Best of times, worst of times. Dealing with Brent was a little spotty but he said he was out of town so i understood. He showed up on the agreed date and was knowledgeable and reasonable. However, with this being warranty work we were clear he must provide an invoice before the job would be complete. He did most of the work, did not finish everything and never provided an invoice. He charged his payment and then went completely MIA.

Brent was up to the task repairing the rv furnance. I could not believe he got to it. Checked it out, fixed it, and at a reasonable price. Glad he did. We needed it on our way down south.

I m new to the RV life, and I needed help urgently with a power converter, and then with a Norcold refrigerator. In both cases, Brent arranged to see me immediately and saved my butt. His rates are reasonable and he s clearly very knowledgeable and good at diagnosing problems in a clear-headed way. Brent has come to my rescue on a few occasions. He has fixed my furnace and refrigerator. In both situations, others either couldn t solve the issue or immediate suggested a replacement which would have cost me in the thousands. I m so grateful for his knowledge, honesty and fair pricing. He knows what he s talking about and saved me a lot of money. Thank you Brett! You re a blessing!

The owner of this company came to where my motor home was parked to get my refrigerator working on electrical. He replaced a blown fuse then left. Unfortunately that fuse didn t fix the problem. I sent the owner a text, but he didn t respond. So I called and left a message on his cell phone. Still no response. He totally ghosted me! Finally called another mobile repair man and I ll know soon if he fixed the problem.Don t call this mobile repair if you want the problem fixed.Service: Electrical

Our class A motorhome was having some serious issues with the refrigerator, hot water tank, heating, house battery voltage & lighting. Found 'Rocky Mountain RV Repair' via a Google search. Contacted them at 8:00am on a Monday morning & left a voice message. Shortly thereafter Brent returned my call and said he would be by around 11:00 to 11:30. Arrived at about 11:15 and easily under an hour had everything back to 100% and then some. Being parked in Montana in the middle of February with our problems was not fun, but 'Rocky Mountain RV Repair' turned out to be true to their slogan....'We fix fun'....and that they did. Made a new friend today!Service: Electrical

Brent was so helpful! He squeezed us into his busy schedule while we were passing through with heater issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about our issues and worked hard to get it fixed in time. I highly recommend Brent for your RV needs.

My furnace would not ignite so I called multiple mobile RV repairers and no one was responsive. Rocky Mountain came out within 3 days. Diagnosed and repaired the furnace and repair a leak in my plumbing in one hour!. Excellent work. Professional, very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

We were getting ready for our 1st weekend trip in our new Wolfpup when the slide was stuck open and only one side would move. It was after 6 on a Friday so we knew that weekend was shot but our big concern was the next weekend we where doing a 3 generation family trip to South Dakota. Brent did not over promise but said he would do his best.....and he got us back on the road for our trip and was very patient with us as Forest River was very slow deal with the claim. Brent will always be my 1st choice for any of my RV repair needs.

We had another vendor ghost us on our appointment to to have our RV set up for our terminally ill Mom. Brent to the rescue! He came that afternoon and had the RV repaired and winterized in just 3 days. He was professional, offered cheaper options, and was a pleasure to work with. He made a difficult situation turn into a blessing.

Brent Keller provided exceptional service! From my initial phone call being returned within minutes to arriving for the appointment as scheduled to diagnosing both my 12 volt and 110 electrical issues within 30 minutes and taking the time to answer all my questions, the service was outstanding and Brent was completely honest. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend Brent!!

Brent came by and fixed our furnace. He put in a new blower motor and metal squirrel cage. Now we can depend on our furnace to work for a long time as full-time RVers.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

While traveling from south Texas to northern Montana, my tow bar was damaged. Repairmen along the way told us they could look at it in three weeks, which was NOT an option. We drove the car and RV separately to arrive on time and safely. While traveling I contacted ever local Kalispell RV service center and was told they could not help me when I arrived, until I contacted Brent.He told me he could have the parts ordered and have the tow kit installed in time for me to leave on the set date. He could not get the brand of tow bar I had previously but was able to trouble shoot and adapt my useable equipment to the new replacement equipment. His pricing is very reasonable, I have a more trustworthy system and I got on the road quickly. He understands the travelers needs. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Brent Keller for his professionalism, expertise, timeliness, and fair pricing for RV repair work. He quickly identified and fixed a problem with my Dometic fridge, raising an issue of a recall and ordered the parts, all within 24 hours of answering my call the first time I dialed him. We called about 4 o clock in the afternoon because we smelled what we thought was electrical burning. Brent was there in just over an hour, problem diagnosed and fixed in a very short time. Great response and service. Would definitely use him again and will highly recommend him!

Brent repaired my fifth-wheel's black water tank system quickly, and at what I felt was a very reasonable cost. He left it in better shape than he found it in, and made sure everything worked properly before he left. Any time I'm in the area, he gets my repair business.

Absolutely unacceptable lack of communication. I had a site visit with the owner a MONTH ago to repair some items on our RV covered under the extended warranty and the claim still hasn t been submitted. I understand if a business is busy and letting a customer know how far out they are, but not communicating/responding is unacceptable.

Horrible experience. I had a leak in my water pump and a problem with the breakaway switch on my trailer. I called on a Thursday and set an appointment for 8:30am the following Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I woke up early to break down the bed and allow easy accessibility to our problems. By 11:00, without showing up or calling, I left a voicemail to try and reach him. Still nothing. I called back again a few hours later. Still nothing. It has been over 30 hours and I still have not heard anything back. If you are on a time crunch or want a reliable worker, do not use this company. I waited 5 days for an appointment that was either forgotten about or flaked on.

I had a hard wired carbon monoxide detector fail in my camper near Essex MT. The alarm was unnerving. I was over an hour to the nearest RV dealer. I didn't have tools to change the detector even if I was able to obtain a detector. The RV dealer in Kalispell gave me numbers for two repair services. I left a message with Rocky Mountain Repair and had a call back within a reasonable time period. Information was exchanged on the problem. He had the detector replaced early the next morning. He worked with my extended warranty to cover most of the bill. I didnt have to listen to the alarm all night since I pulled the fuse knowing I wasn't using any propane at the time. The technician made sure everything was working correctly after the fuse was replaced. I highly recommend this company. The other company was closed that week.

I have had Brent come out a few times to do repairs, replace a sink and add slideout awnings. He is super reliable and knows what he is doing! I am always full of ideas to change things in my fifth wheel and he accomplishes everything.

I called rocky mountain repair about a rv furnace that would not work. We were leaving to go south for the winter. He came over the next day as planned. Got it going. I was a happy camper. He did a good job and a fair price. The next day the furnace would not work again. I called, I texed,over and over and no call no answer. He never returned my call.

We called for an appointment for some minor repairs we needed taken care of. Their response time was very fast, within a couple of hours of our call. The repairs were done quickly and the service call rate is very reasonable. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Repair for RV your fixes!

Called him regarding my rv refrigerator. He returned call and said he would check with Norccold, never heard back from him. Texted him twice, still no response. Would not recommend him!! Surprised he is still in business.
