Seth knows his stuff! Had a rear view camera installed in our Motor Home. He came out to winterize our MH for storage. Seth also reviewed with us how the ac / heat / hot water functions work in our newest rig. In addition, when we needed some warranty work done he met us at the storage unit. He s super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Highly recommended!!!Service: Electrical

This winter during a cold snap, our fridge stopped working on our brand new 5th wheel. Before coming out, Seth gave us some things to try first, because if the damage was done due to weather, it may not be covered under our warranty. The suggestions he gave worked, and we did not end up needing him to come out. This saves us money, and saved both of us time. So when we are in our home base area, and need maintenance, Anderson Mobile RV is our first call!

Wish I could give them more stars. Had a water leak and called Anderson after reading reviews. They were prompt in returning my email. Offered a possible solution before coming out. They actually got to me a day earlier and fixed my issue in no time. Also, reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I had taken our type B RV to 2 better known RV dealers in Msla because of an electrical problem. Neither was helpful and in fact they charged a bucket load for the diagnostic I had already given them. Called Andersons, they sent out Seth who took less than an hour to fix it in my driveway. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. price was quite reasonable even with the mobile charge.Service: Electrical

I contacted Anderson mobile RV to install some solar panels on our 5th wheel that was suppose to be prewired on the roof. Seth called to let me know he was going to be a little late, appreciated the communication! When Seth arrived he got up on the roof our unit was not prewired, this didn t slow him down he called the manufacturer to see if he was missing something, he wasn t. Seth did a fantastic job I would recommend Anderson Mobile RV to anyone and I wont hesitate to call if we need any other work done on our trailer. Thank you !!Service: Electrical

Called and left a message on Sunday. Seth returned call Monday. Seth arrived and fixed our class A slide which had sheered a bolt and was out of alignment. Seth was a true professional and solved the problem so we could continue onwards to GNP. Highly recommend Anderson Mobile RV Repair

Seth replaced the cooling unit on our travel trailer refrigerator. He went above and beyond helping us negotiate with the insurance we had on our trailer and he was extremely professional in keeping us posted as to the progress of the repair.We were impressed with Seth and his commitment to his customers. Seth called in advance and showed up early. Very knowledgeable and professional. Seth took the time to educate me as to what he was doing and answered my questions. Isolated and repaired my three issues quickly. Seth is awesome! Very knowledgeable, prompt, on time, no BS. He looked over my whole camper because I just bought it, he made sure everything worked and repaired the items that did not work. He even had the part in his trailer! I will definitely be calling again.

Had Anderson s come out twice this summer and replace the motor on my furnace and the second time to check an electrical issue, which turned out to be fried speakers shorting. Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working entirely on me after only 3 uses this Fall. I was told they were too busy and didn t know when they would be able to make it out to repair. After putting over $600 into it, I decided to cut my losses and am now heating my camper with 3 space heaters and my cooking oven. I have no choice, as this is my house .At the end of the day, just not entirely satisfied with the work. Too bad the folks who own it are super nice and great about returning calls.

We needed tank heaters on our airstream, and Seth went above and beyond to help us out. He literally did what others said couldn t be done, and pushed through when others would have quit. Seth was an absolute life saver! We noticed a day before a big planned trip that our slideout had hydraulic fluid leaking out everywhere. First of all, Seth asked questions to help us trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When we weren't able to get it fixed ourselves, Seth came out, figured out the problem, and was able to get a new hydraulic line in that same day! His rates are about half of what we've been charged at the big RV shops and we had no problems with the slideout after he fixed it. We've since had him come out and winterize our RV which was so much more convenient than taking it anywhere. He even helped put the cover on! I'd highly recommend Anderson Mobile RV Repair for needs big and small!

I highly recommend these guys. They truly now how business and service should be done. Just like the old days. Family run business. We had a storage locker issue and Jonny did not hesitate on a Sunday morning. We were able to go to him and he jumped right on it. His wife Janet entertained our kids on the farm. I had an awning mechanism on my camp trailer fail.Seth came to my home within hours, determined what parts were needed and ordered them. He the put my job on his calendar and arrived as scheduled.He didn't leave until my awning worked.Very happy with service and repair from Anderson Mobile RV Service.

I had Seth replace the OEM vent & fan with a MAxxair fan that I had purchased. I contacted him via his web site on Sunday evening, I had a reply 1st thing Monday Morning, with a potential appointment time. The day of the appointment he called to say he could come early, which was fine by me. He did the work quickly and efficiently for a good value.I would absolutely recommend him would use him again when in the area.

Seth was awesome he met me at the local campground that he had previously scouted for authorization to work there. I had noticed my slideout had the electrical wiring worn through by hanging down and rubbing on the tire. He fixed that very nicely in less than an hour. His rates were reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. I really appreciate good help on the road traveling. Makes such a difference. We stayed at the KOA in Missoula last night and during the evening began to develop electrical problems in our R-Pod. We found Anderson Mobile RV on the internet and sent a message describing the problem and followed up with an email this morning. Shortly after they opened we received an email stating that he (Seth) would not be working today because of a family emergency. I responded with my sympathy and asked if he could recommend someone else. As we were searching the internet for another RV repair service and making arrangements to stay another day in Missoula (which would not have been a bad thing) Seth called us. He asked about the problem, spent several minutes with us, and was able to lead us to a solution. He went well above and beyond expectations. We were very pleased and impressed with Seth taking time to help despite his own emergency. I could tell on the phone he was very capable, conscientious, and caring and, on this day, an answer to a prayer. Thank you Seth! 5 Stars and More!Service: Electrical

My RV had multiple issues that needed addressing. I don't have enough words to say how seriously impressed I am by this business. Excellent and professional -- and personable -- service. This guy knows what he is doing, does it well, and is HONEST. He explained things as he went -- I received both quality RV service AND much needed RV education at the same time. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be using him again in the future.

The owner came all the way out to our RV in Potomac. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Our water heater had been out for several days snd his repairs were a real life saver for folks living out of their RV!

We had trouble with our hitch sway bars. The tension was off and the bars would not move without a lot of force. Seth answered our call in 15 minutes and came over to campground 5 minutes later. He was incredibly friendly and fixed our problem! Highly recommended!

The company that was supposed to summerrize our trailer were notified 2 weeks before our arrival in Missoula. I contacted them the day before our arrival and found out our service had not been performed.Anderson Mobile was recommended and they contacted me immediately after I left a voice mail. Within an hour our summerization was complete. The online payment was seamless. I really appreciate their promptness and communication and will not hesitate to use them again.

I was traveling in my motorhome. I had a problem with my generator not functioning. It was a simple fix. The big problem was my A/C unit making a horrible noise and vibrating. Seth came to the RV park and was able to figure out the problem.
