I don t recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership but if you do definitely get it looked at by another auto body shop in town before you make any final decisions. They are disorganized and not great at communicating, it took me about two months to get possession of my title. Overall I would just avoid CF Auto. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Incredibly unorganized and disrespectful business (if you could even call it that). I watched them blow off any responsibility they had as a dealership and knowingly sell an unsafe vehicle to a friend. Not only did they sell this car knowing it was unsafe, they made clear and blatant attempts to hide other issues that were never disclosed. I don t recommend doing business of any kind with this fraudulent company.

The father and son business is built on lies and blatant disrespect towards their customers. They knowingly sell broken vehicles to people, under the impression that they are in perfect condition. The son who works on the vehicles is so disrespectful and glared and laughed at us when he saw our frustration with the broken vehicle that they sold. They father is incredibly disorganized and fails to deliver the title of the car. Do not support this business. Bad cars. Bad service. Lies. Disrespect. That is CF auto.

This is a total scam. They sold my college kid an unsafe vehicle, never produced the title (claimed it was sent to DMV) and became unresponsive. Filing legal claims. They should be criminally liable for any injuries caused by the vehicles they touch because they knowingly covered up safety issues.

I've only spoken to them on the phone about some parts for a 98 Sierra 1500. But they were super professional and helpful as well as gave some some other places to call for possible replacement parts Definitely recommend them for used parts

Been waiting 12 weeks for them to pull one part. Every time I call it sounds like the owner fakes a phone call to his staff and tells them to pull it today. Every single time I call he does this. Fraudulent company. Haven't had my car for 3 months now. Thanks for nothing

Thieves!This place not only fraudulently over-charged my debit card, but claimed he (Cedar) would bus the parts over to me. He then left them in a ditch on the side of the road in the rain without any regard for when I would be able to pick them up. When I asked him what if someone were to steal them, I was told that this is America . Are you serious?!After I received the parts, looking around in a ditch for 20 minutes, they were damaged and unusable. I was told I would be refunded after I returned them. I returned them, and two weeks later I have yet to receive any clue of a refund. Although he was real quick to overcharge my card.I ve called numerous times asking where the refund is and get hung up on. I ve had to file a fraudulent merchant dispute with my bank because of this place.Beware of CF Auto Parts and the people you speak with here. They are arrogant liars and thieves. Trust your instincts as I should have.

My brother-in-law broke down along I-90 east of Missoula. I called here to inquire about an engine and if they knew a good local mechanic. Amazing customer service - helped put me in touch with people I could trust to help my family member. By the end of the evening my brother-in-law and his Red Honda Fit were continuing on the journey west fully repaired. Can't say enough good things about people that have knowledge and a willingness to help!

Wide selection of Subarus, but they are hit and miss on customer service (more miss). If you need a receipt get it when you get the part. Sometimes open on Saturday and sometimes not.

The people here are the best. Very informative, helpful and have all the car parts you need. Great company. I will keep coming back for years to come. Best prices and quality. If you have a problem with your car this is where you should go.

Went here for some various parts for my Subaru. The kid there was super friendly and drove me to their *second lot* to find the car I have and got the parts for me. Best one in town.

Excellent service!! Sam really knows his stuff. Found a spare mirror and a hub cap for my '98 Tercel with below competition prices. Definitely a go to family friendly place. Will go again.

Called for a part that is listed to be in stock on the locater service. Guy on phone said he would look and call me back. No call back. Called again, same thing, no call back. Now won't answer the phone. No longer interested in doing business with them.

I've been going out to CF auto for the past few years getting parts and pieces for my car and other peoples cars these folks are really good about helping a person out and their prices are more than reasonable
