After a local, suicidal deer hit our car, Napa Auto was our choice to get the things needed to fix the car. Compared to the mechanics bid of $4000, we spent $426 and had no problem doing it ourselves. What a savings! Plus our AAA discount, this was a no-brainer!

They are helpful and helped us to find items to change our oil in our truck. was a simple thing but they were still very helpful.Its a good place for finding and buying things you might needfor you car or whatever you drive. I'm not sure but they might have stuff for chainsaws such as air filters and also things for lawn mowers probably.

Needed a battery, and stalled 1000 feet away. $200 sale. Couldn't deliver, wouldn't install, wouldn't let me borrow a roll cart. I walked away. Take it or leave it attitude. Competitor was just as close.

After receiving the wrong grade of engine oil for my truck (due to poor communication somewhat on my part) these guys were quick to rectify the situation and gave me 6 quarts of the right stuff free of charge. They made what could have been a frustrating situation as easy as it gets. Great service - thanks guys.

Well sent wife in with a spark plug. We both learned a great lesson. We needed an NGK8 and the sales guy Mike sold my wife a NGK6 that burns twice as hot. Well it destroyed number2 cylinder in my out board motor. It burnt a hole in the top of the piston and melted the end of the spark plug. Gapped all three the same. So one we had a licensed boat repaired shop give us the bad news. It did not matter when we went back to Mike at Napa. All he kept saying was I can exchange them and give you new or I can give you your money back. Mike I said. I need a new piston not a plug. It's sad I spent money from my dad passing on this boat so I could take my son and remember all the fun my dad and I us to have. And to show my sun that thier is more to life then just playing them games.. will see if they'll help me but I don't it...

I got really good results from here for the first couple months that I had purchased parts then eventually I was coming by more often and purchasing now parts them I felt like I was getting horrible services out of no where. For example: I asked for a dip stick for my 64 Chevy small block I went to put it in and it did not work I also asked for carburetor bolts and a few other things and they proceeded to tell me they only hold parts for vortex. And there prices are a little much I went to a part store down the street and got a better quality torque wrench for half the price as Napa other than that great customer service!

Service is great and good selection of parts. Rarely do they have to order because they stock a lot of parts. Chris, Rex, and Mike are very knowledgeable. I do tons of business here and love the delivery service.

Always look to NAPA when looking for part. Libby staffing is friendly and very helpful. Did not have what I was looking for but offered several other Libby businesses that might have the item. Will being going back again I am sure.

They have great prices, always have a sale going on, and will loan you tools to fix your vehicle in their parking lot for free. They are very knowledgeable as well.
