Have been doing business here for quite some time multi vehicles.We re done. When department that is supposed to be honest & depended on to provide service that is needed only, suggested to plan for future, & knowledgeable mechanics that know their job.Came in to check noise from front end .can read the invoice#CVCS21335. Shari even heard it. Was very noticeableTech: 7018 - (read the invoice) .referred us to check tiresNow wonder if cooling system flush; was completed correctly, level was low, or anything else checked .like used to be doneSame day .took to our tire shop; been with for years also. Trust is everythingBoth front wheel bearings were shot, in bad shape, seen thank God nothing happened @70 +/- mphWas charged $78.50, for your service dept to do nothing & state can t hear and un normal noise Was very noticeable, & if really checked, would have seenTook our tire shop, 15 minutes to diagnoseWill take business elsewhereThank you for putting us in jeopardy

Very friendly and responsive. Seem very trustworthy. The finance man was friendly and honest. He probably could slow down on going over paper work as its overwhelming anyways. Also, still waiting on a final piece we ordered but overall would highly recommend this place!!

Carson was awesome! He was able to set us up with a new Chevy Traverse that we had seen on their website. With us living out of state we were able to complete the deal in just a matter of hours. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely consider using this dealership on our next purchase.

My son took his truck there to get work done on it and the lady at front desk and Lyle said we should take the truck back to the dealer we bought it from to get work done. If you don t buy from there dealership they don t want your business. My advice to them. Big sign in front if you don t buy from us we won t service your vehicle. Beware!!

Laurel Chevrolet is a one-hour round trip for me. Made online appt. for oil and recall on my 2022 ZL1. Never received confirm call, just automated message for appt. Arrived on time. Recall not noted in local system and parts were not there. Now I have to return in one-two months for recall parts install. I received a personal call on my previous first oil change and was able to confirm the oil they were using, appt. went fine. They were disorganized on my latest appointment. Service was fine, people friendly, but a ball was dropped.

I ve brought my 2020 Colorado in twice because of a transmission shudder. They drove it for 10 minutes and said there was nothing wrong. I informed them that it doesn t do it all the time but when it does, it practically rattles my fillings loose. I went on to inform them of all the articles I read (evidently this is a fairly common problem on that make and model) that recommend a Mobile 1 transmission flush as a good starting point. They didn t even do that. They didn t take anything apart. They simply shrugged and said Well, bring it back if it continues to act up. Absolutely worthless service department.

We found the buying experience at Laurel Chevrolet to be very easy, enjoyable and friendly. Other dealerships that we have dealt with around the Billings area have proven to be looking out for their pocketbook and that was the complete opposite at Laurel Chevrolet. Jim and Kathy treated us with respect and were very personable and treated us kindly from the moment we drove on their lot. We are very pleased with the purchase of our new 2024 Silverado and will be very happy to refer any of our friends and family to see the friendly staff at Laurel Chevrolet.

Excellent, honest, competent dealer that exceeds expectations. Ken Fichtner is a joy to work with. Even though I live 850 miles away, I have bought 2 new Corvettes from Ken, and I'm in the process of buying my 3rd. I'm baffled as to why other dealerships don't do business this way. Buying a vehicle shouldn't be like having a root canal. Highly recommended for a Chevy car or truck.

I have told all my friends and family about Laurel Chevrolet. They have the most awesome looking vehicles and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you find the best deal and show you how your vehicle works and all the options it has. I love my new truck and went away a very happy customer. I waited around 2 months for my 2024 Chevy Trax, however Carson was on top of giving me quick replies and real time updates on the location and status of my vehicle! When I ask service why they charged double for a simple oil change they tried to say that Billings Chevrolet probably didn't use good oil and Delco filter. They do use the exact same product. Can't trust this dealer when they lie about simple things.

Great customer service. Our salesman Matt was very friendly, outgoing, and patient. He never once pressured us. Neither did any of the managers that work there did either. They all made our trade a very well experience all around. The whole staff we spoke to were all friendly. Would definitely suggest to check them out! More than accommodating for us. It was our 1st time purchasing from them.

The service driver person didn t have my phone number written down correctly. This created some delay. The work performed is fine and the part seems to be correct (although it s aftermarket). The diagnosis was accurate and the problem with the cabin temperature control was fixed.

Everyone I encountered at the dealership was kind and professional. It was the kind of service and personal interaction that is not the norm today. Every aspect of the experience from the first phone call, to vehicle pick-up and finance was more than I could ask for. I ve never thought of myself as a brand person but based on this experience I will return to Ken and his staff for the future and recommend to family and friends. I want to say thank you again.

The two ladies in the service department went above and beyond to make my experience better. They were in contact with me the two months it took to get the part for my truck, due to this national shortage. When the part did show up, they got me in right away. They were very friendly and they showed excellent customer service.

Andy and Chris made our buying experience very easy and straightforward. They were very transparent and forthcoming with any information we requested. We noticed a couple of very minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle and they were more than happy to remedy the problem without any hassle. Couldn t be happier with the customer service we received and will definitely be customers for life!
