After spending 40 min at subway and nobody is working - i decided to get a pizza. I get back out to the truck and the crust is doughy. I went back in and asked for a manager. Young long haired guy said it isn't normally like that & doesn't say sorry or offer to do anything about it!! I asked for chicken strips and the lady wouldn't leave her seat at the register - to get them. This place is a joke!!

I give this place 3 stars. I did have a wonderful experience with the evening staff and the overnight as well; However I was fueling up to leave this morning and miss manda and the manager Kara was very unprofessional and bias towards my partner and myself. Being the only lesbian couple of color in the store at the time we was asked to provide ID and my partner did they proceeded to ask for my identification as well when I wasn t the one purchasing tobacco products. It really ticked me off because there was 2 people ahead of me and they wasn t asked for identification or handled with bias or racism. I m very disappointed.

Dirty, poor service dirty men's rooms. Corporate office does not follow up with complaints.Prices are high, very high! The people are rude, very rude and not trained well, the aisles are filthy on the shelves with dust on cracker candy cereal boxes. I was run off the road by a town pump truck driver, heard racist names by employees in town pump. these people are despicable

I was in the store today 07/02 at 8:00 pm and the cashier was extremely rude because I gave her a dollar bill that was folded up. She made a big scene about unfolding it

Had a driver go through this particular location to fuel up. Most travel centers know these big RV delivery drivers are on a TIGHT schedule to drop...we've got locations to get to, vehicles to unload and clients waiting. Town Pump's "problem with technology" is NOT a drivers problem...yet today they turned it into one. Driver fueled up using the PREPAY pump. And everyone knows a credit card (personal or corporate does not matter) will not authorize a fuel fill unless there is availability on that card. Driver's pump authorized and driver fueled up, and went inside the store for a paper receipt. The guy behind the counter refused to give the receipt!! He said the credit card did not charge (although it did) and brought someone else over to look at the transaction. That woman said she wouldn't give a receipt and wanted the driver to give her the card to charge it again! The driver was able to see on his phone app that the charge clearly went through, it showed the transaction and the decrease in his available credit balance. It was indisputable, yet Town Pump employees continued to tell him he "didn't pay" and then went as far as to tell the driver they were calling the police, and he was not to leave! The driver explained that he could NOT stay while they figured out what was wrong on their end, his card was charged, the hold was there and he could see his balance had decreased by the correct amount. He simply needed a printed receipt and these people not only flat out refused, but they accused him of stealing the fuel and wanted him to wait around for an officer to show up. Their reasoning? They claimed it was a "technology problem" on their end and they "can't help that, it's not them it's the technology!! Thankfully the driver refused to give them his card to be charged again...and he didn't stay longer than he'd already been there dealing with these incompetent people. There needs to be better effort in customer service and more training for staff...they have no sense of urgency when it comes to delivery drivers and their deadlines. This should have never been handled this way- certainly not threatening a Rewards member with calling the police when that member has proof payment WAS made! Will avoid sending drivers this location in the future...

Rude Staff. One cornered my teenage autistic son and started yelling at him about him not having a mask on. He said he could not because he has a breathing issue (which he does). The employee then scared him and threatened to call the police on him for not wearing a mask. When he got around the lady he ran back to my wife. The employee demanded my son leave the store now. We said we would leave after we paid for our subway order which we were doing. The lady threatened to call police if we all did not leave. I told them to go ahead we paid for Subway and then my family (who were all wearing masks minus my son) went out to the car. I stayed in and asked to speak to the manager, who claimed it was corporate policy. She defended her employee's actions. Town Pump did not return my call but every other Town Pump I have been to has been great. I recommend skipping this location and hitting the Loves on the other side of Missoula.

I am a co manager at this Town Pump, all the negative remarks concern me. We have a awesome staff who are well trained and very friendly. We strive to have excellent customer service and a clean store. Anyone who has a negative experience here is encouraged to contact a manager. Give us the chance to fix whatever is wrong. You are important to us and we want to keep all our customers happy.

Maintenance guy Bob goes above and beyond. I was so grateful that he was who I ran into when I was struggling to put air in my tires. He took a break from what he was doing to insure the air pump was working properly, filled all of my tires and used a gage to check them. I was concerned about my trip to Helena to get my daughter, my tires have been deflating and I didn't have a gage to check them. He took a lot of stress off my trip. Thank you so much for your kindness. Town pump in Bonner has employees that genuinely care about the customers. Thank you!

They charged my gas card 2x for a total of 60$ When I only wanted 30$ worth of gas. The worker told me he had to run my card twice to check the balance.. then told me I needed a membership number to redeem my GIFT CARD and NEVER GAVE ME MY RECEIPT ?! Then when I confront them about charging me twice, they said they can t do anything without a receipt... it s ridiculous I have to pay for some employees mistake. Horrible way to treat a returning customer.

Homophobic. Refused service to my girlfriend and myself. I had already purchased beer on my own and went back to buy a few more items with my girlfriend. The associate, Sophie or Sophia, asked us for our IDs, which is fine (though I wasn't carded when I was on my own -- we are both 2 to 3 years shy of 40), but would not accept my girlfriend's NZ passport. Sophia later said Town Pump does not accept passports from other countries when I called to ask why she wouldn't serve us, but we were able to purchase wine and cigarettes using my gf's passport at a different Town Pump just after that, and had successfully done so for 3 months before this incident. Whether or not this is a Town Pump policy, the sudden application of careful carding and by the book rules felt pointed, especially since I wasn't carded when I was by myself, a man our age or younger wasn't carded for his tobacco purchase by this same associate, and the associate's demeanor toward us was very cold. She was looking us up and down from the moment we got in line. We will go to a different Town Pump or different employee next time. This was a bad ending to an otherwise great trip.

This has always been my least favorite convenience store since it opened. I avoid it at all cost. But because it is in my neighborhood I have no choice to patronize it from time to time. I did really enjoy going to the Lucky Lil's casino. Because I am handicapped and can't walk very far, It is even harder these days for me to get around. The entrance to the casino where I could park in front of the door and walk in has been closed for months now. Everything I would buy @ the store has been moved a half an acre to the back of the store. It is a misnomer to call this a convenience store. It is perhaps the most INCONVENIENT STORE I have ever been in. I can't express enough how much the renovation has people grumbling all through the store every time I am there. We don't understand why you would do the things you have done. The notoriously slow service is also legendary. There are up to 5 clerks in the area at any given time and they will only have one or two registers open. They have a real "It's not my job attitude" They have to go from one end of the counter to the other to get most cigarettes. A request for cigarettes quite often gets an eye roll from them. Not a happy camper,Laura D Snyder7766 Bear DriveMissoula, MT 59802

Friday evening, before 8pm. The hot food case was empty, Subway was out of bread. I spoke to someone standing by the front who appeared to be a manager, he really could not have cared less that his store was unprepared for Friday night business. I've always liked stopping at Town Pumps when passing through Montana, but I'll never stop here again.

While the cashier who got us a shower was quick to serve, 2 of the other cashier staff were rude, unhelpful, and ignoring customers. Doesn't make you wanna come back.

This astablishment is absolutely repulsive. The cashiers were not only unhelpful and had almost zero knowledge of the products they sold, they were extremely rude when it came time to check out. They seemed to have discriminated against me because of my clothing, when in reality my family has recently lost everything due to a house fire. Screw you town pump I am disappointed, all I wanted to do was give you my hard earned money

Incredible, what don't they have? Also everyone working there was sooo nice. Large parking lot, truck diesel pumps, so many food and snack options, Subway on site and the convenience store has pizza, hot dogs, a deli and a lot more.

Very nice gas station. It has a lot of spots to fill up for gas. The building is very clean. I love how their is so much variety in food, souvenirs, etc... Also they have some good food joints inside. The staff here are very friendly, polite, and respectful!

Denied my service animal a bath . Wouldn't let me wash my dog like every pilot in this country. Violating federal law by denying my service animal access to things I need him to have access too like a shower . I will never come here again. After I even caught a mistake by one of the cashiers and gave her the extra money that she almost accidentally gave me . Negative 1 star

Went here to fill up on gas at the Exxon and pick up some oil. Staff was helpful, and one of them even pointed out some nearby camping after I asked. Bathrooms were clean, so were the floors and aisles that I went through. Showers are $10 with no time limit.

Worst gas station I have ever been to, the cashiers are rude the "security guard" would follow me around constantly hitting on me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. they only have two registers open even on there busiest hours. Honestly just go to east missoula to get what you need.

I find it amusing that you are forced, and I say forced to wear a mask when you enter the premises for health and safety reasons. However the shower stalls in this place have hair all over them, completely unsanitary. Obviously the person who cleans the showers does a half hazard job, and when I went to the front counter to tell the guy about it, he looked at me like he didn t even care, no sorry, nothing. I won t stop here again.

I opened a deli sandwich before I left. It was terrible I took it back to the cash register. They threw it away for me but they wouldn't even offer to replace or give me my money back.
