Excellent buying experience.From the first phone call to the completion, the customer service was above and beyond. I can't think of a single thing that they could have done any better.I'm approximately 1500 miles away, and I will do business with them again, no doubt.

I'll try to make this simple. If you want to purchase a new "toy," go to Fast Toys. But there is one important specific, see Mark.Do not go here without the intention of letting Mark help you. He's the most knowledgeable, honest, easy-going, and puts zero pressure on you whatsoever.Make things easy for you, request to speak with Mark when you plan to pay a visit. There's no reason to see anyone else.Additionally, Andy is awesome and equally pressure-free. Rare to find that in sales these days. I promise you'll be happy with Mark helping you!Thanks Fast Toys and thanks Mark for helping me....Update:Still an awesome place to find a Toy!I even added another ATV to the collection.

Many thanks to FASTOYS. I have been looking for a Ninja 400 KRT w/ ABS across the country and FASTOYS had it. Shout out to Andy for being so awesome to deal with, he and the team are all super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to ride out w/ the Kawa soon, I appreciate it!

Couldn t have asked for a better buying experience! Gordon helped me as soon as I walked in the door and was happy to answer any and all of my questions, he showed me a 2023 Honda CRF300L and didn t pressure me to buy at all no matter how excited he saw I was over it. He made me feel so comfortable with it being my first bike purchase and never pushed me towards something I didn t want or need. Sheree helped me through the whole financing process and explained everything in detail so I understood where every cent was going, at no point did I feel as though she was just trying to take my money and push me out the door. 10/10 would recommend you check them out if you re getting your first toy or adding to your collection because you will not regret it. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help!

I purchased a Kawasaki mule at Fast Toys, in kalispell, montana. Our sales person was Gordon Gideon who helped us through this process. Gordon was very knowledgeable and ready to answer all of our questions. Once the decision was made to purchase a mule, we drove home to get our flat bed trailer. While back at the store Sheree Miller had all the paperwork ready to go. She introduced me to the parts and service center. I highly recommend Fast Toys for their honesty, service and knowledge of their equipment.

I have to say thank goodness for Sheree! We live out of state and during our purchase process the title was lost when shipping to our home state dmv. The only reason we got things settled was because of her. She was incredibly helpful and responsive. You are in safe hands with her!Overall I ve also been pleased with their service department and the work we ve had with other bikes.

This summer I was in the market for a new ATV. I was in town for work from Bozeman. I stopped in just to look, and got to talking with Gordon about a now Honda Foreman. Gordon was very helpful, especially to me as I was walking around with a broken foot in a walking boot and crutches. Within an hour or so I had purchased the ATV, got the financing paperwork done very fast by Sheree (very nice to work with), and Gordon loaded the ATV strapped it down and had me ready to go. Would recommend Fastoys to everyone to do business with. Ken

I came in looking far an atv I could use for hunting as well as plowing snow around the house. Gordon was very helpful in narrowing it down to the right one but more importantly he didn t try to just steer me towards the most expensive model. He took the time to understand my intentions and match me with the setup that would adequately serve the purpose but wasn t overkill. After I made the purchase he went above and beyond to help me pick it up staying after hours so that I could travel from out of town and still be able to get it. His wife was just as helpful with the banking and paperwork end of things as well. Overall great experience and I would send a friend there with no hesitation!

I just traded my 2004 JetSki for a new Honda XR150l and that wouldn t have happened without a great salesperson like Mark. Call ahead, ask if Mark is working. If not ask when Mark is working. You won t be disappointed.

These guys are fantastic to work with. They have a wealth of knowledge that they are happy to share and they ve put up with me coming in over and over just to go over the same engine diagram and kick tires about parts I may or may not want. Definitely worth stopping in!

Way to go Sina!! Have a 06 Honda CR85RB that lost the front sprocket retainer. Nobody would give me the time of day for that $5 part. Sina did and she was sooo happy to help! That s what customer service is to a T! Will be buying all my motor sports products from Fast Toys from now on! Thanks so much Sina!!

A shout out to Mark. Look for him at Fastoys.I stopped by with my 90 year old friend, a super BMW aficionado, who wanted to take a look at some bikes. Mark offered the patience , kindness and respect that Jack needed at that moment. A sales person might look at it as a no sale, why waste my time but Not Mark. I highly recommend asking for Mark, when buying at Fastoys.

Great place to go to get anything you need to do with motorcycles snowcats outdoor recreation parts for a lot of things and buy new motorcycles boats dirt bikes helmets gear very friendly people

I am from Texas and was passing thru on my harley when my battery stopped charging. Fastoys to the rescue! They weren't able to fix the issue but they recharged my battery and got me back on the road. Great team and awesome respect!

I needed a new Kawasaki Mule after totaling mine. I worked with Gordon and after a few mishaps, Gordon worked through them with me and delivered the machine to me 1hr away from Kalispell for the misunderstandings. Misunderstandings happen and it is how they are handled that matters - Gordon handled them appropriately and made my experience with Fastoys a good one.
