Saw my dream car online and traveled to Miles City to get it. Terry helped me and made Auto Advantage a home away from home! I'm Super Happy I got a great deal for my dream car! I will buy again in the future!

Great experience! We had a used SUV already picked out from the internet to look at. Steve took us for two drives so both I and my wife could check it out. There was ZERO pressure. He answered most of our questions and sought out answers from others when he couldn't. The vehicle itself was in excellent shape and very clean - it was reasonably priced, as well. They found the best interest rate and extended warranty for us with no pressure - we could walk away at any time. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. We are going back this week to get our remote starter installed. (They have an accessories store in-house!) All-in-all, it was probably the best experience we have ever had buying a car. These are very friendly people who obviously put their customers first. Thank you!

David and Terry are fantastic. We were 9k upside down and we were able to get rebates and a good deal for us. David was totally transparent, and Terry was super friendly with great dad jokes. They were backwards and jumping through hoops to make sure we had the right situation for us. 10/10 would make the 3hr drive again.

One of the best qualities of the sales person, Steve, was that he listened to my set price and payment amounts, and specific features that I wanted for my next car. While I was test driving, another team member took my car in for evaluation and came back with a fair trade in value. From the credit check to the final paperwork, the Auto Advantage Team came in on target within my price and payment range! I give them 5 stars for their exceptional service and product knowledge. Terry helped me get a great , beautiful car with the best warranty out there! I had problems with another dealership and was left to hang out to dry and I explained to him the deal and he went above and beyond to help me out . They detailed the car and even filled up the tank full of gas!! Highly recommended and I will not go anywhere else from now on! Terry is the man and will make your experience great and you will not have to worry about leaving with anything less them then the best! Thank you again!!!!

These guys are awesome!! I don't have great credit and Terry and David went above and beyond to help get me into a car. I was approved within minutes. I never felt obligated or pushed into a vehicle from these guys. I highly recommend Auto Advantage to others and will be going back when I need another car.

Updated review: after buying a Jeep Wrangler from Auto Advantage, I noticed my windshield washer reservoir had a leak. I tried contacting the dealership around 5 times to schedule a warranty fix, but was blown off every time.Hands down the easiest car-buying experience I ve had. My salesman, David, was so easy to work with, and has made sure that I m completely satisfied with my purchase, even after it has been completed. Would definitely recommend!

I was wanting a newer vehicle for the wife and filled out at credit app. I was then contacted by terry and he asked what I wanted I told him and he found something better than what we originally wanted. I decided to come down and look at the vehicle and ended up committing to purchasing it. Terry was very helpful through the whole thing as well as sharing some good stories with us while we waited would highly recommend terry.Thanks again terry from Cheyenne and Robert!

We had a wonderful experience working with Auto Advantage. Terry Baldry went out of his way to make it happen for us. Our car was full of gas and he called to make sure we made it home as we traveled quite a distance. We found the best deal there in a 200 mile radius. Very satisfying.

Steve and David were amazing! They both worked their butts off to get us into a new SUV. Everyone there is so amazing and they all show great customer service! When I came to pick up my new SUV they had it running for me so it was warm for me and my son! Best place we've been to for a vehicle by far!!!

In June I bought a vehicle from Auto Advantage & worked with Terry Baldry. He was great to work with. A week after my purchase it was totaled by hail. He contacted me as a friend & that's when I asked for him to find me the same kind of vehicle. It was a hard one to find, but he didn't mind & wouldn't give up until he found exactly what I wanted. And he did, in fact he found me something better than the last one!! I have nothing but good things to say about Terry & appreciate all the hard work that he had put into making me happy. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you again, Terry! :)

I had to be the one to says this but, sold me a car that was not ready. Said that it was detailed, it was washed and cleaned up. They did not fix all the problems and should have never sold me a car before it went on the lot. The guy that has you sign documents is cocky and rude and kept telling me that I could return the car to them and give me and my bank my money back. What I want is what I was promised and they couldn't even deliver. Waste of time and promises they couldn't keep. Not to mention even though I signed the paperwork, there were dents in the car and I was not told about it until I had test drove the car. I guess it all my fault, but they should not sell a car that is not on their lot yet. I over paid for the car and they did not test everything. The Windshield wiper fluid comes out of one of the things and not both. If I Could I would give no star.

My experience with auto advantage has been great, I bought a 2006 suburban from Terry when I lived in miles city and now I drove 211 miles to buy a chevy traverse because I wanted to downsize! Dealing with Terry and David has been great and I would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here. My phone calls were returned promptly. There was no pressure. Everyone was very friendly and even stayed late to help us through the loan and insurance process. And my family is loving our new suv!

The sales staff at Notbohms are fantastic, as a first time car buyer they were extremely friendly and they made the whole experience actually pretty fun and amazing. Steve Reitz was really good at making everything easy to understand, and was willing to work with me and help me get everything done and good to go and helped make sure I got everything I wanted when it came to my new car.

Excellent service! We showed up and Steven was there immediately to help find what we needed! We ve been looking for a bigger SUV for quite some time now, and they helped us pick the right on! We looked at different options and styles that would fit our family! Affordable, and there to answer any questions we had! Very friendly staff! Will definitely be going back!

Have have numerous cars from Auto-Advantage, every last one of the vehicles have been a real hunk of junk, and that is putting it nicely, about 2 years ago bought a 2002 Focus, engine blew about 6 months after having the vehicle, mind you these vehicles are a point A to point B basis, as needed, maybe a trip or two to Billings, nothing over the top, but after having issues with car 1, they talked us into getting into car #2, promised we wouldn't have issues, apologized for the 1st cars issues, nothing but a crock of bull.. Car #2, 4 different starters in the 1st year, broke down SEVERAL times, box shorted out a couple times, nothing but under the hood/Oil gasket issues, now we suspect the tranny is/was going, we contacted them several times begging for them to help refinance with us so we could afford to fix the vehicles up, they denied us, after having to sit for 2 hours getting this car started on a Sunday afternoon, we had had enough and went to the dealership, we asked to get into something with lower payments and more reliable, they came back to us with an outrageous amount of money, almost double the payments, so we returned the vehicle, and now are being threatened with a lawsuit. I will never, and I mean NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership AGAIN, and I will ALWAYS warn anyone who even thinks about coming here for their "new" car. Every time you take it to THEIR dealership's auto-service, you end up with 1 "fixed" part and about 40 more breaking! We had such a HORRID experience, and wish we could take everything back! Not to mention the money they want for said vehicle is about 22 times more than the vehicle itself is even worth!

I had 2 cars from autoadvantage the first one was ok with little problems. The second one was problems from the start. I received it with an empty tank. Then within the first 2 weeks it had some problems with the engine. About 3 months later the starter messed up now I am stuck In texas with no car because of the outrageous price and the starter is broken so thank you auto advantage going to recommend against with anyone who wants a car from you guys.

I just recently tried getting a vehicle from this place, and they want $15,000 down lol. They are out of their minds. I won't even give them a 1 star. My business will be going somewhere else. This place is a crock, they say that they will help you but no they don't.

I had several after market parts put on! Both Lynn, Danny and staff we friendly and easy to work with. The staff did a great job getting everything installed and making sure I was happy.

We had gotten a pre-approved. My mate stated we weren't ready to purchase over the phone by the way. That we would call back when ready to purchase and without permission the guy ran a hard credit check. Which we didn't ask for and had stated we weren't ready. So we will be disputing the credit check that was done with out permission and will be taking our business to billings.
