If you have any carp needs, this is the place to go! The friendliest most helpful service I have ever had. As a single woman I concerned about my oil light coming on. They came out to check my oil and helped me purchase the right oil for my car. They even would ve put it in for me except that it didn t need it at this point. I bought the oil, put it in the trunk, and went off down the road feeling much more secure, and confident. This is my go to from now on for any car part needs in Missoula!

An excellent store with an exceptional staff. I stop in here from time to time when in town and I am always pleased with the staff and their eagerness to help. My wiper blades required a weird connector so they came out and helped change them for me. The manager seems to really care about customers and I believe he would do whatever is necessary to get you back on the road. I needed parts for an old truck project I was working on and Pat was able to look them up in paperback manuals when they weren't in the computer... who does this anymore? Although the store is old and dated, it is very clean and organized. Glad they are more focused on quality service rather than a brand new store, unlike the green competitor down the road that does an awful job out of a brand new store. The owners should invest a bit in renovating this store to enable the manager to win over those customers who care about curb appeal, just my thought. Thank you for your excellent work

Once again, the staff has been amazing!!! They helped me find my battery and are installing it now. They are also changing a bad brake light for me. They always explain what they are doing and I will not go anywhere else. Thanks again for going above and beyond! Amazing experience every time!

excellent service with amazing staff!! they are beyond helpful and go out of their way to make sure you ll get your car running as it should!! My car broke down and I was at a loss, but nevertheless they helped it get it running. Thank you Tanner!! you re awesome

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:Words cannot describe what an incredible experience I had here at Carquest. The manager, Justin, was without a doubt the kindest, most helpful individual that I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was in need of a specialty item for a truck bed sleep system I was building, and also needed a part for my alignment which I had no idea what the part was called so he took the liberty of walking out with me to my truck, got down on the ground to see what it was that I needed and then he also helped me determine the size of struts I needed for my bed cover. First off, If it weren t for Justin s willingness to help I would have had to go pay a mechanic over $100 in order to determine what the part that I needed was. That alone made it the best experience I ve ever had but that s not all. He then walked me back to their warehouse, which is on site behind the store, (where they had every part you could ever think of) and gave me a couple of options to choose from based off how much money I was looking to spend. Topping things off, Justin gave me a deal on everything for being a veteran, which I truly appreciate because not everyone honors those discounts.I always say that you never know what someone is going through so try to be a good person to everyone you encounter; Justin lived this motto that day and for someone who has been facing a great deal of recent life challenges, I seriously cannot express enough how grateful I was to have gone in that day.1.) Kind, Friendly, helpful, & KNOWLEDGEABLE staff2.) Huge selection of inventory with the best prices around3.) A place where people actually care about helping and aren t afraid to go out of their way to do so.5/5 stars: I wouldn t go anywhere else! We went in to get new windshield wipers, we were lucky enough to chat with Justin the general manager who took extra time to help install the wipers, adjust their range of motion, and turn off our check engine light so we could monitor it better. All of this was super early in the morning but him and his team were nothing but chipper and kind!

Yet again, saved by Don! This time a new battery, last time, a .73 lightbulb, lol! I love this place, Don ALWAYS takes care of me and never makes me feel dumb. This is hands down the BEST car parts store in town. I HIGHLY recommend coming her for your auto part needs.

Highly recommend Carquest in Missoula! They are very customer service oriented and it made such a difference for me on my trip when I broke down while fueling up.They were very patient, helpful and professional. I can't say enough good about Tanner and the delivery driver who helped me trouble shoot and went above and beyond what was expected, especially for helping me out after hours.I was on my way from southern Montana to Washington state to help out a family member after she'd had a baby. What could have been a very stressful situation, became just an inconvenience and slight put back on time thanks to the team at Carquest. Thanks again guys! You're the best!

Everyone at carquest are extremely out going and willing to help customers anywhere from buying wipers and installing them to finding the most difficult and odd part there is. They almost always have the parts you need for you vehicle in stock and if they don't its already ordered and on the way. Justin really cares about his customers.

Wonderful costumer service! I had a great experience at Carquest in both Missoula and Libby MT. In both places the staff was friendly and helpful above and beyond what I've experienced in other parts stores. Carquest is now my new go-to store!

I have been going here for years. I have never gotten the wrong part. If they don't have it, they will the next day. They know their stuff, knowledgeable and think outside the box. I needed parts for a '59 Peugot. I forget who figured it out, but they found a Saab part that worked. No other parts house would have done that. They are the best.

Being a person newer to the area I feel very happy to say I found my go to auto shop. I ve come in several times and every time the GM, Justin, remembered me and was very helpful! I feel very welcomed each time I come in.Laura, was pretty on top of things. I needed a car battery that wasn t in shop, she found it and had it sent over within 24 hours. Very impressive!When I needed help with putting in my battery Justin made sure someone was able to help me. I had such a great experience with Pat, Mark, and Don. I have only positive things to say about my experiences!There s a comfort in working with such high quality service and supplies. Thank you!

Tanner and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and polite! Went above and beyond to help my husband and I with some battery trouble while we were visiting from out of town. They did everything for us even though they appeared to be short staffed. Better than any other service we have ever received at similar stores! 10/10!

I would just like to say that I watched a girl walk in that said she was locked out of her car next door and asked for a loaner tool or help getting into her car and they said they don't loan that tool. Why would you have a sign posted in you storefront window that says free loaner tools? I would say that out of loaner tools that a tool to get someone in their car would be quite Important.

The employees at this establishment are wonderful. Justin helped me out when most other car part stores in town were very unhelpful. He was fast, clean, and incredibly knowledgable. I will be back for other vehicle needs in the future, and highly reccomend anyone talking to these guys if they run into any issues that they may help with. Thank you!

The workers at this Carquest are absolutely TOP NOTCH people. We needed help getting the right parts and figuring out what part was messed up with our wipers. Tanner went above and beyond to come out and help us even with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. We couldn't have chose a better place to stop and get the parts we needed. I had to return an item I bought from Advance Auto parts in Pasco Washington. I was greeted by 3 friendly men working behind the counter. Upon presenting the receipt, my item was happily returned and the next day the money was back in my bank account. I enjoyed my time in this store very much due to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Frustrated because the hours posted don t match the actual times the store is open. Sign says until 7, door always locks well before then. Just close at 5 if it s an issue .Luckily, there are plenty of other auto parts suppliers in town.

These guys are great. Always friendly and helpful. Wouldn't sell me a funnel and sent me off with a paper one, which is what I really needed.I'll be back!
