The check engine light came on in my Mazda CX9, so we stopped here for an engine analysis. The manager quickly diagnosed the problem with a small electronic device. Easy fix.... the gas cap was not tight!Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

I have had mixed experiences at this store. The young woman that I dealt with last week was wonderful. She listened she found my parts and there was no problem. Yesterday, I ordered three items two of which were to be picked up and one was to be shipped. I received an email that one of my pickup items order had been canceled but for no apparent reason. I went online and found that the item was still in stock. I called the store and the gentleman that answered was either confused or upset I'm not sure. He told me the order had been shipped he had no idea what I was talking about and that's what's in front of him and that's all he can do. I called corporate. They called the store and found that the part was still in stock and had no explanations to why the order was canceled. If someone made a mistake that's fine admit it and let's go up beyond that. But to make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about or what I was reading was incredibly infuriating. The man acted like he didn't care.

Made an online purchase order wasn't gathered when I arrived had to wait wasn't a big deal was just expecting order to be ready and waiting for direct pickup Store is dated for appearance and location parking is very limited for location especially if trailering

Small store but they always seem to have what I need. Mostly helpful every time I visit. I forget her name but the one gal there is great and has helped test batteries and gather my online purchases in previous visits. Rewards program is pretty decent getting coupons and all. O'reilly's is my go to joint for car stuff locally, that's for sure.

So thankful that Tyson stayed 10 minutes late for us to pick up parts. Nothing worse than breaking down on vacation. He made sure parts were confirmed at store before we left Yellowstone. Greatly appreciated.

Absolutely terrible consumer service from the manager!sold the wrong parts and tried saying they were the right parts. Extremely rude.

I always enjoy my experience with this O'REILLY Auto Parts as the customer service I have received on many occasions has been more than sufficient and also up and over the top...! You guys have helped me out more than once and I would like to personally thank the guy once again who helped me figure out the fuse issue and get the right one to work for me...!! I'm pretty sure you remember who you are by the type of job you had to do....A REAL PAIN IN THE REAR FOR YOU but, you kept on it and didn't give up...! I really appreciated that and great work on your part...!!!

I had the BEST service at this location! My mirror fell off during a drive to Livingston. I pulled in here early in the morning on a freezing day and the staff was able to help me find the right product, apply it to my car, and a year later it was the perfect product because everything is still 100%. Thanks guys! #letsguide

Got sold the wrong tools and they wouldn't return it because it was open. Then I got a bad part had to get a new one and the next day I went to return the bad one and he would ONLY warranty it. i've never had bad service here before but this time the manager made me feel really stupid for even asking. They don't stand by their products and don't expect to return anything if it's broken and crappy. They also sold me a jack that couldn't even lift my car off the ground & if they don't return that tomorrow I'll be an autozone customer for life. .

I was in my vacation at Yellowstone and my brake pads gave up on me, drove out of yellow stone, to Gardiner mt, only to find out there's no auto parts, the only auto parts store that had my 2012 town and country brake pads was this O'reilly auto parts, I called and they were willing to wait for me. they closed at 6:00 pm to buy the parts, we rented a room and left my family there, and stated to drive.all of this plus driving from Gardiner to livingston with no brakes kind of scary but happy that had found my brake pads, they had them ready for me, even recommended me some local mechanics to change them, but no luck. had to drive back to Gardiner where I change the pads, I always carry my box with the essentials, thank you O'reilly auto parts, the next day I continued my vacation, there was and older guy and a young girl at the counter, Thanks, regards from Chicago Illinois

Best source in town for quality automotive parts. Parts availability can be checked online. If not in stock, parts person can order from either Billings or Bozeman and have it delivered to this store the same day. Fast, friendly and helpful service.

The service was great and very helpful getting the parts we needed for our 1976 Dodge Titan Motorhome. That was very appreciated. Since we were a long ways from home!

Nobody else in town had my parts several times except them, and when they didn't they had them the next day. Never had anything but excellent service & advice. This is now the first,&usually last, place I go.

This would be my pick for auto places in Livingston. They are super helpful, recycle oil, have most things, good warranty, seem to WANT to help you, and have the best hours of availability.

Stopped by today, needed a hard break line, asked one of the three gentleman to come help me for a minute, they proceeded to tell me they were all to busy to assist me, I have used O'Reilly for years, customer service at this store is VERY much lacking
