Best experience with a dealership yet! they kindly let me put a hold on my car while I was waiting on a loan approval and were quick with responses when I had questions. . Fast and easy process. 10/10 recommend. Was able to get exactly what I was looking for and more!

Looking for a vehicle can be hard especially if it's your first loan, but I am extremely happy that this wasn't the case with In N Out. I found exactly what I was looking for with a fair price and no issues at all. Even when the bank I went through couldn't finance the loan, Jordan suggested a credit union with a first time buyers program that got it done. He was extremely patient and friendly throughout the whole processand I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vehicle in the valley. I had no worries about being scammed or taken advantage of just because it was my first car purchase. Jordan really went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted and for a good price.

We had a wonderful experience today with Jordon at In N Out Auto. We came in wanting to test drive a certain vehicle and he had it warming up and ready for us. When it came time to purchase he explained everything well and cut us a fantastic unexpected deal. The whole process was extremely quick and we were out the door with our new van in a little over an hour. We will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles here!

If i could give 6 stars I would. Had a trade in for Jordon and needed a new car for my wife. I messaged a few different people and he was the first to reply by a long shot. Within minutes. He set everything up for us and gave us a more than fair price on our new car as well as our trade in. We got there and he had everything prepared for us already. Could not be happier with the way things went. Thank you Jordon for your amazing service and the new car!

I had a really great experience at in and out! I was in kind of a tough place, as I had totaled my car and needed to be in a new one as soon as possible. Jordan was fantastic, he worked with me through some paperwork complications, and he was always very quick to respond. Really great experience, I love my new car!

Just got my new/used Subaru Crosstrek through In N Out Auto. Jordon helped me through the whole process. He was amazing. I didn't feel pressured at all and the entire process was smooth. He was upfront and honest and gave me a better than fair price.5 out of 5 stars!

Great guys here! Very honest and straightforward. Bought this high mileage F150 from them in Jan of 2022 for my son. They were not pushy at all. They sent me good pictures of the minor body damage, so I knew exactly what to expect before making the long trip.

There is a reason 5 star reviews are the majority with this dealership! Jordan and his family were so pleasant to work with and I never once felt pressured at all. I had been shopping for cars for quite some time and narrowed down what I was looking for but my local dealerships were completely unreasonable. I was able to get the car I wanted at a fair price. I drove from the Spokane area to purchase from In N Out Auto Sales in March. As a paranoid and not very trusting consumer, I waited until I received my title and taken a few longer trips to write a review. I can completely say with all confidence that I would recommend this dealership. Thank you again for a great vehicle and buying experience!

We purchased our daughters first car today and these folks were great! Made this event even more memorable for us all. Highly recommend. Great inventory, knowledge, people skills and they even have a mini game room for the kids to play while the deal is getting done. Personally one of the best car buying experiences I ve had.

it was a pleasure to work with Jordon, he made the process simple and painless. it was no problem bringing a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Jordon was professional and patient as i made my purchase.I looked as several vehicles at many dealerships, but i kept coming back to the service and hospitality i got from In N Out. Awesome experience. Salesman was professional and provided an amazing vehicle for a low down payment and low monthly payment. Help me out at the crisis when the transmission went out in my car. Everything happens for a reason and I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone in the valley.

So my hubby and I have always been the folks who exclusively deal in private auto sales, so when our motor seized on our daily rig and our bank made private sales impossible, we were a little lost. Heidi and Jordan were so nice, knowledgeable, and patient, especially when we had to deal with a 4-5 hr back and forth with our bank before we could proceed. They were so prompt and I cannot get over how stinkin' nice they were! Our new pickup is absolutely fantastic, especially being 11 years old, and we got to take it home same day. Overall, for being our first used dealership experience, I cannot recommend these folks enough. Absolutely if you're looking for a well taken care of, good rig from some fair and honest folks, this is the place!

I LOVED my experience with them - absolutely no pressure which I usually feel at dealerships. They were super easy and fun to work with, they helped me get into the vehicle that was right for me and the financing that was best fit. I am also OBSESSED with my vehicle purchase. This is by far one of the best auto dealers I ve ever been to, the staff is very professional and will help you through all the steps of buying a car, they don t try to up sale you, when you find the car you like they are right there with you to help, Jordan was the sales person I worked with and he was super nice and really gives this place a good name! For anyone wanting a professional buying experience I recommend this place!

I don t ever do reviews, but the team and In and Out Auto deserve a 5 star! We purchased my wife s new 2005 Excursion here a few months back and what a great experience. We got a fair price on her trade and the Excursion was such a great example of a vehicle, very clean, and it runs great! I d trust buying another used vehicle here hands down! Great experience!

Jordon was great to work with. The whole process was quick and painless. Upon arrival they signed over the vehicle in under 10 minutes for us to take it for a pre-purchase inspection up the road for a few hours. The vehicle checked out clean and the purchase process was straightforward and they gave us a good offer on our trade-in. No hassle. The office was clean and organized, with some fun retro games to play while waiting. I highly recommend them and I'm really happy with my new truck!

Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't pressured or hassled at all, and Jordan was candid and honest during the transaction. I bought an old vehicle that had problems and there was no attempt to hide it. Instead, he pointed it out to make sure I knew what I was getting in to. He and his wife were extremely friendly and low pressure, and on top of that, very fast and efficient. We were in and out (oh, I get it now) in less than half and hour. Really great experience!

Jordon was very laid back and didn't lay on the standard sales tactics. He was honest and seemed like he legitimately wanted to help me find what i wanted and in my price range. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Rav4 in good condition for an awesome price and he was able to help me with good financing. I would/will recommend them to family and friends.

I can t give Kevin and Jordon enough praise for the amazing experience I had! Hands down the best vehicle buying process I ve ever been through. Customer service was amazing, super friendly, and helpful beyond belief. In-N-Auto Sales got me into a beautiful Tundra and helped me pay off my previous loan!! The wife and I are not happy that when we came there and test drove and really liked the vehicle we wanted, Jordan went ahead and sold the vehicle from under our nose without trying to contact my lender to get us in the vehicle and also did not contact us to let us know respectfully that someone else is interested in it or to let that other person know that he is waiting to hear from our lender and he would contact him and let him know if it is going to be sold or not. I guess people are all about the mighty buck instead of helping people, we will never do business with them again.

This is only the second time I ve left a review for somewhere and I only have good things to say! I apologize in advance for the long review but I hope this helps you.I was incredibly screwed over by my insurance company and they essentially took my vehicle from me after I filed a claim for cosmetic damages. The vehicle I had put thousands of dollars into was taken by (progressive) and I only received $600 from them. I was devastated. That s when I went to IN-N-OUT auto and explained my situation. Jordon Fletcher was a lifesaver. He not only helped me obtain a new vehicle with little to no hassle, but he also helped me deal with progressive when they were being uncooperative. Thank you IN-N-OUT and thank you Jordon for helping me get a new vehicle. You took an extremely stressful situation and made it simple. If I could give this company more stars, I would.
