I have worked with Swartzenberger s for over 15 years and they have always gone out of their way for me and every other customer that comes through the yard. They are one of the only wrecking yards in the valley that still allow people out back and are constantly giving deals to those who need the help. Very appreciative of them and will continue to use them as my #1 stop.

What a great place. Not only are the staff very knowledgeable with all my questions, but they are very friendly! There prices are great, and I have never had any issues with any parts I have needed. They are willing to go the extra mile, and I really appreciate that.

First they loaded wrong axle, when realized it was wrong one they told me come get mine.Meanwhile they were trying to sell mine on salvageable parts site. I confronted them;LIES LIES LIES!! I warned others; bought a part they on purpose gave me wrong one/then lied to my face after refusing to retify the issue. I was told drive 6hrs to get mine. BUYERS BEWARE!! Plastic behind counter told me I was liar. Reported to better business bureau; sold me my part over the phone then part gave me wrong one on purpose, then tried to sell mine online.A local mechanic found it back on website. I paid upfront. Never made it right!! I called several times to owner who avoided talking to me or returning my call. I lost 3 days due to this screw up ended up costing me extra $325 for transport which I had to pay.

I would have liked to have left a good review, but that's not the case here unfortunately, because your business' actions go from bad to worse.First of all, we were given the wrong part because of negligence and lack of care. A part that was traveling 3 hours one way just to get to the mechanic/customer, which is quite a bit in fuel as I'm sure you understand. Upon finding out the part was the wrong part, your employees tried to cover up the mistake by saying the part we had was the right part . . . . I don't know what qualifications you require at your business, but if that was the right axle, the mechanic would have had no issue putting it in. Aside from you telling us we were wrong, you put the right axle back up for sale to further try covering your employee's mistake. After numerous phone calls to find out what happened, we were simply told we would have to drive to your location to get the entire mistake fixed (which costed quite a bit out of our pockets in fuel) for yet another 6 hour drive for YOUR business's mistake. Once we get there, your staff was rude and completely contradicting each other with different recounts of what happened, if it was the right part or the wrong part etc etc etc. Then when we stated my father had spoken with your desk girl, she said she'd never talked to him and that your business didn't employ any other female workers. I find that a bit funny since the dark haired bearded gentleman working in the yard that helped load the part stated another female worker had been working the desk two days prior and the day prior, so someone lied about that. When we asked about shipping the part here before we made the drive, we were told over and over that your business offers no shipping . . . . But then your desk girl working there the day we exchanged the part said your business does offer shipping . . . . . Honestly, I don't know what to believe other than your business does not care when it comes to the right parts being sent out or fixing a mistake made on behalf of the business by its employees.

The team here got me a hard-to-get air conditioning system piece at a fair price, and had it pulled and on the counter by the time I got there, inside an hour. Over the phone, I offered them the cost of a new part, because I "needed it yesterday" but they generously gave me a normal junkyard price on it, so I left them a tip. They pulled an extra AC hose from the system, in case it might need the other one and threw that in with my purchase to boot! Great, friendly folks to do business with.

They are very to the point, I needed a front diff, they let me look at in while it was on the truck, I told them I'd take it, and they had it out by the next morning (keep in mind I came in right before closing the previous day). Even though there was a core charge, they didn't charge me for it and trusted I would bring it in, and gave me a CV axle for free. Very reasonable prices, speedy service, and polite. Will recommend to friends and family who need parts.

Very affordable parts from a variety of cars. Helpful on the phone. Their staff are knowledgeable of available parts and location of cars in yard. Bring your own tools to remove parts and they are helpful if u don't have everything u may need to remove parts yourself.

I went to other junkyards around kalispell and none of them had the part I needed. Swartzenberger not only had my part but had it ready within 5 minutes. Great service and people, would definently recommend.

I was quoted 175 for four parts. After telling them that I wouldn't need the fourth part, my new quote was 175. I did not think that that was fair. So I called to ask about their restocking fee. The gentleman in the phone was rude to the point of cusswords. I figured I was a customer and they would treat me right. So after talking to Laramie I was told that they have a 44% restocking fee. Most reputable businesses charge 10% to 25%. These people are crooks taking advantage of those who need parts. I am a disabled vet and I can tell you I will never do business with this company again!

I haven t had any good experiences here . I ve tried 3/4 different times to deal here and it s always the same . I get ignored everytime and everything is priced higher or same as buying the part brand new and there s very little bargaining that can be done with most of them. I would do a lot of buying here if I was treated fairly. Could be because I m younger and they don t take me seriously. But my doller is worth as much as the next guys

These "men" were so rude and demeaning to me when my husband sent me there to pick up a part. He called ahead to make sure that they had the right part. They made me come in and prepay for the part so I took my old one in to make sure they got me the right one. When I went back the next day to pick it up it was the wrong part. When I told them they pulled the wrong part and I wanted my money back they informed me that I had to pay for there time and labor. FOR PULLING THE WRONG PART. How is that my fault they had the old one to compare. They are RUDE and DISHONEST. I would never go there again. If I didn't have to give them a star I wouldn't.

Looking for seat belt buckel and one of the guys gladly went into the yard and searched until he found one. In spite of the fact that it took awhile, he didnt charge me anything. I collect license plates and they loaned me screwdrivers and let me loose to find any that I wanted. Everyone there was great and while waiting, several asked meiif I was being helped. Have had previous positive experiences here and highly recommend it. Also over heard how easy they were for other customers to deal with.

I have bought several parts at Swartzenbergers wrecking yard, always treated fairly, the price was always reasonable. I needed a spare for my car hauling trailer, and they just gave me one. I was surprised, it saved my bacon on one trip, because I had to use it. I will do business there again.

I came in looking for a ACM for my 2010 F150. They have the truck & the part I need. I can buy the ACM online but figured if they have it, why wait?Well when I asked if I could buy just the ACM he told me he only sells the whole radio. So ok, I ll just buy what I need online.I found an owners manual in that truck and asked how much they wanted, he said $5.I asked if they can run my debit card for $5 since I didn t have any cash on hand; his response was Jesus Christ , shook his head, and walked away.Maybe because I m young? Or maybe because he s old & grumpy.Either way, not the best customer service...
