Purchased a Polaris Ranger 1000 from Montana Power Products in Libby.We placed our order right before Christmas and picked up our new ride on 1/17/23.Lacey was great to work with and her communication response always on point! She is extremely personable and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this business.

MPP in Libby has a great team of knowledgeable staff all the way through the organization. Always happy and willing to assist customers whether is finding a part or accessory, all the way up to buying a machine. And service is at an expert level. They get the job done right and on time.

Recently bought a mid size chainsaw from them and couldn t be more happy. I compared Husquivarna to Stihl and the Husquivarna was a better value. Before I left with my purchase they made sure I fully understood how to operate my saw. I definitely shop here again.

They are the best, hands down! This is a group of people that care more about their customers than anything else. Not only will they make you a good deal on a great product, but they will treat you just as good after the sale when its time for service work. You do have to watch out though, otherwise you'll become friends with them because they're just that kind of people!

Hi, Gary here. I bought my fifth huskie from Montana Power Products. Coming from a past Stihl owner, the huskie is one of the easiest to start chainsaws. The people at Montana Power had my best interests from the first day I went in. Great service, exceptional attitudes and friendly place to do business.

So, here s the deal!! I live in Naples Idaho. My wife bought my Polaris 900XP from Sandpoint Marine and motor sports as a surprise for me. The second she paid them and took possession of the machine, she was a non event. From that day forward the service they have given is so substandard, I can t believe Polaris would let them represent the company. But I guess it s all about money. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I once again bit the bullet and took my machine to Sandpoint for service. At their request I waited because they said they were under construction. Bottom line, my machine sat there for 3 weeks without anything being done. This is when I discovered Montana Power products in Libby Montana!! Wow!! I called and spoke to the service manager, Emily!! I drove to Sandpoint, got my machine that was sitting in the lot and drove to Libby Montana. They serviced my machine in and hour and a half, same day. Then when they were done they washed my machine!! What!! Are you kidding me!! Thank you Emily for taking the time to just do your job!! I ll be back!!

I bought my KTM Duke 390 from them. My salesman is Tony and he is super helpful. I live in Washington so I only dealt with him on the phone but everyone I spoke to in this store has been nice.First Wells Fargo messed up my loan application and forgot to process it. Tony sent the required paperwork but WF messed up. I got fed up and decided to pay cash. Once I sent checks to pay for the bike, it took over a month to arrange transportation. The dealership was very understanding. In fact, they had not cashed my second check when I was choosing the date to ship my bike. I called them to see if there was a problem and the guy I spoke to told me not to worry and go ahead with shipping arrangement. They are super trusting (please don't make me regret saying this in a review. I am doing this only to illustrate how nice they were).Yesterday (about 2 months after purchasing), I got a coffee mug from them filled with candies and a thank you card. It is I who should be sending them a gift!Highly recommended! For out of towners, the dealership does not provide transportation options, but it is easy to find your own. I used U-ship.

I had them diagnose a bad front diff on my rzr 1000. Told them I d put the new one in and to do so you only need to take apart the passenger side front end.... I then put in a new diff and go on a ride with my kid. My front end started to grab and shake, I look and the driver side caliper bolts were all the way out, the upper and lower a-arm bolts didn t even have nuts on them, 0/4 shock bolts had nuts on them, and the driver side lug nuts were loose.... at 100 dollars an hour you would think you can trust a 20 year mechanic I am not a mad customer.... I am not a customer at all anymore
