This is my First Dealer Service Plan.Matt and the team are very friendly and helpful! The Service and Answers to my questions were very Quick and thorough. The funny thing...I had more questions and concerns than the time it took to complete the service!I was Blown away by how simple it is to just Park in the Lane, check in, wait in the Very comfortable waiting area with snacks and refreshments, and before I have time to really watch any news clips, be called in to collect my completed vehicle service!Matt made sure to review everything that was done, as well as review All the Inspection points completed. I left with No questions and No problems!

Paying 175. 00 dollars for labor and almost 75.00 dollars for a rear blinker light receptacle to be replaced is way out of line...Ford is like...buy a vehicle for this much and will drain the rest of your bank account with any repairs done.
