Came in to get tires put on, left my number.They never called me, I called but no one answered, and when I got a ride back to the shop, they had closed 35 mins early. Next day came, still got no call. Decided to get a ride back there again, no apology was given, only excuses.I will never use them again. Customer service was a joke. I hope I m never forced to use them for anything ever again. Pick somewhere else. I d rather drive to Billings with tires in the back of the car then go here again.

Traveling from Montana to Castle Rock Co for Thanksgiving we sheared off wheel lugs and needed towed. After multiple phone calls and being told it would be 1-2 weeks to do repairs, we reached Tire Rama. We were towed to their facility where they efficiently had us back on the road in an hour! We were so grateful!!

Was awful experience I live 30 miles out called and asked checked if they could do alignment and new parts installed that I have already then tell me they have to order the parts can't use what I got so drove 1 hrs to get my car fixed and got screwed never giving them another chance that's garbage I waisted time they wanted me to spend extra money even tho I have the parts and they ate not cheep parts moog is top end

Got a flat tire while hunting, got us in and fixed the tire in 1 hour and didn t even charge us! Awesome customer service and quick turnaround time.

I want to thank the folks at the Lewistown Tire-Rama for their excellent work and the experience we had with them.We were driving through town to attend a funeral service when our tire went flat. I had called ahead and was informed that their schedule was full and it would be several hours before they might be able to get to our vehicle.My father drove over and got in line to have them service our vehicle. The flat could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. They had 2 new tires available and was able to get those changed out for us quickly.Long story short...they got us in WAY sooner than we expected and got us out the door for WAY less than we were expecting!Thank you so much for the quick service and excellent experience!

On Saturday August 21, 2021. My son and I at 8 am went to the Lewistown location to get two new tires put on the front of his Jeep. We ended up waiting for three hours to get the job done.After showing up when they opened and being the third in line. We watch several vehicles come in after our arrival and some how be serviced before us. When they informed us that the vehicle was ready. I asked if they took a torque wrench to the lug nuts on the tires that they replaced and just put back on. I was told "yes", even though my son nor I saw them do so through the window in the waiting room, while watching the whole process. After driving a few blocks back to our friends home I took a tire iron to the front tires and they were loose. Some of the nuts needed a complete rotation before they started to get tight. In summary, We hope who ever goes to this store has plenty of time and is comfortable double checking their work for your own safety.

I had purchased a new set of tires at a great price from this place and the staff was terrific and quick. No problems in the following weeks driving the car and the tires are great. I Highly recommended Tire Rama and made in America tires; Cooper Tires!!!

Would not recommend them very unprofessional work. Bought a set of tires, when I came to pick it up I went to look at it as my wife was paying. It had a broken hub cover because they didn't know how to take it off, it was missing a decorative screw they thought had to come off. The one rim had lube all over it. The fronts were 10 lbs different. They had put the center piece of my hub cover in my cup holder when I asked about they said they're cheap plastic & you can just glue it back on. Not even an apology, now I get to spend $40 for a new one. Don't plan on ever doing business here again.

I've always been treated with respect and courtesy at Tire Rama in Lewistown (shout-out to Karla! *G*). Pricing/estimates seem fair and reasonable, and staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and willing to work with you and around your schedule.

i used to work there and saw how stuff was done, understood it, and i thought they did really good. then a little while later i needed a wheel changed out and figured i could take it here. and got it changed drove home and parked, then went on a drive a couple days later with my girlfriend and my wheel fell off driving down the road because of loose lug nuts...

Called ahead and still have a 3 hr wait. I get it. They are busy, but they have 2 open bays with nothing going on in them. Seems like they must need more help as they do have "now hiring" posted. Great staff. Very friendly and professional

Worst rotation experience ever...witnessed it from the waiting room...waiting to see if they damaged the front end...new guy doesn't know a jack or what he's doing...
