These guys, and women, are very helpful and attentive.I have had nothing but very gracious and actual caring service. Super great performing shop, and super great folks working at Chappell's. I rarely use thses kinds of words describing a business. Hard working crew!

Excellent work, great paint finish, no overspray, attention to details like getting things put back right. We had a roof replaced and all that is involved with removing and replacing headliner (courtesy lights, sun visors, trim) was all put back perfectly.

While driving through on a road trip in our RV, my wife hit a deer and the bumper bent so it was rubbing the wheel. The generous employees at Chappell's came out and tried to bend it back (without luck) then sawed off the broken piece and sent us on our way asking nothing in return! What service!!!

I had a piece of plastic coming off the bottom on my car as I was passing through Livingston. The team at Chappell's was willing to get me in the same day (when many others in Livingston couldn't/wouldn't) and had me back on the road in short order so I could get home before the snowstorm. I do need other body work done and I'm going to drive the 140 miles out of my way because they went out of their way for me. Livingston is fortunate to have a shop like Chappell's! Hit some black ice on a cross country drive and stopped in. The owner helped us fix the front end free on charge. Very kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend. Thank you for helping us get back on the road!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a very good experience here when my truck got damaged. Glenda and Shannon were very friendly and great to work with. They did quality work and got my truck fixed very fast! Highly recommend!

I would recommend this body shop to everyone I know!!! I was driving on I90 passing through and a coyote jumped in front of my vehicle. I had to pull over and wait for their shop to open and inspect the damage. By first estimates it looked like my vehicle that I had purchased not even 5 days before was totaled. They worked with my insurance company and we were able to come to a solution that got me back on the road just 2 short days later. Both the mechanic and office staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I wouldn't have been able to continue my journey without them. Words cannot express my gratitude towards these amazing people. They made an otherwise horrible situation turn out better than I could have imagined.

Shannon and Glenda were incredibly nice and helpful! My friend and I were in a small accident during a road trip and Shannon fixed up our car so we could get back on the road. They made sure to help us with everything, told us to call if we had any issues or concerns, and made sure the car was safe to drive.

I could not be more pleased having chosen Chappell's Body Shop to do work on my car. The service I received was exemplary from the initial estimate all the way through to completion of the work. We hit a deer and exited in Livingston and luckily Chappell s was where we landed. Shannon, Jake, and Glenda took amazing care of us and got us back on the road. If we could ve stayed for them to do the body work they would be my first choice. If I m ever passing through the Livingston, Montana again and have an issue they will be my go to. Good company with a knowledgeable staff. Helped us navigate our insurance coverage as well as how much damage was done in an accident. Helpful, friendly and patient, I trust the good folks here with all my vehicular assistance.

i just want to say how happy I was this afternoon when I went to pick up my car after having minor body work done, Thank you Glenda for helping with all my insurance questions and taking care of that end of it . A HUGE Thank you to Shannon and his staff , for being extremely professional and doing an excellent job ! I was happier than what I thought I would be !! Drove home extremely satisfied . My car was a hit and run...Chappell's did a free estimate without an appointment and they had my car back on the road in less then a week... and also let me use a loaner car (also without charge) Best experience as far as accidents go! I would definitely go back!!

I had a customer in my store who got stuck on a parking block and couldnt get off of it at all! I called Chappells and they came right away, was very friendly and quick! Also i figured they would have charged the lady a ton but they didnt at all! I am very thankfull to Chappels and would recommend then in a heart beat! Thanks Chappels your awsome!

I had a small problem with an automatic door on my Honda Odyssey. Shannon from Chappell's fixed the door immediately and didn't ask for any $$$. So cool!
