I got snuck in the snow heading up to the Judith Mountains and Willy came to winch me out. He s a very helpful and knowledge man and was dilligent to help me out of my situation. Thank you for the help, Hanser s.

Nice service. It was an understandably busy morning for the company, but they did the best to help me. I couldnt stay with my vehicle bc of weather conditions, but they were still helpful. I was able to pay via cell phone.

Ryan with Hanser's went above and beyond to help me. After hitting a deer, I couldn't find a rental in Lewistown and was 6 hours from home. Ryan let me hitch a ride to Billings, lined up someone to take me to my rental and entertained me with stories for the several hours drive there. Everyone should be more like Ryan.
