I've only ever had amazing experiences with this shop. My problems are always expertly taken care of and anything I'm not aware of, brought to my attention. Work is done in a timely manner and customer service is always fantastic! I've been bringing my vehicles to this shop for 10 years and my mom did as well.

I have been trying to have some serious work done to a vehicle of mine and after numerous attempts have been made via website, email and phone for 8 months, I ve given up on this business. Can t make an appointment, get a quote on upgrades i want done, or even get an email/call back. Poor customer service skills.

Over the last eight months I've been having a lot of upgrades done to my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Jubal, at Glacier Off-Roads, has been both extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me with all the modifications I want. Jubal and Marlin have done great work that I'm extremely pleased with.

Jubal was amazing!! He was very accommodating to my work schedule, super polite and even returned my van to whitefish for me. He installed a dear guard on my van. Looks amazing!!

Horrible experience. Had them winterize our boat and it hasn't worked since. Jubal, the owner, won't resolve the issue. It has been very frustrating. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was looking at a consignment boat and requested to test drive it. After the test drive I offered, what I thought was,a fair price. Jubal, the salesman and I believe owner, became upset and inferred I had wasted his time. What are they in business for if they don't want to afford a person the opportunity to test a boat before buying it. He was trying to pass off an older, not well cared for, below average boat as a "classic" and became insulted when I pointed out the obvious. My cousin had warned me about his demeanor, but I figured I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I did and will never go back to the business again. He should be ashamed of his customer service!!!

Jubal and his assistant, Gail ordered a Timbren suspension enhancement system for my Tundra. With an appointment, it was installed in a couple hours. Thanks y'all. It has made a big difference in the ride as I pull my travel trailer. Glacier Off Road is NUMBER ONE. WE R GONE TO TEXAS!!

I would never recommend this place!! I went to inquire about buying a light bar for my car and to find out a little more information about light bars before actually purchasing one. The guy I spoke with the first time was very knowledgeable and assured me that they did not have any that I could buy from them directly, that I would have to buy the bar & kit online and bring it in for installation because no places in Kalispell area stock them. I went back a month later to talk to him again and a different guy was in the office and from the second I walked in he was rude and a jerk. I am a fan of buying and supporting local businesses but since the other guy told me they did not have any I could buy from them, I looked some options up on amazon and wanted to get their opinion on it before I purchased the bar & kit. The second guy assured me that the first guy was Not one of their employees and he did not want my business because I was looking to buy the parts online. I politely explained everything to him and he just sat in his chair and said "we don't want your business, you can leave now". I promptly left and will never go back there again. If I could give negative stars I would! AWFUL!!!

Jubal has worked on my cars and boats for years. He has always gone out of his way to make sure I am treated fairly and quickly. I highly recommend Glacier Off Road.

As a vendor doing business at City Beach in Whitefish, you could have a little respect for the neighbors and requests to limit the idling of your truck. We run a diesel for our business and don't leave it running during cell phone calls or waiting around for clients to show up. Too bad your big truck doesn't compensate for your small manners.

Would not recommend this shop for work. Did not have a good experience with the repairs (or lack there of) and after a number of calls and trips back to the shop was not able to resolve the issue. Lost my business for good.
