Poor service, I took in 2 wheels for new tires because I was told they could install new tires on Saturday which did not happen. I finally get a call that the tires are installed on Monday, so we go to pick them up, but the tires are not balanced and they wanted to charge me $ 32.00 more for balance after a quote. What tire store does balance tires? Les Schwab said tires don't need balanced. Got mine back,after being balanced 1 wheel needed 2.5 ounces and the other wheel needed 3 ounces and they say tires don't need balanced.Go to Costco for good service and good balancing and you don't have to ask for the tires to be balanced.

Absolute laziness. Was in town and stopped in to ask about availability for future appointments to have tires sipped. Guy tells me the only way to see appointments is to go online . I said I m an hour and a half away from my computer . He replied, like I said, for appointments you need to go online . I ve been there twice now and both times I walked out disappointed.Word of mouth is better than any paid advertising. I will make sure I tell anyone not to go there. My wife is the regional director of maintenance for state vehicles and she is now making it known. It s always been said they act like that because they know we don t have many options. Make sure they are on the list of NOT AN OPTION

Made an appointment online after speaking with an advisor on the phone. I mentioned the tires were purchased online and I would be bringing them in for a dismount and mount service. The advisor said no problem, it would be easiest to make the appointment online. On the day of the install the advisor at the counter told me they would not honor any internet tire purchases for online appointment scheduling. This was the complete opposite of what I was told on the phone. I mentioned that to the advisor and was told to come back in a month when online tire purchases could be installed. If there is a company policy regarding this it should be stated online. Total waste of time. Lost a customer.To your reply: Useless sound montage. How about state whether it is your store policy? Or even better, make it right.

Mike at the front service desk is a pleasure to deal with and has a sense of humor! When the other tire shop wouldn't even look at the tire - I left. I went across town and in less than 60 seconds (yes I counted lol) at this location, Mike was able to help out and not make it seem like it's a big ordeal like Cody did at the other shop. Mike even offered to throw air in it to get me by but once I explained what was going on, he bolted the new tire on (it was already mounted) HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MIKE!! THANK YOU for helping a tow truck driver get back on the road, it's much appreciated

Les Schwab is one of the most reliable name brand tire places in the valley. they're very friendly helpful reliable and back all their merchandise and work. I've never had a problem with any of their service and tires that I bought here--very reliable. although I don't always purchase my tires at Les Schwab because sometimes I can find them cheaper used elsewhere. but if you're looking for new tires this is probably one of the best places to g. they have a waiting area with vending machines popcorn coffee newspapers and magazines to read. usually you will wait an hour or so but be prepared during spring or early winter for longer wait time.

I had a medical emergency where I had to get out of town to help my mother two hours away, and my tires were horrific, and I don t know how they managed it, but they fit me in and got me on my way so fast that I thought I would be spending all day there and was very upset, but they made it all work out great. And we re very nice.

These folks are awesome Had a flat tire. They came aired it up so I could make it to the shop. They got the tire repaired and me back on the road in no time!Got to Missoula and the plug failed. Pretty sure my tires were out of these folks league. Luckily my tires were run flat. So I made it home safely.

I have used Les Schwab for years. They are expensive but convenient. Since they have gone to appointment only they have taken away the convenience and now they are only expensive. I will be finding another place to get tires from now on.

I had a very low tire and drove to Les Schwab immediately to have it inspected and I was pretty blown away by the service I was provided! It was 15 minutes before closing time. The lady who greeted me (I don t remember her name) listened to me while I stated my particular reason for really needing my tire fixed asap (as I m sure every single person does) and immediately had a tire specialist check it out for me. The tire specialist, Andrew, informed me I needed all new tires, put on my spare, ordered my tires and sent me on my way. When I left it was 15 minutes after they closed and not a single employee at Les Schwab gave any indication that they were annoyed at being there late. The very next day I received a call my tires were in (wow!!) and they were installed and I was on my way in 30 minutes. He found me closer, more affordable tires saving me $300. I drive an Audi and shop visits are normally twice as much as I expect but this one time it was actually cheaper. All staff I encountered gave above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend les Schwab, especially Andrew, to everyone.

Trever and Todd went over and above for us. We were on our way to a car show with our classic 1950 Chevy and we had a blow out on the edge of the road. We called and Trever scoured the area for two tires our size. He found them and had them trucked in from another location. We limped our way to town on the spare. They got us in, swapped rims/tires, put them on our Les Schwab account and got us on our way. Their shop was hopping and the phone was ringing off of the hook. We were so grateful they could get the tires, let alone get us in. We've been Les Schwab customers for over 20 year and this right here is why we will always be! PS We made it to Cut Bank for the show just in time! Thanks guys.

I had to replace a specialty tire on my truck when I got a flat. Les Schwab is awesome and I don t regret purchasing a brand new replacement at all. What I especially love about them is their commitment to customer service and averting abject disaster. Travis is a godsend and when I had to replace the same tire four days later (yeah, it was kinda a bad week) he managed to go above and beyond to squeeze me in at the last minute. The truck was mobile in no time. I will definitely be buying more tires there in the near future. Thank you all so much for everything you do.

Fast and friendly service. I had no appointment on a Saturday. I was able to walk in and still get my brakes serviced quickly. I expected to have to leave my car until Monday, they were done Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

These people, in numerous locations, have earned my business year after year for 12 years now! They are all about service with a smile, and they won't sell you stuff you don't need.If you have a flat, need air, or are not sure if you need snow tires or not, just stop in. No pressure, just service. You won't be sorry!

I went to Costco for a flat repair. The technician there told me that my tire was irreparable due to the location of the puncture. My options were to either get a new set or check with the place where I got the tires and see if they were still under warranty.When I got to Les Schwab where I purchased the tires, I found out that they were indeed still under warranty. The technician, Travis, examined the flat for himself and concluded that the tire was actually repairable. He saved us time and money. I'm very happy with my experience with them.

Best place to get tires. Everyone is so friendly. If you are low on money, you can put it on an account and make easy month to month payments. Recently I had a flat that was because of a nail in my tire. I had my cousin here from out of town in my car, three kids, one baby and two dogs. We were headed to the lake. Anyways, Les Schwab was so accomidating. Popcorn for the kids, a snack machine and soda machine and we even changed the channel from the game to cartoons for kids. Made a detour a little more bearable. I highly recommend this place!!

1st time there they held my car for four hours to tell me that they can t do the rotor replacement I brought it in for.This time we set an appointment for 9am to get studs off and our all seasons back on. They told me an hour and a half. I came back 2 hours later and they hadn t started it. I asked for an update and they said should just be an hour and a half no communication, and no progress. Go anywhere else.

Both of the times we spoke to someone on the phone it was great! They were knowledgeable and helpful. Both times it was someone working the mechanics in the shop. Getting to speak to the helpful people was difficult due to the front of house staff. They were rude and unhelpful. Customers shouldn t feel like a burden, and that s exactly what I felt like. I wish we could of had a different experience, and I hope others get treated better than we did.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!, They were unprofessional in their diagnosis. This place ripped me off. BUYER BEWARE!,,,, .Claimed to guarantee work. Lied! 2 shops looked at the vehicle and claimed their work was totally unacceptable . My local mechanic said if they worked for him- they would be fired !They were unwilling to work with me. Warning!, - Do Not Do Business with this business!!!!!!This business is BAD.

Fast friendly service! We were staying locally and had a nail in our tire. The team was quick to patch it for us and get us back on the road. The shop and restrooms were clean as well. Thanks for the great service!!! Montana to Florida and the tire is still doing great.

Rough roads going up to Polebridge and muddy conditions put our tires out of balance. Washing the wheels wasn't working and we had to get back home from vacation the next day. The team at Les Schwab Kalispell Center Street got me in at the last minute on a busy Friday afternoon and had the tires balanced and van running smooth for the long trip home on Saturday. Some of the kids even got to check out the tire selection while we waited. It means a lot to a traveling family to be treated like locals in a timely manner. We will definitely be buying tires from Les Schwab again in the future.

Excellent customer service! While on a road trip with our 3 kids we blew both passenger side tires very late at night. Our tires are so hard to come by but they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. In under a couple of hours we were back in Business. They were so kind in helping our family.
