The Laurel branch anutozone is a piss poor store!!!! One autozone sells you parts under warranty and the laurel store tells you they re not under warranty when you return the old parts! Basically screwed out of $400.00!!!!!!!!I ve done business over the past 20+ years with them however, never again!!!What a Joke!!! I will share with everyone I speak to go elsewhere where a customer is treated like one! Thank you Miss Zimmerman, store manager!

Always have a good experience when I'm going to Autozone in Laurel..they have a good crew and Heidi is the manager of the Laurel store and she always goes the extra mile to help get the part I need with a wonderful attitude..

We went to the laurel store after going to the one in Billings yesterday (had a terrible experience in billings). Will is a very nice and knowledgeable guy along with his coworker. Thank you for all you did. We appreciate you making up for our past experience in Billings.

Dang what to say? I had a dream of an experience with the Laurel zoners! Will is so nice and welcoming. Zane was crankin busy on the day I came in, and he not only helped me change my battery (I can t even reach it because I m short and I drive a truck). Zane was so kind and wonderful. I can t express my gratitude enough as a single mom, not knowing a thing about engines. I will say that there was one icky man, Steven that was cold, rude and a little creepy to me however, the two others made it all worth the time. If you go to Laurel, ask for Zane and Will, they are top knotch!

My experience at AutoZone was very complicated and embarrassing. I arrived at AutoZone on a Tuesday and purchased a set of car Hubcaps. The clerk at the check out told me I should return the hubcaps if I did not like the way they looked. I could get store credit if I have lost my receipt. When I got home one of the hubcaps cracked and broken. So I returned to the store on the following Saturday. I walked into the store inform the cashier I forgot my old hubcaps at home that are broken. I am going to purchase a different set. The cashier inform me he could exchange out the broken ones for the new ones. I informed him I would bring the old hubcaps back that were broken. And I didn't mind accepting store credit. So a couple days later I returned to the store but the broken hubcaps. I took the hubcaps to the cashier and told her .I did not have my receipt for the broken ones. But I found a receipt for the new ones that I bought. Keep this in mind I paid with my debit card both items. So I got on my app Wells Fargo and showed the cashier that I have the receipt numbers and the date and time that I was there. The cashier that I was speaking to was a manager. The manager refused show even look up or give me store credit. The manager rudely informed me that people were walking out of the store with huge hubcaps and not being seen by any employees. And the thieves we're returning the hubcaps and thanks to them I couldn't get store credit or even acknowledgement of the other two employees that informed me two different times that I could return the hubcaps and get store credit without a paper receipt. The manager said that was AutoZone's store policy. If so why haven't the employees been informed of this policy.

Would give it 5 stars but the staff "not all" like to look past you for lack of words. Clean friendly place but the initiative to help when you walk in the door isn't there. Overall a good shopping experience

We had serious issues with a uhaul trailer and this was the closest place to find help. We were greeted by Heidi who went ABOVE and beyond to help us fix what could have been a complete catastrophic accident on the highway! Thank you Heidi! You are amazing!

I have used this autozone probably 4x now and had good experiences each time. This last time I purchased a new battery for my mower the staff was super helpful and friendly. They even tested the battery to make sure it had a charge before I left the store. Good unit.

Walked into an empty store 12:35pm. Waited almost 10 minutes inside the store and never was helped. Didn t see any employees or other customers. Should be able to see it on the cameras.

Love this place. Ordered brakes and the wrong ones were delivered. They apologized and had the right set within an hour. Mistakes happen and they made it right. Always giving me a heads up on what would go with what I ordered. Good crew.

I went in to have the battery on my key fob replaced. They were quick to do it, and the battery was less than $6.00. They changed it quickly and they were very nice.

Wanted to find a hard to find fuel pump. Got some info but the great guy at auto zone was amazing. He worked with the info I had and went the extra mile to find it. Picking up tomorrow and it works I will be the hero wife

Staff is very helpful. Had to use their obd reader. Quit going to O'Reilly's because they just wait for you behind the counter. At AutoZone they are in the aisles helping the customers.
