The service at Crash Champions in Laurel,MT is absolutely amazing. The receptionist and General Manager are AWESOME. The team there that works on your vehicle absolutely superb work. They all take pride in the work that comes out of their shop. KUDOS to you all at that shop. I wouldn't even hesitate taking my vehicle there. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND. A+++++

First of all the level of care from the folks at Crash Champions was amazing. I was informed every step of the way. If I had questions they got back to me that day. And the final product of my repair was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to anyone, and if I have any future repairs I will definitely be back. Thank you Crash Champions, it was a pleasure working with you!!

They did a great job on my repairs. I almost didn t go there because there are no rental cars in Laurel. They drove me to Billings to pick up my rental car and when my car was done, they took care of returning the rental back to Billings. Within a couple hours of picking up my car, I got a text message from Enterprise thanking me for my business. Crash Champions in Laurel made it very easy!

My car was repaired and returned in record speed. It was cleaned inside and out and looked amazing. The staff is all so helpful and friendly. A real family atmosphere.

Very impressed with the quality of care provided by Noelle and the team at Crash Champions of Laurel! They communicated with me throughout the whole repair process and were available to get started on my car months before the shops in my local area. The work completed to return my car to it's former state was thorough and excellently done! If you are in need of car repair you will be pleased with the service and quality of their work.

Top tier customer service, this company did an amazing job on my bumper repairs after an accident . They got me in quick , completed the work in less than a week , worked with insurance super smoothly , and were beyond friendly. Exceeded all my expectations. They even dropped my car off for me , fully detailed and buffed and looking pristine. They were highly recommended to me , and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I meet. 10/10 stars thanks so much!

This shop is phenomenal, excellent customer service, friendly, experienced and very helpful with the whole process. It was seamless and quick, gave me a ride to pick up the rental car, allowed me to drop it off at the shop when my vehicle was done. Received regular text updates throughout. The did an excellent job with the repairs, even washed and detailed my vehicle. 10/10 recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Took my truck in after hitting a deer. The guys repaired my truck and even fixed a couple spots that they found extra and didn t charge me. We had a check that was stolen from our mailbox that was for some of the repairs. I spoke with Noel and let them know what was going on with the payment that had been sent to me that was stolen. She was very patient and worked with us until the bank declared the stolen check fraud and was sent a balance check almost 90 days later. I give Crash Champions a big 5 Stars for the way they handled my business. Thank you Noel and the guys that worked on my truck.. I am completely satisfied with their service.Service: Body & Trim

Had some body work done on my silverado. They damaged the top of my cab while installing the camper shell and now it leaks. Called my advisor and they blew me off, never responding to my text message because it was inconvenient for me to return immediately after they already had my truck a week longer than was estimated. Terrible service, I will absolutely not be returning!!!

I brought my car in from the Gallatin Valley because they were able to get started on it months ahead of what I was being quoted in Bozeman as well as getting several recommendations from past customers and even local body shops. These guys were top notch, kind, friendly, honest. The exact kind of people you want working on your vehicle. Great customer service from Noelle who offered to deliver my car back to Bozeman so it would be there when I returned from a trip! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a pickle and needed some quick and inexpensive repairs done on my little beater after hitting a deer, I didn t need it pretty, I needed it functional. I called and spoke with them and they seemed great! Even willing to come take a look at it at my home. I wasn t available to do that unfortunately an emergency called me away. I brought it in a couple days later and spoke with the gentleman about what I needed. He took some pictures and said he would get back to me. Two weeks went by and I called for an update. He called me back and said he was trying to track down some parts. For a 2003 Toyota Camry. Here it is a month in and still not even a quote. I know I wasn t a big spender but, that shouldn t be the point. I have given up. So I suppose if you are working with insurance, you ll do great, but if you are paying with your savings. And in a hurt, I d look for another option.

I called a few weeks ago to see about them putting on a new side mirror I purchased. I bring it by at 4:15 today( no appointment) thinking they'll Check it out and get me on the schedule whenever they can. Nope! He looks my car over , grabs some tools and put it on then and there! In and out in 20 minutes ! Everyone was kind , helpful, welcoming and working hard. Great service, would recommend %110!

The staff at Crash Champions were excellent to work with with. I had a little fender bender with my pickup. They had my truck repaired in less than 5 business days and the repair was outstanding. These guys were amazing- I finally swung in because i had a plastic undercariage shield dragging on my car and wasn't sure who to take it to. They didn't waste any time and just pulled it in and fixed it for me- and didn't even want to charge me! Nicest bunch of guys. Hard to find people in the auto repair industry that you're likely to trust. While driving to take care of a friend I had an accident which wound up totaling my car. The car was towed to Crash Champions in Laurel, Montana. I have to say that was the absolute best place to wind up at. The staff, Noel, Brian and everyone else went above and beyond to take care of me. Even though my car was totaled and there was nothing for them to repair they have continued to give me the support I needed well after the accident. A huge Thank you to them. And if heaven forbid you should have an accident near Laurel, Montana, make sure your auto is taken there!

I live in Bozeman, Montana. I was in a crash recently and called all over Bozeman (and Billings, Missoula, Salt Lake City, Boise, etc) for collision repairs. Most shops in Bozeman were booked out 6 months! When I called Noel at Crash Champions in Laurel she immediately put my mind at ease. She encouraged me to drop my car off on the weekend rather than taking time out of work, kept me in the loop with regular text updates, and even ended up meeting me at the shop on a Saturday to pick my car up, looking brand new! Progressive's local rep had positive things to say about working with Crash Champions too and, from my end, repairs and payment went very smoothly. 10/10!Services: Auto windshield repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Red Rock was amazing. After a Ford Dealer in Billings gave me an estimate including everything I asked for and then said they forgot to add over $100 of service after I already got the money from the person who hit me, I turned to Red Rock and they were amazing! They were extremely understanding of my situation and decided to do all the work the dealer promised, and even more extra and thorough stuff, for the original quote price. Not only did they take my car the day I showed up for a quote and drove me back home and back to the shop, they even cleaned my car before picking it up. They were awesome through the whole process. I am happy the dealer screwed me because I got better work done for the same price. Would go again in a heartbeat.Service: Body & Trim

Got in a wreck earlier today unfortunately and decided to go with these guys for the repairs. They got me in for the estimate right away, gave my son a cape and were so friendly and wonderful towards him, and even dropped me back off at home. So far I've had an exceptional experience with this team, would definitely recommend them to anyone who appreciates high quality service!
