Top notch folks. But I was having problems with my front end but it was due to the cold weather and ice. They were very honest and said that there was no work that needed to be done and what the cause was. It was in their shop so it warmed up and the problem was gone when I drove off. They did not charge me anything for taking a look at it which I really appreciate. Thank you Ron's alignment Will be with you guys for a long time because of this.

Outfit is first class, down from calling for available walk-in service, to recalling me when a earlier appointment was available, to full description of what it was before and what it is now. I can t recommend this outfit enough, well done.

These folks are very helpful. I went in to just ask a question and one of the techs took my Kodiak and checked it. It needs work. So I ordered the parts and they are going to do the work.

Ron's has serviced all three of our vehicles. They are affordable and fix the problem at hand. They inform but don't push you one way or another. Costumer focused, friendly and knowledgeable.

I brought my car in to get my brakes done. They told me I had a good year or so before I needed to get them changed. Most places would just do it anyways and rip you off. They were so honest. I will be returning when I need to get them done. You don t find honesty like this at many other places. Had my exhaust done on my 98 Toyota 4runner after an accident broke the muffler. They were quick, extremely helpful and the work came out great. Highly recommended for your auto needs.

I can t say enough good things about this auto shop! They are friendly, convenient and flexible. They are fair with pricing and our transparent over costs. This review is long overdue, but I ve been utilizing their services as they are honest and reasonable on parts and labor. We thought the front end was out of alignment on our F150, but they took a look and showed us a video of our front tire that showed it wobbling, which meant it had a bad wheel bearing. The downside was that it took over a week to get an appointment, and the wheel was vibrating/howling so loud that they said not to drive it any more than necessary. It was tough being without the pickup, but they did a good job of fixing it. I definitely recommend this auto repair shop. They are professional and honorable!!

My brakes were not working properly. My boyfriend suggested that I take my truck into Ron's to have them diagnose the problem. They worked my truck in within a couple of days and did a very thorough diagnosis of not only the brakes but any other thing that could be of concern. They were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them!

In the last few months Ron's Alignment and Auto Worx replaced my truck's second catalytic converter, multiple exhaust gaskets and, most recently, tightened up the front end suspension with new control arms (non-removable bushings were toast), ball joints and steering rack bushings (all original after 305K) so I could have my 20yo Toyota Tacoma aligned properly before putting brand new tires on. The play in the front end is now gone and she steers great! Last year they replaced the original exhaust system (including first catalytic converter) after 295K. Throughout, they provided excellent, professional and honest service, with reasonable prices that beat the dealer's quote, did not recommend any unnecessary work, I was shown the worn components and saw the need myself, they patiently explained the work involved (I like details!), their service was above and beyond what I expected, their employees were knowledgeable and thorough, and I greatly admire and appreciate the kindness they showed me, and the integrity with which they conducted themselves. Thank you, Josiah, Craig and Dane for the excellent care you took of my old girl! Hopefully she'll be going strong for many years to come, with your help... Thank you for everything. Sent here by Discount Tire due to complications when getting new winter tires. Very friendly and professional staff, thank you Jill and Josiah! Was able to book an appointment within the week I called. Efficient service, dropped my car off when the shop opened and was finished less than 2 hours later. Overall great experience & highly recommend Ron s for any work you might need! Thank you!

Ron s is Ahhhhmazing and my go to for all my car issues. An honest hardworking awesome crew makes this business the absolute best and I m so glad they were recommended to me a few years ago. I had an emergency recently and even though they were booked solid they were able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed within a week. I am so impressed with Exhaust works! I called at 9am in the morning as soon as I realized I had a muffler issue. They said bring it in today and we will work it in! I was so relieved since my son Was scheduled for his drivers test that afternoon! They had it done by 2:30 and it was less than they quoted me. Absolutely the best! I was in town on vacation for a couple days and started to have trouble with my fairly low mileage newer car. I took it to the dealership who told me they needed it for at least 2 or 3 days even to look at it and probably couldn't get to fixing it for 3 weeks. Warranty or not of course this wasn't going to work as I was just in town for a short vacation. Called Ron's and spoke on the phone to a very nice lady who said they were very busy but told me to bring the car in right after lunch and they would see if what I thought was wrong was actually correct. She had a mechanic test it right away and confirmed it was what I thought. They came up with a solution to get me back on the road and even tried to get the manufacturer to cover it with warranty. Ron's treated me as if I had been a customer of theirs for years and even though I had never met these people before they understood that when a person is from out of town and in a bit of a pinch time wise, parts availability etc did above and beyond the job. I can't say enough about helping me out like that. Wonderful people and service from start to finish.

I took my van in for an alignment. After ten minutes they returned it to me saying they couldn't do an alignment because it needed too much work. They gave me a quote of $1600 for new tie rod ends, new upper ball joints,both sides, and new idler arms. I calmly replied to them that I'd had both upper ball joints replaced five months ago, and tie rod ends and idler arms had all been replaced in the last two years. Their quote was a lie, they were trying to rip me off!! In fact everything in the front end was new in the past two years. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. They saw a 60 year gray haired lady, and tried to take advantage of me. My friends concluded that they just didn't want to do the work, since they had three mechanics off sick from Covid. They could have just been honest and called me to cancel the appointment. Horrible way to do business through lies.Service: Wheel alignment

They scheduled me in when they were already so busy. I am a young high school student and my car is my only way to school and I panicked when it broke down and I am so beyond thankful that they were able to fit me in and make sure I was able to get to school. The price was very fair and I was very pleased with their services. They will now forever be the first people I call if I ever need a repair and I seriously highly recommend them:)Service: General repairs & maintenance
