My experience at the grease monkey In evergreen, Montana was awesome. They had me in and out so quickly. And the fresh baked cookies and the coffee We're very tasty. The lead guy there has always treated me with dignity and respect and always puts out a great product. I'm very Appreciative and thank you very much.

Took my truck in to get my brakes done. I dropped it off in the morning and went and picked it up during my lunch break. I asked them to call me if there was any more work that needed to be done and they did. They are very honest and professional. A great bunch of guys and I will keep taking my truck back there for whatever it is I need. Thank you so much grease monkey I appreciate everything you've done.

This was a great experience, start to finish. The oil change I got was thorough, they told me what they topped up, what was OK, all with efficiency and friendliness. They even vacuumed my car! Professional, respectful, and friendly, so fast, too. The carnation was a lovely touch, I only noticed it as I started to drive away.

The staff was great, but what bummed me out was this....I asked the tech that changed my oil "Do you guys still vacuum the vehicle's & wash the windows inside & out"? He said "We only vacuum now" & I replied "That's great cuz I really needed mine done, thank you very much"! So I pay for the services & leave. I get into my car & it had NOT been vacuumed! I was going to go back inside & say something but decided not to as they were busy. But what did make me feel better was that the tech had placed a long stemmed pretty pink carnation on my dashboard! That was a very nice gesture

I always go here when I need my my oil changed and they are always so nice and professional, so when I realized my tire was super super low while dropping my son off at school, I came here and they checked and aired up all my tires for me, and didn't charge me or anything. And the guy who helped me was very kind. I was here early before they even opened, and he came right out to ask me what was wrong and help me.Service: Tires

Great experience wonderful staff very nice and friendly! They even left flowers for us one on the seat and one on the dash and then pulled the truck right up to the door opened truck door for us and handed us the keys. Love this place great service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Always dependable to get the job done ! No matter if it's just getting new wipers and air in my tires. No matter if it's in Airway Heights WA or Kalispell MT. I can get a full oil service or a reminder of upcoming service needs. It certainly makes a difference when your told , you really don't need services at this time , instead of saying I need something done just so they can make money. That my friend , is why I trust my Greese Monkey service techs ! By the way , Leslie Schwab wouldn't even check the air in my tires !

Not a 5 star this time. Didn't seem as friendly and had to wait in my car for over 1/2 of an hour because they were all at lunch. In their defense,though... It's hard to find good employees and I think that they are spread a little thin. When I did get in though...they were fast and efficient.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I stopped after work yesterday to get an oil change. They were fast in getting me in and out. They have reset my odometer and broke the top off the dipstick. I know it was not broken because I had just checked the oul myself before going in. There was a note on the receipt that the dipstick was broken. You are useing it as a coverup for what you/employees did. I expect to have this replaced as well as well as any other damage doneService: Oil change

Terrible service. I called ahead and specifically asked if I could get my brakes done today. They told me to come on over and they had plenty of time to do it. I came and left the car with them and told them that I wanted my brakes serviced, and they told me they would give me a call when it was done. I waited all day until five minutes before they closed, and still no call. I finally walked back to the shop, and they said it would be $65 for my oil change. Then the guy at the counter said, oh, and did they call you and tell you that you need to get your brakes done? I confronted him and said that brakes were the reason I brought my vehicle in and nobody had called me. He then went on to blame the new guy, and told me that I should drive to the other grease monkey in town. I had already spoken with them and told them that I have an important long distance trip tomorrow and needed my brakes done. Instead, they changed my oil, made me wait around all day, never called me, and then made excuses for not doing the ONE thing I came in for. I wasted my day without my vehicle, I missed my chance to get it worked on elsewhere, and now my vehicle is not ready for my trip. They did nothing to compensate me for the mistake or my trouble other than to tell me to drive across town to the other shop, which does not work on brakes right now anybody to do it.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Sure they changed my oil, but they also didn t put my mud flap/splash guard back on all the way/didn t put all the bolts back in it. They also got a decent amount of oil inside my car. Oh and they didn t even clear the dash code. The most expensive oil change I ve gotten too. lol I m never coming back here.

I liked that these guys didn't try to sell me on everything, the way some oil change places are notorious for doing. PLUS, They gave me a deal that left me feeling good about my visit. Not only that, I left with a beautiful carnation I will definitely return there for my future vehicle services.

Did he asked for David and I was outside when that happened and no one came back to confirm when I came in when they went and park my car other than that they did a good job
