Angelo! He was a lifesaver. We are traveling with a uhaul and auto transport from Texas to Washington and stopped in big timber noticed a blow out. He was quick to respond and quickly get us back on the road. Very respectful and kind. Thank you again! If I m ever in trouble in the area again definitely will be using whistler towing.

Ken was a fantastic driver. He saved me and my family this last summer. He did not only tow my van but rejoined me with my family. He then towed us to Bozeman MT. To a repair shop that was supposed to be closed but staid open to drop off the van. He then took us To a car rental so we could continue to our vacation place in Whitefish . Keith, the tow truck driver, was nice and professional.The help I received was priceless; the bill was not unexpected.Keith even guided us to cell service, which was mostly for the bill, but his patience with my cautious driving was appreciated.

Ken and all the guys at Whistler, and Gals in the office are great! Any time i need something done most of the guys are happy to talk me through the situation and get my vehicle in as soon as possible. All of these guys are hard working and do their very best to keep the customer happy! I've lost my key fob and gotten assistance from them. Had engine and transmission problems. Been going there for about 4 years now and i trust Ken and Amy and Whistler Towing to keep our family safe while on the road! Highly recommend!

I was traveling through and my car wouldn t start. Had my truck towed to Whistler and they identified the problem in a second and fixed it even quicker. Really grateful for his expertise.

What can I say?!Whistler Towing and all of its employees we have worked with over the years are to be commended for their helpfulness, kindness and response!We have used them many times and recently they helped a tenant who was ill and whose car broke down to get it towed, fixed, and redelivered (!) the same day-- Amazing!Shout out to Kenna, Brad, Amy, Ken -- Thank you so much!

Flat tire on a Sunday night. They opened up to fix my tire and get me and my pets safely home. Even recommended changing out the lug nuts as they were a pain to remove/replace for all involved. Thanks!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Jeremy and Kenny were lifesavers! We had a blowout on our camper on the interstate I-90 between butte and bozeman after hours. Luckily we had a spare that got us 40 miles to Livingston. Kenny met us at the shop, got us 2 new tires put on, a spare changed out and back on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend for any travelers stuck in the predicament we were. This place not only does towing but has a great tire department!Service: Tire change

Tire shop was the best. Small town style customer service. The guys were polite and communicated with me some issues they found while installing new tires (great pricing, btw). You are not just a credit card. They care about your safety.

Brad and his crew went out of their way to rescue us from the side of I90 on a Saturday afternoon while he was shopping for his Daughter s birthday gifts. Called in -14� degree weather since my diesel wouldn't start. I scheduled a time for them to come out. Colin called me in advance to let me know that he was on his way and what he was bringing to solve the problem. I happened to get it started while we were on the phone, so he ended up not coming. They were super friendly and very willing to help. Great to know there are still businesses like this out there.

Called Tim about doing a service call on one of our broke down semi tractors north of Wilsall. He was busy but visited eith me and came up with a plan to make the repair happen. The tech was on site with in the hour. Very impressed with their customer service and repairs. I would definitely call on them again.

Whistler has towed my car numerous times! And today they got me unstuck from the snow. Very fair rates and quick to respond! Keith was a pro in getting me out! Thank you to the crew for taking care of us bad drivers

My little 13 year old, 200K mile car blew a head gasket and I had to limp into Livingston. (RIP Chevy Traverse.)Whistler s did not work on my car. The damage was done and like all good mechanics they were booked. So why five stars? Why write a review?Whistler s mechanics (Thank you Peter!) diagnosed the problem with no expectation of being hired. Whistler s owner Amy Gray called around trying to find me a rental company that would let me (1) drive out of state and (2) allow me to pull a small trailer-no luck. But Amy also called the U-Haul Company s Montana Dispatch Center trying to find me an available rental-no luck as all were reserved. But Whistler s wasn t done. They allowed me to keep my sad broken down little car and tiny trailer on the property overnight and Amy assigned a very safe driving Johnny to make sure me and my dogs, as well as my daughter and her boyfriend were delivered to a hotel. Still not done. The next morning I was able to get a family member to pick us and the trailer up, but not the car. At least not immediately. Amy allowed us to leave the car while I had a friend enroute with a car hauler.I never want to be broken down hundreds of miles from home again. But I do find comfort that there s still private businesses out there that care about people more than the bottomline. And Whistler s is that kind of business. They have represented the quaint little town of Livingston very well.

A big thanks to Whistler's! I am a solo female traveler and had a coolant leak in my van. No one else in town would take a look at it. I pulled in and they helped me right away. Ultimately, they didn't have the special attachment for my Promaster to pressure check the system but gave me sound advice that I could safely move on to a Ram Businesslink dealer in Bozeman. They spent about 45 min and didn't even charge me. Finding someone that is kind, knowledgeable and honest isn't easy to find these days. Don't hesitate to go see them if you have an issue! Thanks!

True life savers!!! Not only did they come get me off the blind corners of the Bozeman pass, their shop did what they could to get my car back running. When we realized it was going to need major repairs, they towed my Challenger all the way to Billings. These folks were awesome! Got to my broke down pickup and loaded trailer very quickly. Colin was great as were all of the folks in the shop and office. Even if I don't break down again near them, I'm gonna stop in just to say hi and thanks again. Great service and great rate! Appreciate y'all!!

BAD BUSINESS!!I had my 2019 Freightliner semi truck towed to their shop and paid about $2400 for the tow and repair for water in the fuel supposedly. The technician couldn t repair the truck, so they towed it to Freightliner for another $650. Freightliner diagnosed the truck with just needing a regen and fixed the truck. When I picked the truck up my bumper was damaged and Ken blamed it on Freightliner and I told him they had no reason to go near the bumper and I m sure he damaged it when towing. He slithered out of taking responsibility and didn t take responsibility for his incompetent tech that couldn t fix the truck either and refused to pay for his damage or make right with the money wasted at his shop for a technician that couldn t complete the simple repair.Ken will try to talk down on the other tow companies probably because he s in need of money. It s obvious he lacks ethics and doesn t practice honesty in doing business. He even had the nerve to blame me for a frivolous claim and I assured him it is his incompetence and negligence that damaged my trucks bumper and inability to finish a simple repair, that cost my company thousands of dollars in repairs, extra tow fees, and loss of work.I d go to another other tow company if stranded, because he ll do his best to make money off your misfortune. Overall, Whistler towing is the worse tow truck and repair shop I ve ever done business with.Service: Special vehicle towing

Whistler folks are the best of the folks out there. It is a pleasure to do business with a company and people who are honest and hard working. Our motor home, in which we full time, was disabled 100 miles from their shop on a Sunday. Eventually our roadside assistance called Whistler and we are glad they did. They had RV hookups to allow us to live at the shop. There were a few snafus with parts (not Whistler's fault) but we were well informed. Everyone from the owners to the mechanics treated us top notch. They worked with our roadside assistance, our warranty company, and us for things to go as smoothly as possible with the least cost to us. We even picked up a rock chip on our car windshield while out and about and it was fixed in a matter of an hour by one of their local contacts. We watched in awe at the effort at all hours they put into their business to treat customers with the highest level of customer service and honesty. In this day and age, it is nice to know that there are great honest folks out there who treat their customers with the highest level of respect and caring.

I cannot recommend Whistler Towing enough.Usually when you have to call a towing company you re probably not having the best day or are in a not so good situation, it s nice to have a company go above and beyond.The owners where so straightforward, nice, and helpful it made my not so good situation a little better knowing that I had the crew at Whistler was taking care of me.I was treated so well by the owners and staff I was honestly in shock, unfortunately service like this has become pretty rare.If I ever need ANYTHING for my vehicles they will be the first place I call...Just good people, thank you so much!Services: Battery service, Motorcycle towing, Car lockouts, Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling, Fuel delivery, Local hauling, Tire change, Battery

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even helped me get a taxi for my family members who could not go in the truck when my car broke down on vacation. Amy was amazing and help me figure out where to take my car to get looked out. Jeff the tow truck driver was very friendly and have my husband and son some helpful tips.

Alternator went out and battery died during a cross country road tip just outside Livingston on I-90. Brad quickly diagnosed the issue and was towing the vehicle back to the shop within 15 minutes of calling. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was back on the road roughly 2 hours after losing power and coasting to a stop just off the freeway. Best case scenario, couldn't have asked for better/quicker service.

We had a flat and the donut was flat. They came out was there in less than 30 minutes got us back up and going. The driver gave us his number just incase we had any more problems. He was professional and caring. I'd recommend these guys for any towing needs.

The crew at whistlers towing took incredible care of us after we were involved in a serious accident with our uhaul trailer on our way through , moving to AK. We had an electrical issue with our vehicle after the accident and they promptly got us in and took excellent care of us. They went above and beyond.I would highly recommend for all of your towing and vehicle repair needs. Very friendly and helpful.
