John is the best! He was so kind and helpful. Not only did he help me find the part I was looking for, he was wise enough to do it in a way that empowered me without making me feel stupid. What a wonderful teacher!

I haven't shopped at an O'Reilly auto parts in years due to the fact that they wouldn't stand behind the warranty/return policy. The employees lacked any kind of knowledge and were rude and talked to me like i was complete clueless. Of course it struck a nerve since i rarely take my trucks to a mechanic. That was a different state and probably a decade ago.I needed a simple wiring harness and this was the only place locally that had it in stock. Gave them a call and had them hold the part. Seemed easy enough and I didn't have any problems. They were also about half the price as the other stores. I'll keep them in mind when I'm looking for parts.

These guys are very nice and we're able to get the parts I needed the fastest (next morning) which was pretty impressive. Everyone else was at least an extra day. Bonus, they also give a military discount. Don't let the dirty parking lot scare you off.

This 5-star review is for an employee only, Jerry, not the business as a whole nor anyone in management. He made my recent visit a positive experience, for which I am grateful. For the last 18 years I've gone to O'Reilly's for jugs of -35F windshield wiper fluid and other auto supplies, but also for help switching out my tricky wiper refill blades (once a year), and thankfully there has always been someone there willing to help me. This time, the lady manager did not display the willingness to help a customer that I've been accustomed to at this store, which was disappointing, especially for someone in that position, who should set an example for her staff. Then Jerry saved the day by stepping up with enthusiasm to be helpful and provide excellent customer service. He demonstrated a customer service heart to a level I haven't seen in a while. He had my wiper blades switched out in no time. In my opinion, he should be a manager. Thank you, Jerry! - Happy Customer

Staff was very helpful. I appreciated the nice gentleman that installed my new wiper blades. A nice service that in todays world is sadly diminishing.

These guys are awesome! Always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get me set and ready. I'm not mechanically inclined at all, and they've been patient with all of my questions. (They've even helped me figure out what that doo-dad or thingy-majig is called.)As far as prices go, they seem reasonable to me. Like I said though, I'm not mechanically inclined so try to do as little as possible myself.

I m still learning about vehicle parts and pieces (slowly but surely!!). Any time I go into an auto-shop or parts store, I prepare myself to be talked down to or made fun of (just from past experiences). I was so grateful that I DID NOT have that experience at all last night when I needed to get a new headlight bulb for my SUV. Jimmy was the poor soul who offered to assist me. Haha! I am leaving this review because of him. He went above and beyond with helping me. Thank you for your kindness and for being respectful of my level of knowledge! Way to go O Reilly Auto Parts in Kalispell!

The people here make finding what you need so easy. They are knowledgeable and so helpful in a non-intimidating way for someone like me that may not be sure exactly what is the best fit.

I have always had a pleasant experience at O'Reilly. The staff are usually quick to help, if they are not already busy. As a woman, I am not treated as if I do not know what I am talking about. There is an awesome woman that works there that is extremely helpful along with the gentlemen at this establishment. Their prices are fair, they will help you if needed. I prefer them over anyone else. I have had staff at other places treat me like I am an idiot. These folks are wonderful!

The Kalispell O'Reilly store is always great. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and they always help me find the right part. Every time I have a CEL they happily read the codes. Waaay better than that other "zone" parts store down the street with rude people who are not helpful at all.

They have alot of parts. They can get alot of parts they don't have in stock. Easy returns and competitive prices. Tool loan program is great. The staff are all friendly and they keep the line moving. Sometimes I have to go to a different store but I always check here first.

They don't know where things are in their own store, have zero knowledge of tools or hardware. The manager acts like a jacka**, most the employees run around cracking jokes and if you need help it's a bother acting like highschoolers.Extremely annoying to shop with people stuck in high-school who are in their 40s and 50sAdditional star because they had the tools I needed and the check out girl was friendly

Lucky us, major engine fail while towing a sail boat. (BTW, first trip out with the boat.) Limped into Orilley's about an hour-ish before close on a Sunday. My bou is a smart guy and no stranger to find a work around for naughty trucks, sno-mobile's, lawn mowers... We were literally within eyesite of the marina and the truck just stopped! Would start, grudgingly but not gonna get the mission accomplished. Staff ran diagnostics and we started collecting parts. They even crawled under the beast trying to help. More parts needed but after close time and specialty tools required. The fellows that helped brought a great deal of knowledge and experience in an effort to help us and we are truly grateful for going above and beyond. Knocked it outta the park. Thanks O'Reilly's!!!

O'Reilly Auto Parts is great in Kalispell, but, please don't ever sponsor your name on any Monster Truck or other Event in Kalispell because it was the worst run show and the poorest excuse and over priced combination of nothing but waiting and no entertainment my family has ever seen... just a bad joke for Kalispell Fair Grounds to rip off hard earned money. So bad our 5 year old cried with disappointment... never again. Don't lend the O'Reilly good name as any type of an endorsement on this, it makes you look bad by association. June 10, 2023.

Really love their parts and all they will do for you! John is a sweetheart, however one of the gals who helped me was not friendly or helpful at all. Terrible customer service and no one would even help me a young lady, carry in a bunch of heavy parts. Really disappointed. Show some concern and hire some friendlier employees

I don't go here often, but every time I do it's a great experience. This time I needed to put oil into my Tahoe, but I'm too short to reach lol, so Chris came out and did it for me. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

I m seriously will never go back to these guys. The employee Michael is an absolute rude and disrespectful person. Throwing the light bulb we were buying on the counter because he said it was the wrong part. Well sure, we have the old light bulb in our hands. So we know EXACTLY what we need. Very unprofessional! Contacted the manager in cfalls and will be meeting the district manager on Monday. Until we have an apology we won t return. I highly recommend Autozone.

I have always liked going into O'Reilly Auto parts in the past. After today I won't return. I took in used motor oil to dump after purchasing oil and filter yesterday. As I waited for someone to take the oil it was obvious that it was being delgated to the low man on the totem pole despite he had been helping a customer when I walked in and 2 other guys were just standing there. One of them I assume was the manager as he directed the guy who just finished, to help me. He took the oil pan and went to the back. A couple of minutes later he walked by without making eye contact grabbed a pair of channel locks from behind the counter. The manager guy said he was having trouble with the lid. I told him it was a simple push in and turn lid. He said well you may want to go back there and help him. As I turned the corner in the back, the oil pan was in the air with oil spilling from it and the employee was walking away from it not trying to catch it. He had oil on his face and shirt. I walked toward him and went to pick up the pan as it was now on the ground and still spilling on the floor. The employee walked passed me on his way to the bathroom. I dumped the rest of the oil pan in the big tank and wiped down my oil pan. I looked back over my shoulder and saw the bathroom door still shut. So I thought I would be helpful and start cleaning up the mess. In the 5 minutes it took for me to clean the entire mess, I know at least 2 employees saw me on my hands and knees cleaning the mess, the employee that made the mess because he would have seen me when he came out of the restroom and he was at the front counter on the phone when I walked out and the other employee at the front came back to get something, came within 20 feet of me, made eye contact with me grabbed what he needed and left without saying anything. As I finished wiping down the floor and the tank. I grabbed my oil pan and started to turn it was then that the manager came back and said that the employee had gotten oil in his eye. I commented that I just cleaned up the mess to which he said that someone (his boss I assume) wasn't going to be happy with the oil on the floor. I wasn't sure if I was being blamed or not at this point. I felt he thought I had some role in the mess and as we walked back up front I saw the employee on the phone as if he had been helping someone on the phone. I walked out of the building feeling like I had just been a part of an employee management struggle that was very unprofessional and that there was very little concern for me as the customer.
