The crew at Auto Medic went above and beyond on helping me navigate a phantom misfire in one of my cylinders. They went through every test imaginable and even referenced other colleagues in the field to do their best to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately there were no conclusive answers but these guys gave me a comprehensive and thorough overlook and put my engine through hours of testing without over charging me for the treasure hunt. In the meantime they helped me with a proper tune up on my battery, cv joints, and serpentine belt that my Honda element was needing for awhile now. I was blown away with their dedication to their work and problem solving even though my case was so complicated and odd for not showing why it was misfiring.Overall my rig is running better than it had been and I m grateful for their help. I ll definitely be back for repairs I can t approach myself. If you re looking for a mechanic that you can have peace of mind leaving your vehicle with these guys are a great choice!They even referred me to a mechanic that specializes in computer malfunctions which is likely what my misfire is being caused by. Very impressed with this shop!

I'm so grateful for this place! I bought a car for my daughter's 16th birthday. Little did I know it was in horrible shape. Brian and Casey took it in and replaced so many parts for me. They addressed my main concerns and made it safe for her to drive. They kept me in the loop on progress and had it ready in time for the big day!There are some minor things we can still do to fix it, but they are luxuries that can wait. I appreciate their patience with my questions, I appreciate their candid approach, and I really appreciate not feeling taken advantage of.

The crew over at auto medics have earned a lifetime customer. They are super friendly, they make sure they get you what you need and are all round an amazing crew and will 10/10 recommend to anyone with car troubles.

The customer service went above and beyond what I was expecting! We were 15 minutes early for our 8am appointment. Alan greeted us at our car to let us know that the key holder was on his way. The break replacement went as expected. No surprises extras added to the initial quote! Casey took the time to show my daughter the old brakes so that she would have a clear understanding of how they work as well as what she should be listening for in the future. These guys get it! It's great to have a trusted and locally owned group to take our cars too finally!
