Nothing but great things to say about Shane over at ProTech Detailing & Toppers. Such a friendly guy who genuinely wants to help you find exactly what you want. He helped me customize my topper and spend a lot of time going over details. The time from ordering to installation was very quick. He was able to get it all hooked up the day after it arrived. Talk about quality service! Highly recommend ProTech for any detailing or topper needs.

The purchase process of our topper was wonderful with Shane's knowledge of the options and pragmatic approach. The service after the install is what impressed me the most. Shane and his crew promptly and thoroughly handled an issue that originated at the factory and they were able to make some tweaks and adjustments so the fit was spot on. I feel like we have a trusted partner.

I would highly recommend that you use pro tech detailing for several reasons. The first reason is that Shane the owner actually stands behind everything that he sells fully. He goes above and beyond to provide good customer service. He is knowledgeable on the things that he sells and having bought several vehicles, I wish the auto dealership would ve been the same way. All around just a good local business who supports their products 100%.

Shane was super great to work with. I had called about a used topper that didn t end up fitting my truck. Shane was so friendly and easy to work with, he helped me pick out a new topper that was right for me. He went above and beyond and took the time to explain all the options in my price range. The process was very smooth and I m very happy with my new topper! Highly recommended!

Very happy with the new topper for my pickup. Shane's customer service is top notch and truly went above and beyond to help me find the exact options I needed in the topper. Significantly better experience than what I was getting at the other shop across town where the attitude was take it or leave it, whereas Shane was able to make something work. Prices were also much more competitive and installation turned out great.

This is the place to go for Century / Leer toppers. Shane was very helpful before and after the sale. Shane helped me select a new topper for my 2019 Tundra and it's a great fit. The prices at ProTech were much better than the other regional Leer and Century topper dealers I checked. And the customer service was excellent. The truck was in and out in a few hours. I will be recommending this business to others for detail work and also truck toppers.

Shane is great to work with. Got a topper that someone else didn't end up buying from them. They upgraded the front window and installed for a lot less than anyone else. Also got it all done in one day, super easy!

Had a Rhino lining done to a 2020 GMC, the doctor's at Pro-tech took very good care of her, gave her a smooth application and came home purring. Because of that we bought a new Topper for her from Pro-tech, now she can play in the rain! Great job Pro-tech!

I had my Tahoe detailed- paint sealant, wheels, interior leather condition. Shane was fantastic from first call giving me exact explanation and products used and what to look out for in our conditions. I am very particular and he took time to explain exactly what he has found to work best and he definitely has a wealth of experience in the field. Easy and precise scheduling and the work was fantastic. Thanks Shane and team! I will be taking my autos here from now on and highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the canopy I purchased. Shane was awesome about showing me all the different styles and options. He didn't push anything to sell worked very well with me to figure out would be best for my needs and what worked in my budget. It was a great experience and I will tell my friends and family of the quality of work done on my truck and topper. I will be back in the future for some other detailing workJohn Bennett

Above & Beyond! That's how I characterize the guys at ProTech. Shane and Tim went the extra "2 miles" for me given that I had an unusual problem which I spent over a year trying to resolve with no success. The original dealer I bought my topper from in Billings left me high and dry. Within minutes Tim had me fixed up and back on the road. Can't thank you both enough. Something as simple as finding a replacement electrical terminal was an absolute nightmare which kept me from being able to remote lock my camper but these guys had what I needed when I couldn't find it anywhere else, not even the internet. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. Thanks!

A+++ to Shane for such awesome customer service! Very genuine and straight forward. He removed an old tonneau cover and installed a new topper on my truck. Will definitely recommend Protech Detailing to anyone. Solid local company, I appreciate your help Shane!

I've been a customer for about 15 years, normally take my rigs to Shane 2x / year for inside and outside detailing. Top notch work, good pricing, friendly, down to earth get r done attitude.He runs a good shop, does outstanding work and keeps my rigs clean and shiny. I recommend without any hesitation.

After much shopping we chose Pro Tech and the Century topper for our 2019 Silverado. We picked it up today and it s perfect. Protech did everything they said they would do with no surprises and excellent workmanship. Great product, great price, excellent service, plus a great warranty; good job!

When you first call this business, the owner gives you a detailed description of services and asks what kind of cleaning you want. I explained that my 2006 was very dirty. We have three dogs and I walk other people's dogs too so have had as many 6 dogs in my car. It was full of water stains, blood and lots of mud from all our hikes. When I dropped it off I was skeptical, I never thought it would look clean to me. However, it looks like new! It was totally worth the money and would recommend this business to anyone who asks me!Great customer service also!Victoria Noble

Shane at Protect did a little work for me and I am so thankful for his attention to detail and dedication to first class work. It is very refreshing to find such professionalism here in the Valley. I highly recommend Protech. I have used them to purchase and install a Century Topper on my new GMC Sierra, had them apply Liquid Glass to my wife s new Honda CRV, detail my Sea Ray boat and trailer and most recently had the CRV detailed inside and out. Quality work and reasonably priced.

If this business has the same ethics for working on cars as it dose for selling toppers I feel sorry for anyone who has their car worked on here. Literally the worst buying experience of my life. If I could give a negative star I would but google says I must give them a one.P.s. I never ever wright reviews even if I feel like its bad service! This is the most lied to and cheated I have ever felt. Good luck anyone who dose business here.

Having young kids and a dog, it is very difficult to keep our vehicles clean and stain free. We decided to take our car to Protect Detailing and we are super glad we did! Shane and his team do a top notch job of cleaning both the interior and exterior of our vehicle. Every time we leave Protech, we feel like we are driving away in a new vehicle! Thanks Protech!!!

Definitely the absolute BEST place to get detailing, buff & paint protectant, bed liner or accessories ! Period ! Awesome customer service ! Great job ! and Good Prices ! This is no second rate shop. Amazing !
