I called many places in Billings and Laurel to get my rear main seal fixed on my 05 Tahoe, Either the price was outrageous or they were a month out before they could get me in. I called Laurel auto clinic and I was able to bring my truck in the next week. He did the repairs and had the vehicle back to me that same day with no further issues. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for the work to be done right without someone trying to break your bank account. Thanks again buddyService: Auto maintenance

Gave me back an undriveable car. After $800 y'all can get the alignment of the tires closer than that, you didn't even try. When I ask what they could do for me I was told "Well you can bring it back in and we can get it close as we can." WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE!? When I bring it in to get aligned somewhere else and they tell me y'all jacked it up bad I'm going to have to suspend/refund the charge under fraudulent.

Carl and crew are the place to go in Laurel for your automotive repairs. Every interaction has been seamless. They listen to your vehicle's issues and get it fixed in a timely and affordable manner. Great people and great service!

Carl and his crew are miracle worker s!! My car had been having belt issues, a 99 Subaru and with one look they knew what was wrong. This crew took the time to really dig around and discovered that my car had another serious issue besides the belts.He quoted me a great price, as well as just being courteous, also caring to make sure my car was fixed right and would drive safely.This is after taking my car to a shop, them tightening the belts and charging me a mint for the service.This is a great shop, and they care a lot which is rare for a business these days. I blew the motor in my water hauling/snow plowing truck and Carl at Mels was very helpful and timely to work with. He didn't charge to diagnose the problem and was very upfront and honest with what my options where. It only took a couple days to replace the engine and went above and beyond to make sure the replacement engine was good to go. They stayed within the price they quoted and had me back hauling water and plowing snow in no time.Service: Engine repair

I've had several vehicles in and out of Mels Auto Clinic over the last ten years or so and I could not be happier with the service, prices, quality of work, and professionalism this shop has. If it needs fixed, they'll fix it right and for the price they told you (or less). On the off chance they can't fix it its because it requires specialty tools that usually only a specialized shop would have. (wheel alignment, ring & pinion install, etc.). If they cant fix it they'll tell you what needs done and who in the area can do it for you. Really hard to find a good honest auto repair shop that takes pride in their work anymore but Mel's is one of the best.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I've had these guys work on my car for over 2 years now. They're fast and always do their jobs well. Carl is a great guy and never does anything shady, unlike some other places in town.
