Rudy s Autosound is always a joy to visit for my sound needs from my cars to my off road toys and really anything you want to have music playing from. They do a lot more too such as radar detectors and light bars. I am a multi time returning customer and will deal with the team at Rudy s again for sure. The staff is super friendly, I m always greeted with a smile. They truly show that the customer is important to them not like some other places I ve been that seem to just want to drain your bank account. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable about the top tier quality products they sell and very knowledgeable about how to apply them to the customers needs. All work I have had done from Rudy s is always taken with a serious sense of pride and craftsmanship. Another great thing is that I have never felt forced into buying something I didn t need. I tell them what I m looking for, they give me a few options to choose from and they have never let me down. Go down to Rudy s Autosound for yourself and you will see exactly why I will keep doing business with the amazing team there.

Wow! I'm super happy with my new radio. I got a pioneer touch screen. Looks so clean and works great! I was even given a lesson on how it worked. Very very nice staff! I'm going to be back to install new speakers! Prices are good too. You definitely get what you pay for!

Amazing shop. Needed equipment and advice because I wanted to install a subwoofer myself. Expected to be told that they would t be able to help for one reason or another. Also expected to be told that the equipment I didn't buy from them wasn't good enough and I would need to buy stuff from them. Was pleasantly surprised when they offered top quality advice, showed me what I would need, offered the parts they had available, and got me in and out of the store in 10 minutes!

Top Notch! I first heard about Rudy's on the Ram TRX forum; after seeing the quality of work, knowledge and attention to detail I knew I wanted to take my TRX to Rudy's to revamp my sound system. (I am not from Montana)I've had sound systems that go Boom, but I've never experienced an audio system this precise, from the delicate highs to the lows you feel in your chest. Everything was stripped out of the interior, down to the frame, for sound deadening, and everything in my brand new vehicle was put back in perfectly with zero scratches/scuffs or anything else.The sound....it is unreal! It may sound cheesy, but it truly is a whole new experience listening to music on such a great audio system. Even songs I have listened to for years, I notice detail I have never noticed before, which is pretty cool.Mike was great at communicating throughout the whole process. I wanted a custom MTI subwoofer enclosure; I let Mike know what I wanted and he took care of communicating with MTI Acoustic, ordered the enclosure, and had it at the shop ready to go when I brought my vehicle in. It was also clear Mike was more concerned about making sure I was happy at the end of this project as opposed to upselling me something I didn't need. He explained how I could keep the factory speakers and tune those if I wanted to save some money. I opted to replace all the factory speakers, but it demonstrates how Mike puts his customers first.I could go on and on about how great everyone is at Rudy's, but this is already long enough.Rudy's is your place, from simple projects to something you've thought about for years! My system is ridiculous and I love it every time I hop in the truck!

As always, Mike and Rudy s technicians, delivered in upgrading the sound system in my 97 Landcruiser! Over the years I have done lots of business with Rudy s! The quality of their products and exceptional installations are unsurpassed! They pay attention to the smallest details! Rudy s employees are very personable, always professional and extremely knowledgeable about products they sale and service!

When I arrived at Rudy s Autosound, I just planned on looking at pricing for a new sound system installed for my car. I was very impressed by how clean and clearly organized the store layout was. I was greeted by Angela, and she quickly helped me find three products that would best suit my needs and budget. I ended up purchasing one of her recommendations with install after I had the opportunity to listen to each product in there AMAZING Sound Room! The install looked like nothing happened to my car. I highly recommend Rudy s Autosound to anyone.

Anyone who has lived in a small town knows it can be difficult to get quality, or knowledgeable, service when it relates to specialty equipment and installation. Those who are looking for more than your cookie cutter installation offered by many "stereo shops", would be well served to check these guys out. I am an extremely OCD person when it comes to audio equipment and a quality installation, and this is the only shop I trust my personal vehicle with. The attention to detail is always top notch and one of the few places you don't walk away feeling like you overpaid. And for those home theater nuts such as myself; they can scratch that itch too.It's really refreshing, in a world of average customer service, there are still people who take pride in what they do and believe in exceeding customer expectations. Kudos!

I have been able to work with Rudy's professionally on several occasions, and I finally had the chance to have them do some work on my personal vehicle. Rudy's is just as great to work with personally as they are professionally. Excellent product knowledge, and even more important than that, they are VERY good at installation. Rudy's is the only place in the valley where I will take my vehicle/boat for audio work.Thank you Mike and Team!

I am very pleased with the stereo they installed in my pickup. Nicole spent a long time with me helping me decide on a stereo. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and guided me through what was available, and what I would need to get the sound I was after. The installation was done well and I am very happy with the whole experience. .

This place is AMAZING!!!! I will never take my surf boat any other place than Rudy s. It s worth the drive from Missoula for me. Nobody else could figure out our sound issues, but Rudy s found everything, and it sounds SO good. Rudy s was great to work with, and our boat s all ready for Lake Powell! I have no affiliation with this place other than a customer for life now.

From the moment I walked in to inquire about products and service, Rudy's was accommodating, knowledgeable and professional as it gets.Rudy's replaced my speakers and amplified the new ones, added an amplified sub, upgraded my stereo head unit and added remote start to my truck. I am so happy with the install, it looks clean and sounds freaking incredible! The service was top notch and you bet I'll be back when I decide to add a dash cam and radar. Thank you so much!

Not only was I treated with the upmost professional respect on the telephone before my visit, but when visiting the store location I was giving all the possible options for my audio needs. After making my purchases I called for technical support upon installation and was helped instantly with my remaining questions. It was a great experience overall and my Jeep sounds amazing

Outstanding performance by the team at Rudy s Auto sound! We have had several sound systems put in our vehicles over the past years, along with golf carts , home, and more! Had done business here over the years, traveling from out of town (2 hr round trip) to get service which seemed fair. Then came up to get a high end system (total bill over $1500) put in right before the holidays. Despite history and effort to come to them, manager refused to entertain any possible holiday discount and said I'd have to return to "check"... Went down to Martys Car Audio and got an almost 30% discount. But to give the owner the benefit of responding, I wrote a letter. No response. This business isn't trying to build customer loyalty, go somewhere that does (like Marty's) where you'll be valued.

I had a great experience with the professional and knowledgeable staff when researching and purchasing a remote car starter as a gift. The Rudy's Autosound crew are friendly, helpful, and patient answering my questions and making sure this purchase was exactly what I wanted. I'll call them again!

Have been to Rudy's multiple times and have never had a problem. Both my subs blew and it was my fault for having the wrong settings on but they just gave me the replacements and installed them in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. Was just in today and had a another sub put in. I've bought a deck, multiple subs and speakers from them and have yet to be disappointed. They did an awesome job at hiding all the wires and making it all look good. Made sure it was all tuned right. I'll definitely be going back here soon to get some more stuff for my truck! Very poor attitude if you need something fixed. All I needed was a USB port that attaches to the end of the cord replaced. I even said that. They didn't like where it was located (empty button spot on dash), they wanted to move it their way and send the entire unit back to JVC to be fixed. It's a 3 minute job removing the current USB attachment at the end of the cord and replacing it with a new one. Very disappointing. Severe lack of knowledge or just not willing to help unless you bought from them.

so I went there yesterday, and this is what happened. out of the three employees working, only one is apparently able to help customers with stereo equipment. so after a long wait came a very brief, unhelpful and unprofessional interaction where in they verbally quote me $1299 "for everything". They begrudgingly gave me a printed estimate upon my request, making it clear that it was very annoying to do so, that listed the 5 pieces of equipment and labor: no prices listed by anything, just an invoice total at the bottom for $1299. I literally had to then ask him for the individual prices for each item, write them down myself, and then get out my calculator to deduct the 5 items from $1299, and it turns out they want $583 to install it. so, I thanked them for the information and left, because this place was awful, like so soooo awful. don't go.

Is it possible to give them more stars! I have gone to them on three different occasion and they are just wonderful. I appreciate their high quality of service, they honestly (they are not going to set you with something that is not the right fit), they are very affordable and very attentive.

Rudy's is the only place I go! They have installed radios and remote starts in every car I have owned for the last 10 years. My current vehicle has a remote start and a rear seat DVD system. Having a DVD for the kids is the only way to go on road trips!! Rudy's always does the best work!

The curly haired gentleman at the desk was very nice n helpful I give him a five. The ladies were a little frustrating trying to figure out my car instead of just asking me or listening to the dude so it took them a while. The reason I give four is because I felt like they were trying to squeeze extra money from me by saying I needed more items for installation than necessary.

Always a good experience when stopping in. Never points me in a bad direction. More helpful than any other place I ve ever stopped in when I ve had questions. They never try to upsell to me which is nice also. Will definitely go back for more.

I have used Rudy's for nearly 15 yrs. They've installed stereos in all my new-to-me vehicles. My last 2, I had Astrostart starters put in. Rudy's employees have always been very friendly and helpful and their professionalism is outstanding! Rudy's Autosound has always exceeded my expectations.
