I believe the mechanic shop is different than the body shop; don t go to the mechanic.My car was in their shop for a month and a half - zero communication unless I was the one calling. Which I did, over and over and each time I asked if my car had been looked at yet it was, oh yeah yeah yeah, I ll do it this Friday. Meaning it sat for over a month.Then I called for the last time for an update and Cliff the mechanic said my engine was bad, but wouldn t tell me what was wrong with it other than I d need a new engine, based upon how it sounded but again, he wouldn t tell me what was wrong.I paid a $200 diagnostic fee that didn t tell me anything. Plus he left all the parts out in the back of my car.

My family was traveling thru Miles City on the interstate and my exhaust broke off of my pickup. This was on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to squeeze me in and get us rolling again so we could enjoy our weekend. A group of us came into town for about a month for work, and needed a rental car. The crew at Jack's made sure we weren't only in a brand new car, but catered to our needs in regards to how large of a vehicle we needed. For a town of ~8,500, they had a decently large inventory of vehicles for us to choose from.At one point I had to drop a car off and get back to the job site and the employees went far above expectations by offering me a ride fr their shop to my job. What a commendable group. You don't find this kind of customer service in many places.We'll definitely be repeat customers!Thanks, Jack's Body Shop, for making our work trip comfortable, and allowing us to ride in style!

I have been going to jacks for exhaust work since 2005 with several different vehicles and have always had a great time with the team there. Only had one bumper replacement but it was fast and easy. Highly recommend giving them a visit.Service: WeldingService: Welding

Unfortunately, I had an accident a few months ago. I brought the car in to Jack s to get it fixed up last week. As a college student, I wanted minimal/only necessary repair to save my wallet a bit. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the repair they made. Jack s has the greatest service and keeps the customer s best interest at mind.Service: Body & Trim

I was not aware that he does not work on exhaust manifolds. But he did pull my truck up and took a look at my whole exhaust system and gave me a great recommendation to 5ake my truck to get the repairs done. I will definitely be doing business with this business in the future.

Had our car fixed here, the repair took about 5 days and in the mean-time they let us borrow a car to get us around town while we waited. The repair on the car was outstanding and it now looks as good as new. I highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Miles City area who needs body work done.

David came to our rescue as my daughter and I broke down on our way to California. He was very kind, and trustworthy, helped us find a good hotel in the area, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best deals, and got to our destination safely.. Highly recommend.

I knew Jack as a little kid, and am so pleased to know that his shop is still in operation, as I'm planning to move back to Miles after a 55-year absence. Good, honest repair shops are becoming fewer and fewer. Where we live now, you can't even trust the auto dealerships any more. Sad to have to say this, but every word is true.

These guys are top notch! I've had auto body work done here, rented cars from them and am renting two storage units from them. This is the only place to in Miles City! They have a very professional team that takes care of their customers.

The staff was professional and very good at there jobs. I was in and out in less then half an hour getting a repair estimate on my vehicle. I will use the again and recommend then to others.

Thay are always fair, when your vehicle is in for a repair. They are honest about all the work that's going to need done and arrange for you to have a loner whenever possible. Breast of all they offer payment options that meet EVERYONES NEEDS!

The car looks better, but it looks like they used a paint brush during repainting. Don't think I'll use their services in the future, there are definate brush marks in my paint job.
