These guys were great. We got a flat on the way through Laurel and it was at the end of the day. They got our car in and taken care of in no time! They stayed late for us and were so kind.Service: TiresService: Tires

Customers are not equal. Only schedule people based on how much money they re spending. A customer understands that you are busy but it doesn t make it ok to constantly turn people away for an issue that is not ours.

This place is amazing. We cooked our trailer axle bearings moving from Washington to Florida. We limped the trailer over to these folks and they started on it. These guys did a fantastic job, I have nothing but good things to say. Hard working professionals through and through, from the office to the feet on the the floor. Really a shame I can't put ten stars on here. Thanks for saving us and getting us back on the road.

They put you on hold till it goes to voice-mail and then don't pick up when you call again, and not rapid at all, wait up to an hour maybe more due to hour long lunch breaks.

Chris was extremely helpful and took care of my mechanical needs.I needed to return back home in Kalispell, MT, which is an 8 hours' drive, for my son wedding, and he was able to get me in and repair the problem, all within the same day.Thank you very much Chris for your great service and professionalism. BEST IN TOWN... We was traveling from Kansas City to Whitehall Montana in myb26' RV and we stop for the night in Best Western Hotel and because we have a cracked tire valve. The hotel customer service lady told us about this tire shop, they took our RV even when they don't work in RV's and found that we only need an extension valve. They resolve our traveling issue and don't charge me nothing, I gave the tech a good tip for his work. These kind of people are the ones who make the difference in this world. Thank you again guys!!!

Traveling and blew a tire on our trailer, even though there was a small wait to have it fixed, they were faster than any other place , better priced, and very nice!Thank you for getting us fixed and on out way home!

Everyone that works at Rapid Tire is awesome. They ve always taken amazing care of our vehicles and I would trust them anytime. However, the woman that answers the phone, Nicole, is awful. She is so incredibly rude and her attitude is astounding. She makes it very clear that any questions you have regarding your vehicle are incredibly inconvenient for her and she can t wait to get you off the phone. If you don t answer a question exactly the way she wanted you to, she will audibly scoff. It is so saddening that she is the first person you have to talk to while working with Rapid Tire because every other person there is so hardworking and kind.Service: Tires

I needed new tires for an up coming trip I was taking. My tires were not in stock at the Laurel location but they were able to get them from a Billings location and put tires on the same day so I could safely take my trip! A few months later I came back in and had some front end work done.The staff at Laurel Rapid Tire is beyond amazing! They have gone the extra mile for me! I trust their mechanics and the folks in the office. I really can t say enough about these folks. I have referred several people to have work done here. Not only is service done in a very timely manner but they are honest and their pricing will keep me coming back. So much more than a tire store. Customer service was so polite. Excellent service. Excellent atmosphere. Price couldn't been better. Waiting room comfortable. And service was faster than I expected. Showroom was clean and comfortable .

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would!My family and I were just passing through town on our way to Yellowstone for vacation when we blew a bearing on our trailer.Tim at Rapid Tire in Laurel told us to bring it on over and he d get us taken care of. The trailer was done in a day and was good as new.Tim and his staff were great and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for them!! Thanks a ton!

The staff at Rapid Tire has to be the best mechanical staff I have ever met! They treat my parents very well and my mom like a queen. They are always willing to come get the car from our house for us because my mom is disabled and doesn't get out much and will bring it back to us. They take the time to explain so we understand and don't ever over charge us. Been great to our family for over 20 plus years!!

I don't typically write reviews but I felt that this was earned and should be shared. If anyone needs help with auto care I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting the Rapid Tire facility in Laurel MT. The staff is very personable and have never ceased to go above and beyond my expectations. I will continue to visit and support a local businesses who have earned my trust and loyalty. I was in a pinch needing one single tire that nobody had in stock. Rapid Tire in Laurel Montana quoted me two days but had the tire replaced and mounted in under 24 hours. James has a great team. 5/5 would recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had an emergency stop at Rapid Tire today. On dashboard was the battery warning light on, but I had no idea that I actually had damaged alternator belt and I couldn t even turn the wheel. They were so professional getting the price for me, deliver the belt to their location and fix it right away with no labor cost!! Trustworthy people. Highly recommendedService: Wheel alignment

Great service! Found a large screw in my tire while on vacation and I stopped here because it was the closest tire shop. They had the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes even though they were clearly busy with other customers. Repair cost was very reasonable and it held for the remaining 3000 miles of the trip. Thanks for keeping our vacation on track!

We had an snow related incident and got snow got in to all 4 tires that was causing vibration while driving. They helped me clear it and was very understanding and helpful. He din't even charge. So grateful for his service that we were able to reach safely on our long journey. Would highly support and recommend their business.

Always professional, courteous, and honest. They always give it to you straight. The service is excellent and thorough. You're always in and out, even when it seems they take on more than they can handle... they handle it... like pros!Recently, we were in a jam that popped-up last minute, right before we launched on a camping trip and they got us in and took care of it. With anyone else would be a fuss and asking too much, but not this group. They handled it... with time to spare!We haven't looked back since we switched over... but No more sloppy work. No more fuss. No more grossly over-priced, unprofessional and unnecessary service. I don't throw it out there often but this group is legit!

This place is the best.... 1st choice for all my car needs! A year ago I needed work done and again today. Always gets me in and out. Hands down BEST PLACE IN LAUREL! I would recommend rapid tire to anyone needing work done. Staff is knowledgeable. Friendly. Courteous. There not out to rip you off. Very honest with fees and work that needs to be done. Thanks for all your great work. I will be a customer for life!

While traveling, I experienced a drop in tire pressure. Drove to Rapid Tire to have them check for a leak. They open at 7:30 am, which was handy. Friendly, professional staff got my car in to the garage in a reasonable amount of time and made the needed repair. Would I use them again? You bet!

Took my car in the night before New Years Eve to get all four tires replaced. We had to wait for the new ones to be delivered from a few hours away. I called the morning of New Year s Eve to check when it would be done and they said my tires won t be in until noon (they closed at noon for holiday hours). I was expecting my car not to be done until Friday for that reason, but these guys stayed after hours on a holiday just to make sure it was done for me. 10/10 EXCELLENT customer service and I ll never go anywhere else!!

Amazing, friendly, affordable service. Knowledgeable staff not trying to rip you off! We were passing through on our way back to the east coast, ran over something and heard a clicking underneath our car. They took a look without charge and fixed a few things in a very timely manner. 100% recommend.

Rapid was quick and helpful. Noted everything wrong. Quoted prices and took care of what I came for plus offered advice since I was on a tight budget. Will go again for more work to be done on my rig.

I liked how nice everyone was and how helpful they were also, I also liked that I was informed about the services that needed done before they just went ahead and did it then charged me an outstanding amount. I will definitely be taking my truck there again when needed.

My mechanic shop in Absarokee recommended Rapid Tire for a front end alignment. The alignment turned out to be fine, but they accurately diagnosed the problem. They weren't able to fix it, but they contacted my regular mechanic shop with what they found. Honest work, very fair price.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
