Made an appointment for an oil & brake pad change. Ended up taking over 3 1/2 hours and caught them a few lies along the way. Other than that, the brake pads & oil got changed, and truck got washed.

Brian was amazing to work with. Fast service and friendly. In and out pretty quick with a new truck! Loved the personalized gift after which included a picture of us getting the truck and a personalized note from Brian.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been doing business with timberline for years. Purchased vehicles and had their service department work on my rigs. Today they went above and beyond. While they worked on my truck they gave me a ride to the golf course than picked me up when I was done. The kid ( I'm older so he is a kid to me) was so friendly and accommodating. Brovo Timberline you knocked it out of the park!

Had a warning message for my Ram 2500 diesel "Exhaust Filter full see dealer" I brought it to Timerline. Gary had me in right away. Not only was the service quick and reasonable, Gary took the time to explain certain details regarding new diesel engines and how to avoid future issues. Highly recommended.

Man, I cannot say enough. My brand new jeep died at an intersection at night. The mechanic manager happened upon us and got us off the road. The next business day I had to have it towed to Timberline and he made sure it got fixed up. The price was beyond reasonable and they were all awesome to deal with! Thank you Timberline!

This past summer we were on a trip across Montana and as we pulled in to Libby we had a tire rapidly going flat. We pulled into this car dealer, they quickly pumped up the tire and sent us nearby to get a new tire. GREAT service!

I would just like to say that I had a great experience. I found the truck that I wanted that was in great shape as well as reasonably priced. Also the salesman that helped me with this truck gave me his contact info for any additional questions after the sale was completed. This truck is new to me and I have had some questions about the truck. The salesman an mechanics were able to answer every question with great detail an have been very helpful. Timberline gave me a great trade in price for my truck that I traded in instead of giving me the absolute lowest value possible which some dealerships do.

We ordered a new Bronco in October and it arrived the middle of January, the first one in the area to arrive! Brian Zimmerman was our salesperson & Ryan Andreesson the owner, made it the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle! I'm sure the service department will be just as great when this 2021 BRONCO needs to be serviced!

I have bought 1 truck and have had 3 vehicles repaired there. They have lost a good customer over a $5 item. The owner and his son were hateful & rude to me. They should have left the conversation and resolution to the wife. We were working things out. Their interference put a stop to that. Go Chase Motors. I am buying a new truck there. J. Mitchell

The mechanic here did not give a care one bit about our urgent and dire situation. My 21 year old daughter has been stranded in Libby for 3 days. We are from Canada and she needs to get home and he was too busy to even look at our vehicle after we paid to have it towed there Saturday. We were hoping he would have some compassion. I now have a 10 hour drive ahead of me to pick her up and we have no choice but to leave her vehicle in Libby Mt. I will be contacting your head office to lodge a formal complaint. I tried to speak to a manager and there was not one person on site in the Center to speak with. I will be adding on any social media I can access about my experience and the kind of treatment we were given.

Limited encounters, repaired the tailgate on our Dodge 2500 and replaced a bad water pump. Both service included washing my pickup. And the work has been great.

Gary in service is awesome we have had our jeep in many times and always great service at fair price and always got back on road after multiple mishaps with deer so we could be legally drive until get fixed
