This is my experience with Parker Repair and it kind of amazes me when I see the posts where Parker got them in quickly - they certainly don't do that if you are asking them to fix an issue that has to do with their poor work. We had a Subaru that needed the engine rebuilt and Parker gave us a good estimate and came well recommended. The engine is rebuilt and we have had a drip ever since. The first time that I took it down to have the drip looked at Todd just said that he "tightened things up" but it still drips. We also had them replace the axles after a CV boot tore and the car has wobbled just a little ever since. We took it to another shop because Parker was going to have us wait to 2 months to get back in and Todd Parker told us to get the drive line replaced - Todd said that was the problem. Well $700 spent at the other shop for a new drive line and we had the wheels checked for alignment and the tires balanced we are into this next repair for about $1000 and the car still has a wobble that is noticeable at low speeds. We are going to try another shop near Bozeman that specializes in Subaru's. The new shop tells me that if Parker used after market axles then that wobble is the result of not using Subaru axles. Parker won't give an inch to stand behind their work - it is evidently not their problem even though they pushed us to have $1000 worth of unnecessary work done to try to fix the problem and we have been trying to work this out with them for over a year. I wouldn't recommend them for Subarus and I wouldn't go to them for any work at all. Period.

I was met by the resident greeter a 2 year old German Shepard who was very mellow. Stacy in the office was very friendly they have water and coffe for their customers. After talking to her I found out they've been in business...60 years. Her husband the owner does all the work. And they are priced more than reasonably. Thanks for being a place where I can trust to take my vehicle in the future and for making me feel right at home.Service: Air conditioning

Worst machine shop I have ever dealt with. I only authorized about $300 worth of work to be done on my engine block and cylinder head. When I was called that it was done the bill was over $600. Parkers didn't even do all the work and I didn't get some of the same parts I dropped off back. When I asked about some of the quality of work done they wouldn't even come see what I was talking about or even admit somethings weren't done correctly. I have been in the auto industry for over 10 years and have never seen such poor machine shop work before or customer service.

I was in a bind looking for a belt and was going to have to drive all the way to four corners in Bozeman. They looked around and found me the exact part I needed and put it on my snowmobile at no charge.Unbelievably nice and amazingly helpful.

These are some of the finest people I've ever met and add much to the community of Livingston, Mt. They literally dropped everything to repair my truck A/C and E-brake at a very low price when they could easily have hammered me being a just passing through guy. I thank you and my dog thanks you. Woof!
