Always a great experience at the Quick Lube! Jessi and Travis are the best! I have been taking my pickup there for years and they always do a great job! I had them do a vehicle inspection on it before a long trip and there were a few things that needed to get done. I was able to pick what I was comfortable fixing with my budget, and were able to fix everything I wanted quick!

My experience was very good. I called and explained my issue and they were able to get me in very quickly. It was a transmission replacement issue and was repaired much sooner than I could have ever expected. I had 4 other issues delt with at the time. The workmanship was great and very fast. I was expecting a week or two and it was done in a couple of days. They estimated another issue that needs repair for me and I will schedule that later. Great group to deal with. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done!!!

As I was over the road I broke down in Miles City and the only shop that would get me in and at least assess my problem was Notbohm Motors. They were all very friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend them for your Automotive needs whether it be shopping for a new or used vehicle or getting serviced. Rob and the rest of the crew helped me immensely I thank them all.

They are pretty prompt in getting you in. Ok service in general but when you buy a new vehicle from them, you have a maintenance logbook and it seems like they never fill it out properly which could cause some warranty issues.In general, after a few minor issues with them over the last few years, I would say they re a mediocre lube center. They try but they could be better

Best dealership.I've been to in years.They were very helpful to aVeteran broke down on the way to other places. They went above and beyond. They didn't have to, but they really warmed my heart. I hope to do business with them again

I am nearly 82 and old school! I liked it when you vacuumed and washed the windows when you serviced my vehicle! Should have asked if I needed my tires rotated also. Those are things I can t do myself. People were great!

They were great. Fast and on time. Oil change was about 45 minutes and washed my windows for free. Great work Jess and guys

Broke down along the side of the interstate. The service department was friendly and knowledgeable in the reason for the breakdown. While waiting for the tow truck the service dept. was sourcing parts. When my vehicle and I arrived they got right on it. Fixed my truck changed the oil and had me on my way. From breakdown to back on the road a total of 3hrs. 1hour for tow and two to fix. Awesome place to do business

One hour into a six hour return trip my check engine light came on and the car lost substantial power. The service team got me in immediately, were friendly and informative, and had me back on the road in an hour and a half.

Great experience with Notbohm Motor for same-day oil change. A.P. encouraged me to not avoid routine vehicle maintenance after learning I had let my oil change mark slip by for far too long; he assured me there is no judgement at Notbohm, and there are great folk ready to help you ensure your vehicle can run well. Notbohm folk truly care; my vehicle is well prepared to run another 5,000 miles. Thank you Notbohm Motor crew!

I want to thank the sales staff at Notbohm for there professional and courteous dealings. We were out of town buyers and couldn't wait for tires on our new purchase. They had them delivered to our home town 4 hrs away to make sure the deal was fulfilled. Talk about going above and beyond.

I called Quick Lube for appointment, but they were overrun when I arrived. Service technicians scrambled, and managed to attend to everyone with only minor delays. All were friendly & courteous in spite of being so busy.

Service was fast but very sloppy. At first approach of my vehicle there was oily hand prints on the front chrome of my hood. I opened the hood to see the techs spilled oil on the top of the engine and did not do much to clean it up. They spilled so much oil in fact, when i got home, it leaked several puddles of oil on the concrete of my driveway.

My experience with Notbohm motors was nothing less than amazing. The whole time on the phone and in person everyone involved was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was mainly helped by Gerald Mace and the whole time he was extremely helpful and provided service and any information quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone I know

They are very nice, which is great considering they are the only game in town. That said I've found the service dept to be not only friendly as mentioned above, but but by and large caring about the quality of their customer service. The perk of living in a small town.

I rolled into town with a bad wheel bearing. I was only here for a week and had to drive home this Friday. Not only did they find the time to help me, but they were more than courteous. They had the job done in three days totally saving me. A technician suggested that I might need new tires. Also, I said yes I would gladly do business with this dealership. They ended up doing two wheel bearings and the new tires. They let me use some of my GM loyalty points. This is just a great dealership. With great people. Service department is extraordinary. I can t thank you enough totally saved me.

Horse trailer tire low. I have a big trip. They took it off. It had a bulge. They found another for me right away. I m ready for the road. What customer service!!! Thank you

Don't recommend, their service side half a** and the quick lube side has shady ppl working. You'll pay for what they day got done but actually didn't.
