Decided to stroll by one day and inquire about having some work done on my Corvette. Conveniently came by in the middle of lunch(sorry, Bob) , but he got right on it and let me in the shop and had an estimate and appointment scheduled within minutes. Good team of guys over there. Bob left a few grease stains on my floor mats, which I believe is directly related to me costing him a half-hour of his lunch break the previous week. Happy with everything thus far. Where do I begin. I called and they let me know they could look at it THAT DAY. With everything going on, was surprised to say the least. They charged me for a half hour, but helped for over an hour to diagnose the problem. They were a couple weeks out for having a repair technician do any labor, which was understandable. They let me know what the problem was, what tools I needed, and that I could use their lot to leave my truck until I could get around to fixing it. Also let me know some of the pitfalls with that make and model, what to clean, maintenance tips, etc. Don't think a lot of shops would have treated me that way. The Owner(Floyd) and his son Roy went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. 10/10 will recommend. Thanks Floyd!!!!!Service: Engine repair

Tim and the guys at Adams Auto saved our Christmas vacation and allowed us to make a special trip to see our friends and family for the Holidays. We were stranded in Missoula with a broken alternator. We called dozens of shops and no one would even see the car until after the New Year. Adams Auto got us in the next day and had us back on the road by early afternoon. We are so thankful they were able to help us.

The owner and all the mechanics at Adams Auto are great at their jobs. They are professional, diligent, and caring. They will do their best to get your vehicle back on the road. They even came out to my house to look at my broken down vehicle one time. Thank you, Adams Auto!!

Floyd was very accommodating with the complete process. He explained the procedure, possible issues they might discover and what would be require to do the job. The professionalism and integrity with the way he handled the repair impressed me so much, I am now an on going customer after my first experience.

Have gone to these guys several times for repairs. Each time they are punctual, prompt and friendly.There just aren't many honest mechanics like these guys anymore who will cut you a great deal. Was quoted a job at Firestone for over 2k. They did the job for less than 800.00. Thanks guys!

These guys are great. They kept me informed of the progress of my truck repair, and Floyd let me know how much everything would cost. There were no surprises. I highly recommend using this shop. Service is outstanding and worth every penny.

I was referred to Adams Auto by a male co-worker whose opinion I trusted in steering me toward a mechanic that wouldn't be taking a single female for the proverbial ride financially due to a lack of knowledge about auto repairs. I was extremely pleased with my first experience with them, but remained skeptical. I am happy to say that all of my subsequent encounters with Adams Auto have been wonderful. I own two older vehicles (2002 Dodge Intrepid & 2000 Ford F150) which have both needed occasional repairs for maintenance and for typical break downs considering their age. Floyd and his guys have always been friendly, timely, respectful and reasonably priced. I have been consistently pleased with their services.

The best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop in the country, hands down. These guys not only know what they are doing, but they are genuine and kind as well. They even drove me home and came back to fetch me once my truck was ready! I cannot recommend a business more, and they will always have my business. Thank you so much!!

Took my jeep in for some pretty extensive work. Not only was it the best price I could find in Missoula but they also had it done fast and even stayed late to get it done for me before the weekend. I worked with the owner Floyd Adams the whole time and he is a very nice and professional gentleman. I defiantly will use these guys again for both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle big job or small

I took my car in to get my battery replaced. Pretty straight forward right? I guess not. Adam's auto replaced my battery terminals without telling me, and when I get my car back the odometer just draws a blank. No reading. Also there is now a power draw and my battery dies in less than 48 hours. Oh. And they charged me almost 400 dollars! For a battery!

They don't work on Mini Coopers, but they were very nice to me, helped me out in a jam and got my car running well enough to get me to another shop. They pulled the codes from my car's computer and had me take a picture so I would know what to expect. Wish they did service my car because I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for all the help guys!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Adams Auto for years and had all our cars serviced there.. Offering sound advice and very fair costs and thorough work done, we have found a trustworthy friend... and now to attend to our 66 Mustan. thanks Floyd for always being there for us.

Although the transmission and oil change wasn't done as discussed at quote, the cost was only $100 less. I was referred out to other mechanics for the transmission and oil work. They definitely padded the bill. Double check everything before you decide on having work done by these guys.

Adams Auto came highly recommended by several friends, so I took my car in. These folks are quick, friendly, honest, professional and did a great job for a great price. They exceeded my expectations.

Super standup guys! They are very polite and reasonable. They wont charge you for work you dont need and they are honest about what work should be done and what you can safely drive away in. Just awesome, I will take every car I have to them!

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for brake repair because they tend to lock up when I come to a complete stop. They said that they fixed the problem but my brakes STILL lock up when coming to a complete stop. I was charged $85 dollars for the problem that was never fixed. Apparently they don't even know what the problem is that I have with my Jeep and they just simply swept it under the rug and still asked for their paycheck when evidently they didn't fix anything.

I have taken two trucks to Adams auto. 69 GMC and 2015 ram both were done when they said they were going to be and for less then quoted price. They are my go to place for auto work!!!!

These guys always have time for me. And the best thing about Adams Auto is they're honest. That's why I always go back. Honest mechanics equals much cheaper fix.

Took my car in for a timing belt replacement and they told me the engine was toast. Then he charged me for the labor and parts and then offered to but my car.

Preferred this place when it was run by Floyd. Now that he is gone it's just not the same. The customer services has went out the window, rude staff and lack of work ethic. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
