They checked my car out before I drove across country, 2000 miles each way. My power steering pump had a leak; after the repair I could turn my steering wheel so much easier! The noise my brakes were making was from dirt which they cleaned out. Jeff, Tammy and their team are reasonable and the best!

Quick, efficient service each time I've needed work done on a vehicle. Consistently been able to complete the work within their estimated time frame, but usually much sooner! Jeff is very pleasant to work with, and personally reached out to correct an error on my invoice after I had paid. Hard to imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else after the good experiences here!

Great service and kindness!Yesterday, 2/28/24, I brought my car into Kalispell Alignment & Auto Repair for an oil change. After they did a routine check over the rest of the car, I got a call an hour or so later from Trevor where he very much recommended that I get the fluid changed for the rear transfer case box for the 2 rear wheels. The fluid s/b a clear gold color like olive oil, but Trevor said it was very dark almost black. He gave me a great clear explanation of what the transfer case does, what it is for, and how the fluid s/b changed every 30K miles or so.The best part about this whole process, is that it was later in the day, but Trevor and the guys there did all that they could to make sure that my car was done for my by the end of the work day as well so I did not have to bring it back the next day.Thanks so much to all of the hard working employees at Kalispell Alignment & Auto Repair for caring so much to make my life easier.God Bless,Bob Hall

The guys at Kalispell Alignment were amazing!! They did a great job and had great customer service! They worked with my schedule as much as they could and were very helpful! And their services were priced affordable! Will be using them again! They have all kinds of services. Check them out for your car needs!

Other shops quoted me nearly a month and $3,000 to fix the ticking sound coming from my motor. Jeff and his team fixed it for significantly less and in one day. They are booked out a because they are knowable, professional, and do great work. I feel very fortunate they took on this job because I was turned down by many other shops for it being too much of a pain. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for repairs and maintenance from now on. Thank you so much!

Not only were they polite & helpful when I made appointment, but on the day of appointment they called to see if I could come in an hour early! It was a great price and way cheaper than most. It was suppose to take 30-45min for my alignment, I pulled up and they were ready to go. I was in and out and while I waited, I had great conversation. I will DEFINITELY be back for ANY of my truck needs!! I do not give 5 stars often or lightly.

Amazing group of mechanics, love their knowledge base! Highly recommend for any of your auto needs! I m old school, and they still turn wrenches like they should! Thank you guys for being knowledgeable and have common sense to repair things. We value you in our community.

They're really nice and all, but it takes them forever to get parts in most of the time. I've sat in the office to wait for work to be done on my vehicle and overheard several other folks having the same issue where a part never came in on the date it was expected.Other than that the mechanic who worked on my car is really cool and professional. Without him, I'd give it 3 stars

They've always treated my family and I with kindness, honesty, and respect. My mom, sister and I have never felt like we would be taken advantage of just because we are women. Always incredibly helpful, go above and beyond, and priced competitively.

We were vacationing at Glacier and needed some work done on the car. They were able to fit us in with their busy schedule, which we really appreciated. They also were very honest. We thought we needed to have something replaced and after they looked at it, it was just due to a wire not being plugged in correctly. Some other places would have just charged you for the new part and not thought twice. Overall this place seemed like a really nice family owned establishment. We would highly recommend them. My fianc� and I used to go to a different shop in Kalispell to have our vehicles serviced. Our Subarus valve cover gaskets leaked and ruined the coils and spark plugs. There was a few other issues as well. The shop we were going to quoted us an astronomical price to have everything fixed. That was when we knew we needed to start looking elsewhere.We had heard great things about Kalispell Alignment and Auto repair and boy are we sure glad we gave them a call. Jeff and Travis were super friendly and great to work with. This shop is honest, affordable and does high quality work. They go above and beyond. We both agreed that although it sucks that we had to do these repairs that we are glad it happened as it forced us to look elsewhere and find this shop that was better and more affordable. We saved $700 going here. Give this place your business! You wont be sorry! Thanks for everything!

The best service I have received! They are honest, affordable, have great service, professional and very accommodating. I had them check my engine light and they found a bad sensor. Ordered the part for me and came in a timely manner and had no troubles with them. Car was running back to normal. Have been using these folks for years to repair our vehicles. Very honest, thorough and affordable. When you get a quote, it's for real. Great mechanics and they will let you know if you don't need to fix or replace something if you really don't need to. Integrity plus and they don't rip you off. They explain the repair so one can understand it. The ONLY place to take your vehicle if you want reliability. Great folks!

Had alighnment and serpentine belt done took it home only serpentine belt was not on tightly was loose. The alighnment was done terribly and my power steering went out next day.

Had them do the wheel hubs on my truck. They were scheduled out a couple weeks but let me drop it off anyways. They got to it the following day and had me going on no time! They were very affordable as well as excellent work. Highly recommended, they are awesome!

Honest! Hubby took his car here for possible battery issues and they told the truth that it was just a light left on in the trunk. I took my Jeep and got the brakes done for a fair price, we'll keep coming back for sure. :)

My Company takes all of their vehicles here, and always talked about how fair and honest Kalispell Alignment is. When the need arose I took my girlfriends car in and they did an amazing job and only fixed what was wrong even though we took it in for something we thought was bigger. They were great to deal with and understood our need to get the vehicle back quickly. This is a great company to do business with they are skilled, honest mechanics. I would recommend them to any friend or family member.
