My transmission blew up while on a hunting trip about 100 miles from Miles city, the team at Autobody solutions provided a fast friendly towing and repair service and got me back on the road in less than 2 weeks for a fair price that was well communicated from start to finish.

Shane picked up the phone when my wife and I were broken down about 20mins E of Miles City and Justin was towing us to safety in no time! These guys are honest and friendly and will take care of you. Thanks guys for helping us out on a hot day on the side of the hwy!

Shane Loomis was the only gentleman in the area willing to pick up my stranded vehicle (and me) in the middle of the night 70 miles from Miles City.He also went completely out of his way to help me get a hard-to-find car part from Billings, and had a friend bring it in the same day so I wasn t stuck for three days waiting for a parts store to get it.People like this make the world a better place.I would make this a 7-star review if that was a thing.Thank you, Shane!

When stranded on the side of a highway during a hot day, Shane towed us the rest of the way into town and helped us find a hotel, all while being amazingly friendly and kind. Early the very next day, Shane and Justin checked out the car and, upon discovering only a faulty O2 sensor, tested the car with an extensive test drive and notified us quickly. Before long, we were on our way with only a minimal delay to our travel plans. Excellent business and wonderful people!

We got a flat tire 10 miles out of miles city and I called everywhere that said open 24 hrs, with no luck and work at 8:30 in Williston in the morning this guy answered at 11pm and came and helped us

I hit a coyote late night thirty miles outside Miles City, MT. I was beginning to loose hope of getting a tow when Justin with Autobody Solutions & Towing answered the call. He was very professional and skilled and quickly got us and our car to their shop. Justin ordered the necessary parts first thing in the morning, made the repairs himself and we were back on the road that afternoon. No issues, excellent service, honest and fair pricing. The service we received from this business was amazing!! The driver renewed my faith in human kindness. Not only was he on time, very helpful, but went far above what was expected services of his job. He made us feel like all was going to be okay. He helped us find lodging, took us to a rental car place, and gave us plenty of options in our situation. I cannot say enough good about our experience with this company and this individual. He has our undying gratitude!!

Shane saved my children and I at a rest area in the middle of no where. Car was having electrical issues. But labor day midnight he was out in a fast call after geico roadside did some searching. I broke down in Terry, Montana on a Friday night. Shane came to tow my new RV after dark when I had no other options. He was completely professional and exceeded all my expectations. He even offered to return my rental car for me. 100% satisfied customer.

Shane was patient with Nissan (that was coordinating my towing service) and with me despite multiple hiccups on Nissan s part throughout the day. I appreciated that he communicated clearly what the delay was and how I could go about fixing it which resulted in my vehicle getting where it needed to be in a timely manner!!!

We were in South Dakota traveling to Miles City from Illinois when a truck kicked up a large stone and damaged our windshield on the driver's side. Luckily the windshield didn't shatter. We contacted our insurance company while continuing on our way. The insurance company put us in contact with Autobody Solutions who set up an appointment for us. They ensured they were ordering the correct replacement on a Monday afternoon, and replaced the windshield on Tuesday. Fantastic service! If you need auto maintenance in the Miles City area we recommend Autobody Solutions!

He told us the car would be fixed when we returned on Sunday. Never picked up our calls until we called the police to get the car back. We waited hours until he showed and when we saw the car it was in bad shape. He told us he flushed out the radiator and engine 4 times but when he put new 100% anticoolant (without measuring) into the car, the clear coolant turned instantly brown and thick. No measurements were made when adding coolant, no water was added either. Don't trust these guys. They only provide dishonest, sloppy work. AVOID
