A woman that works there didn't catch her name but started with a "j" - was FANTASTIC! she went above and beyond helping me, was patient and kind and and helpful! She needs a raise! This store had exactly what I needed on a sudden necessary stop in for a broken tail light bulb.

The staff was very helpful, and they had the right part. My old Chevy has been eating inner door handles for years. They had a heavy duty option that nobody else had and they soldi it to me for the same price because I'd bought so many in the last few years. 1 every 6 months. LOL. It's been 8 months and the door opens as easy as ever and I think it's fixed for good. I'm still a hardcore Napa guy but AutoZone won this battle for sure. They stocked the part nobody else did and I will be back.

Wow! Steve was unbelievably helpful when we stopped by. He and another gal in the store helped test our battery twice, come to find out it was shot. Got a new one and Steve helped install it for us! Felt like we mattered and he was so nice. Definitely coming back here going forward! Excellent service compared to other companies around town! Auto Zone you rock!

Like most part stores they are going to burn you if you need it now and then it's usually a remaned part you have to make sure it works before you leave,if you have time, Rock Auto is your go to place

Some parts are good, some are great, but then the OEM tools reinforced cutoff blades are garbage!!! Reinforced? With what, cotton. The blades broke as I took them out of the package.Update, thanks for the reply. I'll continue using autozone, because like I said, you have good stuff, it was just that purchase, those tools.

First person in the building but since they did not know what they were doing they ended up helping multiple before while I waited for them to figure it out. When a staff meme er tried getting someone else to help me she was so rude, absolutely disgusting. I won t go to this location ever again

I never would have thought that I would like such a corporate auto parts store but the staff is great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes the lines get to be a little bit long, but I think that's a short staffing issue and has very little to do with the staff that they do have. ****UPDATE***They have done a phenomenal job of eliminating the lines in the last couple months!!!

Fast helpful service besides some people that work there need a little more training before working the front counter considering the customers are the ones basically doing the training not bad though.

They were good enough. They are a bit understaffed and had too much going on, but they eventually got me taken care of once they were able to focus for a bit.The staff is generally friendly, especially the manager. He said they are actively looking for help so anyone looking for a job might want to try there. They could use the help.

Don't go to this store... I went there to borrow a Pittman arm removal tool. I was the only customer in the store. As I waited several minutes with products in my hand there were 3 employees behind the counter... The store manager and 2 employees. The manager started helping me and I said that I needed to borrow a Pittman arm puller he pulled up a power steering pump I said that was incorrect... at that point he gave up and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and asked if I was having a bad day. He said we are short people and I wasn't the only customer that needed a part. I was still the only customer in the store and no one on the phones. Long story short I have never been treated with such disrespect in any business in my life.. Don't spend your money at this store. This person has no business in customer service.

My son's car needed a battery replaced and after calling 10 different garages and parts stores, Sam and her colleague Steve took care of everything, from a smooth purchase by phone to going and installing the battery for him.

This place is why I wish you could give 0 stars. I called in to purchase a 400 dollar part...worked with a guy that seemed new which is fine. He kept at it until the time came to make a payment. Then his supervisor grabbed the phone to inform me that they "are swamped and that since I don't have an account on file through my new phone number they shouldn't do the transaction, but they will this time." "We are swamped, we are totally swamped right now" Not only is that not my fault, I wasn't aware there is a difference between calling and standing in their "swamped store" to do business there. Dude was rude, counter-productive, however deserves credit because he stopped me from completing my purchase and aided in my decision to shop elsewhere.

Ray from Autozone on 3rd was incredibly helpful and professional. I needed a new battery on my car and he had it recommended and installed within 30 minutes. If you need any kind of preventative maintenance done on your car, these guys won't let you down.

I called to simply ask how much a new car battery would cost the women on the phone asked if I could hold I of course said yes and was waiting on hold for over 20 mins i decided to hang up and call back and she answered right away with a horrible attitude so she either forgot I was on hold or simply didn t want to talk to me I was very disappointed and will not be calling or going to this location anymore

I went in randomly hoping that I could find a few random spare parts, and not only did they have all of them but Sam was so awesome and helpful. Promote her to regional management, she is the perfect employee and should be valued as such. 10/10

Won't be doing business here anymore. After one bad experience where I was completely ignored for at least 5 minutes when my hands were completely filled with products (I set them all on the counter and left), I returned on 5/5/22 to pick up a few things for a tune up on my glorious Corvette. Got out of my truck, and about halfway to the door, I see an employee hurry to the foyer in order to lock the door on me like a little girl. Here's a solution, fellas: update your hours to the correct ones on a little tool that everybody on the planet uses for information- it's called the internet! Thank you for advertising the right hours, NAPA. I'll be back with all of my business.
