Finally found my shop! Buy 3 oil changes get one free! I own a transportation business so I need an oil change pretty much every month. They are good at getting you in same week and I m never there longer than an hour for an oil change which is nice. They take great care of my vehicle when I go in there. They are nice and trustworthy. Plus, you get a free ice cream while you wait! Can t get any better than that! Thank you Tire Rama!!

They didn t even check my tire pressure when getting my winter tires put, still had the masking tape on the stems from when I painted them. Called them about it and didn t offer much help. Wouldn t recommend wasting your time and money here

Paid over $300 to get winter tires swapped over. Charged extra because they were "not Tire Rama tires". So if you don't want to pay double the cost for their tires, compared to tires you can order online they will overcharge you getting them put on. First and last time I will ever go here.

Was in town for a family vacation and ended up with a flat. Shop in town advised it couldn t be patched and they didn t have anything in stock to replace it with.Rental car company suggested Tireama so we gave them a call. I was advised they had the right sized tire in stock and could get it done in about 90 min or so. Ended up being completed in right around 30 min!Was glad we ended up at this shop, ended up being a very minor issue on our family trip.Thanks Nick for all your help!

Got a flat and was closest to this shop. The tires were originally purchased at a different Tire-Rama. A wheel weight went through the tire and they said they could not fix the tire. Better yet they could not just replace the tire or 2 tires, but had to replace all 4. $2000 later we thought let's go to a different Tire-Rama and found out they could fix the tire good enough to order a new tire. Way to ruin our vacation and scam us!

We had an unexpected slow leak and needed a tire fixed quickly. They got it done with time to spare even though they had a lot going on. Fast, friendly and very cost effective. Highly recommend them and will be back.

Great experience when I had a flat tire, they changed my tire for me free of charge and when I went back to get the tire fixed & found out that it could not be fixed due to the size of the puncture in the tread, they were more than fair with their prices for 4 new tires, changed my oil and topped off all fluids and replaced my filter at a very fair cost, all within 20 minutes!! Great Crew they have working there and I am very happy. I highly recommend them!!

$92 to mount and balance 4 small car tires, insane. South store told me the cost was $20/tire, so they overcharged me $10."Well we don't make money on used tires"Hilarious.You probably paid your tech about $7-$8 to do the work, it's pure profit.Took 4 hours to get to them, and they stole my chrome valve stem caps, replacing them with black plastic ones. This is the third time that's happened, first couple times I chalked it up to a mistake as it was 1-2 out if 4. This time it was all 4 wheels, definitely done on purpose.

Traveling thru on to Alaska and my front brakes were squeaking and needed to be replaced. Checked three places and was told it would be a week before the parts (ordered) would be ready to install. Tire-Rama had them replaced within three hours

We needed to replace the tire on our boat trailer in order to get back to Billings safely that night and this place was amazing! We were able to get in right away, it was affordable, and we had the best customer service! Thank you!

Not to be trusted. A few months ago I had one of my rims get damaged on my truck so I went here to have the tire and TPMS sensor swapped out onto another rim. There is an older tire on this rim and it was never balanced as it was just a spare. They took my money to do the swap and all they did was move the TPMS sensor over and never changed the tire or balanced the wheel. There are no wheel weights on the rim and the date code on the tires prove that this tire is not from the matching set. I just caught this mistake yesterday and took my truck in to get it corrected. They want me to wait around for a few hours to get it fixed. I waited 3 hours the first time. I don t believe that this was an honest mistake. Taking my business elsewhere.- I called. I understand that you all can't get quality employees at that location and it's too bad that you all couldn't really do anything to take care of us. I hope that the money you all received for services not provided keep you afloat until you can find better workers. Best of luck.

Went to get wheel balancing and one of the workers tryna scam me into getting all new tires saying he wouldn t be able to put the wheel back on when grease monkey took them off an put them back on just fine Good try dude

Let me tell you about these folks right here. Appointments are hard to come by right now....I needed tires asap and they went above and beyond to help me get my tires right before I had to leave town. I can't say thank you enough for all the hard work and effort these great people showed! I would highly recommend them!

Had REAR brakes replaced less than a year ago totalling $300+. About a month ago I was losing a lot of brake fluid and took it to Les Schwab thinking FRONT brakes needed done now who told me I was leaking fluid from the REAR brakes. I took it back to Tire Rama since they originally did REARS. Turns out they didn't replace everything and what they didn't was now cracked in half and needed repaired. This cost $400. So over $700 just for REARS. Then they never called me when my car was ready to be picked up.

The gentleman here went above and beyond the customer service standards for me today. Eugene made a house call to help me change my tire because it was the first time I ve ever done it. I absolutely ruined a tire that I had just purchased from them within the year and even though it was destroyed they were able to trade it in towards a new tire. I got an oil change, rotation and new tire for a Phenomenal. Thanks for the attention to detail gently

They had my tire size and they took me right away! I had a real bad tire and I Dash for a living so I needed it right away! Also being Saturday they were open! They professional and friendly and fast! Recommend them to anyone!

The worst service ever. We were on a family vacation with out 3 kids headed to Glacier National Park. Two hours outside kalispell very late at night we hit something that blew both passenger side tires. We were towed to kalispell and our car was left here. When we arrived the next morning (which we had to walk) the guy was so incredibly rude. He said and I quote, we can t do anything for you and even if we could we are too damn busy to help you. So glad we took our car somewhere else and got it fixed.

Thank God for the amazing guys at the west side store. Tyler and Brian were amazingly helpful. My tire was flat and I was using the spare that was low, I stopped at a gas station to put some air in it and it blew. Tyler was on his way to work and helped me out. Brian did everything he could to get me up and running again. You guys are truly amazing. Thank you again!!!!!

Always great service. Being a female, I do not feel talked down to or they are going to take advantage of me. (Unlike other places I have been to.) The staff is always very knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend.
