This store is great!! Lots of stuff everyone needs or wants. Big R's are like a smaller version of Fleet Farm.

They have most everything you may need for your farm or ranch needs. Prices are not bad, and the place is normally clean. However, they only get am average rating from me because of the staff. Some of them are pretty rude and disrespectful towards customers, and act like they are being put out when ask a question. This is not a one time experience, but almost every time I have to go in there. There are a few that try, but the rudeness of the others take away from anything they try to do. I would recommend going some place else if at all possible.

What an awesome store. Something for everyone from children's cloths, hunting/fishing to the ranch items that are usually not available nearby. I wish we had one of these back home.

I bought 2 shirts and a pair of shoes ,the bill was approximately 250.00,which I thought was reasonable. When I got home I realized one shirt had a stain /mark on it the next day I took it back with the receipt the tags I had removed prior to noticing the stain, they would not replace it because the tags were not on the shirt again I had the receipt. And had purchased it in the last 24hrs. Did I mention the shirt was 25.00.i will not shop there again.very dissatisfied customer

This rating is for my cashier this morning. A dark haired young lady. She did not know what she was doing and it felt like she wanted her manager to do her job for her. I had asked a question and she had to ask someone over their walkie-talkies. She was also unprofessional and had a lip peircing that made me very uncomfortable and made her hard to understand. Over all very unhappy with her level of professionalism and customer service.

This is a fairly new store & the staff are awesome! The store is always clean as well as the restroom. It is a well stocked store. If they don't have what you need in stock they will find it for you. They did have to find an auger that we needed & had it shipped. These guys are a rare breed of awesome!

This store has very friendly staff. There is a lot of variety in shoes, which is what I was looking for. I didn t see anyone on the floor to help me-had to ask questions at the cash register.

They actually have ammunition!! I was so happy to see there shelves stocked with everything I needed and my grandson found the Resistol straw cowboy hat he's been looking for forever! Great friendly staff made is a very pleasant stop on out trip to Fergus High graduation 2021!!

This store is clean, well stocked and the staff friendly. Pricing on most items are high but reflective of prices in the area, it's expensive to live in rural America.

My first time at a Big R and this place has everything!! Great selections of tools, guns, ammo, horse equipment and tools. Also clothes! They carry Tony Lama boots. A very impressive farm store!!

Big R has a huge assortment of work clothes and boots. If they don't have it, they will order it. Clean store and very motivated employees!

Putting this rating out before the store is open. Honestly, I'll be happy because I'll be able to walk back in the building. I have not been in the building since June and I have yet to return to the building.

They are the most friendliest store in all of Lewistown. Have almost anything you could need. Quality stuff at reasonable prices. Love shopping there

One staff member just kept staring me down like I was doing something wrong and then told another employee that my friend and I went into the back room. I try not to go there to the store when Andy is working she makes things worst for everything.

Love that you can bring the dog in, instead of her sitting outside in the heat! Plus tons of stuff to look at and buy!

Doesn't really have a better variety than the other "farm/ranch" stores in town, but always have friendly staff.

I couldn't get help. There is no way to identify who is an employee or customer. Either I was ignored or nobody was working
