I called and asked if they were available to change my oil, first come first serve! The team was amazing to watch work together and it was more then just an oil change, they topped off other fluids, washed my window, checked my filter, vacuumed the driver side and so much more and they had me out super fast and it s all still just blowing my mind . They were super affordable, super friendly and I definitely plan on coming back!

I'm just passing through on my way back to Chicago and found this place through Google Maps. They were busy but were efficient. It's fascinating and also reassuring to hear how the service techs verbalize each item to one another for confirmation before signing off and sending a vehicle out the door. The level of professionalism blows basically every oil change shop in Chicago I've been to out of the water. And the free ice cream is a very nice touch.

We are on a cross country trip and headed back home. We stopped in at this Master Lube in Laurel. The two gentlemen there were just amazing. I ve never written a review for an oil change business, but these guys deserve it. I wish I had gotten their names but their kindness and professionalism stopped me in my tracks to write this review.

Had the best experience today! I was in and out within 20 minutes and everyone was so nice! I will definitely be back. Bryttnee was fantastic!! And so was the man who helped me. He had a big bushy beard but I didn't catch his name. Keep up the good work.

God bless the manager and employees of this store. Being thousands of miles from home we had a trans connection line loose and start a fire on the manifold. The following day I checked around and I could not see or find it but these kind folks said come on in and we will get you squared away. In minutes he found the leak and reconnected it. Then toped off the trans fluid shook my hand and said safe travels. They offered complimentary coffee and some ice cream for my dog to cool down with as well. If I could give 10 stars to this establishment I would. Best service I've come across in all the United States. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Their oil change itself was very fast and efficient. Most of the workers were very welcoming and smiley, but there was one worker who was not very kind at all. She rushed me through as I checked out and proceeded to have a bad attitude throughout the entirety of my visit.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took a little extra time but the girls there did a great job and were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning here for future oil changes.

I don't think I'll be going here any time soon. I took my car for a regular oil change and it was just nothing but many irritations from there. The employee who vacuumed my car threw trash that was on the floor boards on my seats. Another employee took it upon themselves to open and start emptying my glove box which was just asinine. My car has a cabin filter and to get to it you need to go through the glove box. I told here to stay out of the glove box but this fell on deaf ears. She walked away which prompted me to go onto the shop floor to find everything dumped on the seat. I put everything back the way it was before locking my glove box and slamming the door. I told her to stay out of my personal items. In her hands she had a new cabin filter. I never asked to have the cabin filter looked at, I didn't given them permission to change it, and I was never asked if I wanted the cabin filter changed.

Great service especially considering I arrived at the end of their day. The service was very fast and staff was kind and professional. Very reasonable price on my oil change and the bonus of Free Wilcoxson Ice Cream was such a nice treat on this hot day. Thank you!Also very nice to see female staff working in the shop!!

Outstanding service!! LITERALLY the best quick lube service I have ever had! Friendly, professional, thoughtful people here. They did quality work and were fast and focused. This will be my new go-to for all my vehicles.

I am very impressed with this current staff and their leadership. I had a bad experience before, they have since brought in an amazing team that knew my car and immediately alerted me that they needed to have a filter brought in and that it would take maybe 15 minutes. That was fine and they actually had my car all done within that same 15 minute window. Incredibly professional and courteous and I take back my previous 1 star rating and replace with 5 stars. Highly recommend! I love a business that listens to customers and cares enough to not only fix a problem but to take ownership and ensure it doesn't happen again.

This was a great experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Fast and easy to get in. Reasonable prices. I had a few services done , and I felt I could trust them with all my vehicles. Definitely top notch customer service.

I have been very happy with the professional service at the Laurel MasterLube. They are very positive in their behavior and do their job well, and quickly. There is seldom a line, and I feel like they focus on each customer and do a great job. they have done extra minor things for me and have showed how thoughtful they are (and professional). Amazing customer service. Not to mention they didn't talk down to me like other shops in Laurel have. I'll definitely take my car to you all again from now on! Fast, friendly, and genuine.

Went for a standard oil change told them what oil to put in. They ended up putting the wrong oil in so I had to wait. They charged me $103 dollars for an oil change. They never told me how much it was just ran my card. Bunch of high-school kids that don't know what they are doing. I won't be going back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service is always on point. Treat their customers with respect. Make it comfortable for the little ones. Always really nice and my car always rides better as soon as I leaveI won't go anywhere else for an oil change it minor maintenance.

Normally I am always happy with service, today disappointed when I said blow out air filter they didn t , so I asked about it then they said it had a tear in it (which was never pointed out to me ) and had to take filter out again to sort of blow it out. I dunno I guess he didn t feel like doing it. First time this has ever happened. I guess we all have off days.. Service: Oil change

These guys tried to charge me $57.99 for a conventional oil change on a sub compact car. 4qts of oil. Standard filter. I was the only one there. They rushed my car through. Less than five minutes. If you're pressed for time that's alright but with no one else there they should let it drain longer and do a better inspection. I will say that the manager gave me the advertised price after I complained but stated it would be 57 dollars next time. Next time I'll go across the street to the Ford dealer and pay $38. I advise you to do the same. There is nothing here worth the $20 more than the dealership.

I took my 2013 VW Beetle with only 19000 miles on it to Master Lube for an oil change. They broke not stripped the oil pan so bad I had to take it to the VW dealer and have a new oil pan installed. $662 later Master Lube refused to pay for the fix. All of their BS about local and community is a joke. People need to be aware you have them work on your car at your own risk as their word means nothing!!!!!!!!!!
