Joe was the tow truck service sent by AAA. He was friendly, prompt with great communication and professionalism. I would definitely call him first if I ever needed a tow again!

My motorhome broke down and the third company I called said they would get it the next day. A Week went by and it was still there. When I called they said they didn't have a truck that could do it (even though they advertised different) Called Joe's and they towed it the next day.Very pleased with them and will call them first should I need towing service again.Highly recommend them.

110% recommend Joe's Roadside Towing!! He was my insurance company tow company, was there within 10 min of me placing my service call; towed my jeep on his flatbed tow truck and delivered to my mechanic and put the keys in the drop box. Awesome service!!!!

Highly recommend. My giant Dodge Ram van 3500 was immobile in a tight spot, and Joe had it up and out in less than 20 minutes. Watching Joe lift my van was like watching art happen. Locked keys in my car and they worked hard to fit me into their busy schedule after a night of snow. Matthew even came to the rescure on his day off! Joe was fast and friendly, and professional. My car died on my way home from work and I didn't know who to call. A quick search provided the info for this service and I am very happy we went with them. The price can't be beat and the service was great. Keyfob died on us in the middle of our Glacier national park trip. Joe was on time, honest and very professional. Hauled the car all the way back to Spokane the same day. I use roadside assistance via state farm. I've used it about 6 times in two years. Just moved to Kalispell and my battery died. Instantly Joe accepted my insurances road side request bid ( Missoula I'm waiting upwards of 30 mins for a tow truck company to accept) they called shortly after to give me more accurate time line ( and a quicker one than what my app was saying). Very friendly. Had my battery jumped in under 60 secs. I hope the next time I need roadside assistance it's with Joe's.Services: Battery service, Battery

I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am for Joe's help today. My car broke down two hours from home and after AAA failed to find someone who could tow it, I ended up calling around on my own. My call was answered right away, we were picked up very quickly, and we were taken all the way home which we didn't think would be possible. Joe made a bad day much better and was extremely kind and professional. 11/10 would recommend.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Getting a flat is frustrating; not being able to loosen your lug nuts to change a flat tire is infuriating. I have called roadside assistance for a tow but never for a flat tire before but earlier today I was literally jumping on my tire iron and the lug nuts wouldn't budge. A wonderful employee of Joe's Roadside Assistance & Towing (I wish I could remember his name) was on the scene less than 10 minutes after submitting a request through my insurance company. I was blown away by the gentleman's customer service and efficiency. I didn't know Joe's employs F-1 Pit Crew members; in less than 5 minutes he had my flat tire off and my spare tire on, and he even topped the spare off with air in that short amount of time. What was equally impressive was how polite, enthusiastic, and reassuring he was about the situation. Best roadside assistance experience ever!Service: Tire change

Got stuck by a ditch at Jewel Basin Road for seven hours. I called all the towing companies and Joe was the only one to answer the call and give me a genuine, realistic answer. Once he got to where my truck was stuck at, he acted quickly, professionally and stayed calm and collected the whole time. It was my first time experiencing anything of this sort (I hope the last), but I would call Joe again for his services!Service: Car towing

Excellent service from both Matt and Joe. I've had Matt come and change a flat tire several times for me and hes always timely and very polite. Joe has pulled me out of some sticky situations when I've taken my vehicle off the road in a Montana Winter. Joe's made it easy to tow away an abandoned trailer on my property. They were accommodating to my schedule, showed up early, provided a cheaper rate than other towing companies, and were easy to work with throughout. Joes road side assistance and towing is the only one to use. He is a great operator and and interesting fellow to talk to. Joe was contacted by our road side assistant through ford as our 2017 Ford key pad quit working and disable our locks leaving use locked out. He was there within a half an hour at 8pm. Took him less than a minute to unlock our doors. Great service!

Joe was efficient and helpful as we dealt with significant car issues on our cross country road trip. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and even offered us cold bottled water as it was a hot day. Joe clearly knows what he is doing as two other tow drivers from other companies called during our ride to ask HIM advice on how to do THEIR job! Customer service was above and beyond. Thanks, Joe!

Was supposed to tow my car from Kalispell to Condon, but pussed out. Said he was worried about wind and trees falling. I did the trip a half hour before he was to do it and not even a whisper of wind. I expected him to be there to pick up my car without me being there through AAA and I made arrangements to go home and wait for him to arrive. He cancelled. Can't depend on him. As a tow truck driver myself, I would never have done that leaving someone out on a lurch. Not professional at all. Joe's needs to ire some "Men" to drive for the business.Service: Car towing

I can t Thank this business enough. I m RVing an hour away with my cats and one of my sweet babies crawled thru a hole in the camper and ended up in the underbelly of the Rv. My husband called this business and Joe came later on in the evening and rescued her! He was so nice and very professional! Thank you Joe! I appreciate you so much!!!

We were on our way to the airport for a long awaited trip to the Bahamas when we got a flat tire and we barely had a minute to spare. Joe was already on his way to another job but turned around to help us out! He had us back on the road in a matter of minutes. He was very kind and professional and he will be our go-to guy from here on out :)

I have to say this is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. On June 6th 2017 I blew a radiator on our 1995 Buick lesabre (she's a classic). I called Joe's and he was kind and courteous and was prompt. He gave me a time that he would be there and he was right on time. He is fair and reasonable. He towed my car from Kalispell to Columbia Falls and talked with him the entire way. It's nice to have a business care about the customer like Joe does. I highly recommend him! For all your roadside assistance!
