By far, the Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Please buy your next car from Libby Auto Sales!! I am the worlds worst car buyer. I hate haggling, kicking tires, and in general, the whole car buying purchase. I shopped and got pre- qualified online making the whole process quicker, but, the salesman, Brian, was amazing. He really made the whole process that much more comfortable. I was in a tough situation and needed a new car and Libby Auto Sales and Brian turned my life around Libby Auto you have my heart forever I love my new car!!!!

Excellent customer service, easy communication and a price about half of what I expected for a rental in the area. Libby Auto Sales, specifically Myresa who was our point of contact during the whole process, made our surprise Christmas weekend with family a breeze. She set up drop off for us at the Amtrak station, and we were able to return the car to the same place, eliminating the in between drop off hassles. Easy rental agreements over email and the easy drop off easily added hours to our limited family time.

We bought a brand new 2019 GMC Yukon from Libby auto in April. Paid top dollar for our purchase and bought the extended warranty. When summer hit our air conditioner did not work at ALL. I called and talked to our salesman and he took no responsibility for it and told me to use our warranty, turns out it doesn t work for air conditioning.. I m so disappointed, paying a lot of money for a car and then it doesn t work. Now we have to sit here and wait weeks for a shops opening, with our 1 year old son in the 90 degree weather . Speaking of which it s suppose to be 108 this week.They sure need to pay better attention to the cars and tell the TRUTH ABOUT THE WARRANTY.

I recently purchased a pickup from Tracy and Matt. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond for me and I couldn t be happier. They are both excellent people and know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend stopping by if you re looking for a nice vehicle and great customer service.

Editing my original 5 star review: While the accommodations made to me appreciated when buying this car from another state, after owning the car for a little over a week I've noticed several more areas of damage on the body of the car. Given I as a buyer should have spent more time closely inspecting every area of the car when I had the chance, I was assured through contact with the dealer that they've given me photos of all the dings and damage to the car which turned out not to be true at all. Disappointing for sure. Fair warning to those buying from long distance, closely inspect every part of the car and don't expect them to provide you with all the info on the car even if you ask them directly.Another edit: The tilt function of the passenger power seat isn't working on the car either. Another bit of information left out of our text and email communication leading up to my traveling to purchase the car. Don't buy a car long distance from here unless you are ok either wasting your money, or your time going back home without a vehicle.Previous review:I wanted to buy a car from out of town, Brian and staff all worked with my travel plans to make it happen. They gave me a fair price, quality car and were very pleasant to work with.

Easiest cheapest Rent-A-Car ever !! It was a delight to deal with the staff was way overly helpful and got us through everything we needed to do to travel safely across the state and back I'm thankful for Libby Auto sales in Libby Montana

You will be hard pressed to find another auto sales business with staff that genuinely cares for their customers as much as Libby Auto Sales. Whether you need to rent a vehicle or buy one, they are so accommodating. And their detail specialists do such a beautiful job, you'll swear you're back in a new vehicle. Thank you Myrissa for taking initiative and going above and beyond! My experience with Libby Auto Sales was extremely positive & very appreciated. In today's world where it feels like you have to do people's jobs for them and no one cares about anyone but themselves. Myrissa CARES about her customers! She called the insurance company (unprompted by me) and got our days & amount they were willing to pay increased as it was no fault of our own that our car was in the shop due to a hit and run situation. Thankfully the culprit was caught , God is good & all cost were covered. To top it off I received a hand written post card from Myrissa, thank you for the thoughtful service. Highly recommend all the people who work there for all your car rental & babysitting needs :)

Myresa and her team were fantastic! I hit a deer and was stranded 70 miles from home. I was probably still a little in shock by the time I landed at Libby Auto Sales. Myresa took care of everything and went above and beyond to get me the best deal and make sure my pup and I got home safely.

The staff was friendly, but I drove about 4.5 hours to look at a 2008 GMC. I asked specifically if anything was wrong with it before I left, I was told only a couple dings and dents when I got to the dealership I drove the truck. When I got out to look under the truck the entire chassis was orange. Not small spots but the entire chassis was pitted and orange with thick rust as well as the rear drums. The Owner told me well I own this buisness, and I would drive this truck. In another ten years it will probably be just fine. Might be hard when you are changing your swing arms and brakes, might have to re-drill some bolts any truck driving on salted roads will have rust on the frame . My mom lives in the same place and drives her 2008 tundra on the salt every winter and there is not a single bit of rust on her frame. I would appreciate more honesty before spending 4.5 hours one way to come look at the truck. I ended up buying a 2007 Silverado, absolutely no rust whatsoever underneath it at a different dealership
