Excellent service and staff. Bought new snow tires and had an unrelated issue w my car not starting. They were very helpful and accommodating in getting me home and back the next day to deal with my non tire related car issue. can t wait to drive on my new RAZR ATs.

Went here for an alignment, was told I needed new ball joints as the tech couldn't service mine. Quoted price of $700+. Went home and replaced all ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings, control arms. Only cost me $250, including the tools necessary to install the ball joints. Took it back to Les Schwab; they said I need new wheel bearings.($430) Tech's comment was, "RF wheel bearing about to fall apart." Took it to another shop and got the alignment done without any fuss.

These guys are true professionals! I had one tire that was warn down and was going on a road trip and wasn't ready to buy a new set of tires. They took care of me and swapped my full size spare on the wheel then put the warn down tire on the spare wheel. I really appreciated their ability to work with me on the best option with my budget! It was a refreshing experience! Les Schwab is my choice for tires and service in Libby, MT!

I am beyond thankful and impressed with the staff and service of the Les Schwab Tire Center in Libby. They know my situation and are always trying to accommodate me when I need them. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, support, good humor, and overall caring for me when I walk in the door

Had a flat 10 minutes prior to closing. They tried to repair and when it was beyond repair they put a new tire on and finished after closing.Very nice of them to stay late and help.

I absolutely love this place. The staff both mechanics and front dear are first class. They are fast efficient and yes friendly. Last year I brought in a tire that was flat and they plugged it and aired it up for no cost. Just a kind deed. And tire cost with warranty is second to no other tire company in the area. Keep up the great job! You guys and gals rock.

We were initially told that they wouldn't be able to get it in for 6 days. The very next morning, our van was towed to the facility and they had it pulled in, diagnosed, found an additional important issue that we weren't aware of, and all repairs done in about 6 hrs.

Thank You!!!Amazing staff here, walked in a very pleasant lady helped me....in two seconds they had Dawson helping my dad with air and resetting sensors on his tires....no appt. Nothing so kind and helpful...so appreciate ...Love to you all...We need more people like this....

I needed to replace four tires. Had to be towed in. They had me in and out of there in less than a half hour. Very nice people. Nice waiting room. They do more than tires. If you need service on your car I would highly recommend Les Schwab Tire Center.

Once again disappointed, living deep in Montana you would think they would keep customers in consideration on how far they have to go just to get something fixed. Yesterday I was told they coukd easily fix my issue with an affordable price , only to drive an hour and a half for them to run me off the lot and tell me they cant help me in any way , that I made a poor decision in coming to them for my needs that I was reassured would be taken care of. They are more about money and saving themselves, than helping the common hard working American.

Brought my truck in for an alignment was a practically new front end and the tried qouteing me over a 1000 dollars in repairs that the truck didn't need and wouldn't do the alignment back at ford in Kalispell it didn't matter if the front end was a little messed up we would still do our best to get the alignment as straight as we could per saftey

As a licensed mechanic it s always difficult letting someone else repair your vehicle. I had a slow tire leak on our holidays and showed up with no appointment on a Saturday. Front counter staff were polite and knew all the appropriate questions to ask. I watched the service technician drive in to the shop. Believe his name was Mason. All I can say is these guys are top notch, they did everything I would have done if I were working on it myself. Great job Mason. I would highly recommend Les Schwab.

Called ahead of time to price simple dismount and mount, was told the price and to bring them in. Upon arrival was told they would not mount them because they were not les Schwab tires. We drove one hour each way for that.I have lived here ten years and had a towing service here for 7 of those. Les Scwab has always been overcharging and providing terrible service.Deal with them at your own peril. Their word, and their warranties are the same, straight lies.

I honestly don't think I can say enough good things about this business and their team members. I just recently stopped by for a break emergency (bolt fell out of caliper) and the team jumped into action and got me in and out of the store all fixed up in record time. The team was very professional and helpful. Truly a first class team thank you so much!

Very friendly staff from the few moments I was inside. Google had them posted as a place to get a windshield rock chip repaired. Alas no rock chip repair. I have been to many Led Schwabs and found them all to be very friendly and helpful.

Dishonest. Kellen the manager has no customer service skills whatsoever and does not know how to handle a business. They tried to rip me off on a quote and went against their word even though it was in writing. Overpriced, terrible service, and dishonest. Don t waste your time!

Took my truck in for tire rotation and check my battery, did the rotation and put in a new battery. Well when I started my truck all my gages were going crazy on my dash, but that stopped so I drove back home 45 miles. My air conditioning control lights no longer worked and several other dash lights no longer worked. Also my trip meter was out. When I took it back 4 guys looked under the hood and said it had nothing to do with the battery. The guy who changed the battery looked in in the eye and said he only loosened 2 bolts and put the battery in the way it was before but that's not the case, because wires were moved. People beware of this shop

I needed a flat fixed and they hot my car right in. To top it off they gave me a break on the fee...my daughter was with me and she was given a balloon as well. Great job guys. Very friendly too

I wish I could give 6 stars! I have a Volvo which has low profile tires, a tire repair kit, and no spare. One of my tires shredded about 5 miles out of Libby. When no tow truck was available, Brian from Les Schwab came out to collect my rim and returned shortly afterwards with a temporary solution to get me back into town. After ordering new tires, Brian informed me that Les Schwab had decided to wave the service call charge for getting me back to town. I don't see how you can give better customer service than that!?!
