of the vehicle. She helped to set up and show all the different technologies the vehicle had and told me to stop by if I had any questions or problems. She went above and beyond to help us! Thank you for your help and availability. The sale went so smoothly and we love the car.

I just bought a new honda civic from here and my sales person, Wisteria, was very helpful and nice, as a first time car buyer my experience was very easy and everything was very well explained. I did a ton of research on dealerships and this one seemed friendly above all others and everyone was so welcoming. Id like to thank Wisteria and Matt for this wonderful experience!!!

Addendum: The service department, and especially Brad, provided excellent customer serviceI'm a very recent, first time Honda owner. Sales Consultant Chad Marriage provided me outstanding customer service. He's a real people person, who I felt immediately comfortable with in conversation. He knows the Honda products and communicates every aspect of purchasing one very well. Chad cares about his customers and will keep your best interest in the forefront of any sales. My thanks to Chad, and to the other representatives that I met as well.

I will give University Motors on service repair a 4/5 and I'll give Chad a 5/5. They were in a super big rush today I guess. I got an oil change and they forgot to put in a dash filter or something. No big deal, they did it immediately on arrival when I pointed it out. As far as sales goes, I think Chad is awesome, he's super not in your face trying to sell you a car and just kinda lets you do your own thing with no pressure to look at vehicle options.

After a months and months of looking for a vehicle, trying to get everything in order, we found help here. Alex helped us through the entire process and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone here was very thorough with the details about our purchase, they left no questions unanswered. The vehicle was absolutely clean and ready for us. I would definitely recommend going here for your car purchases because they really care and keep in touch with you from start to finish. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and not until the last purchase did me and my wife have an awful experience with Brad the service manager. He was rude and very condescending towards my wife. He likes to talk down to women and treat them like they are stupid and like they don't know any better. Had issues with the used car we bought only days after purchase and Brad claimed all was well when we took it in...we get a call later saying nevermind there is a leak and it's getting fixed. We come back to pick it up and the windshield wipers are out of alignment. Brad claims it was like that when we took it in and refuses to fix it...it definitely was not like that. We get tired of Brad's attitude and superiority complex and take it to the Ford dealership where they fix the wiper blades free of charge and the multiple leaks Brad claimed were none existent....again free of charge. This Brad character should not be working with people or a manager of anything. We will never take our vehicles to this guy again. He was the horrible experience and the reason for the 1 star.

I dont usually write reviews unless the product or service is superb so this review says something. I've gone here a few times to get some parts for my vehicles and the service in the parts department is superb every time. Bobby especially is a very knowledgeable and kind fella and knows a ton about Hondas. I always love stopping by as I know I'm going to be getting top notch service. I've been to a couple of other dealerships and none have been better than Denny Menholt Honda. If you're hesitant to go here, don't be. These guys are amazing!

I've been in Missoula for 30 years and had learned to avoid this place early on due to pushy salespeople etc. I took a chance the other day because I was curious to know more about a particular vehicle they had. I have to say, they seem to have improved their game. The salesman I met with, Isaac, was the opposite of pushy. He was incredibly helpful and got me the exact information in an kind and unassuming fashion. I wasn't in love with this particular vehicle enough at this time to move forward but would not hesitate to shop here or do business with Isaac in the future. Thank you for your time!

These people are liars! They serviced my Honda Odyssey and had it there for almost 2 weeks. When I got my vehicle back it had a HUGE crack right in the center of my windshield with a big hit mark right below my wipers. When I talked to the service member about it before taking it home he admitted that it was not there when I brought it in. He also checked the inspection form they do on vehicles when they re brought in and confirmed it was not noted. He took pictures of it and told me it might have been vandalized while left out over the nights. He told me they needed to check their surveillance cameras. He took pictures and all. Days later they call me back and say they are not responsible and that it was there when I brought it in. Do not deal with these LIARS! Next time I will drive to Coeur d Alene Honda to have my vehicle serviced. Don t trust these people.
