Well before business hours one morning I saw and inquired about a Honda Passport that had just popped up on Corwin Honda's website. Almost immediately, sales consultant Jake Lorenzen got back to me, arranged a test drive, and I'd purchased the vehicle by noon that day. The late model, previously-owned lease return had just come in, so needed a set of new tires and some other refreshing. I live in a town 60 miles from Corwin Honda, so Jake offered to personally deliver the car to my home once it had been thoroughly gone over by the dealership. That generous offer of "going the extra mile" sealed the deal for me. Jake is a really nice guy and a consummate professional. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle in northwest Montana. dwk

Working with Jake L. was wonderful from start to end! He reached out to me right away about ordering a new pilot and answered all of my questions quickly, either via phone and email. I greatly appreciated his time, patience and flexibility with the entire car buying process, as I did make a few changes throughout. Jake listened to me and didn t try to sell me unnecessary items for my new pilot. Jake is dedicated to providing his customers with excellent service and he definitely exceeded my expectations.

My wife and I have bought three cars now through Jake. Every time he's done a great job on helping us find exactly what we need, rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle he can. He has a great attitude and is very friendly.He has made shopping for a new vehicle a easy and pleasant experience. Every car we've bought has also been in great working order. I highly recommend asking for Jake at Corwin Honda if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Terran Jackson got me into a car that fit me personally and financially. He did an amazing job and made the whole process easy I would highly suggest him for any new car purchase he does the work to make sure you are 100% satisfied. He also has great communication skill before, during and after purchase.

My husband and me went into Corwin to look at Honda Pilots and we talked to Taylor and he did an amazing job of helping us get into a beautiful 2019 Pilot. He has been so amazingly helpful and has checked on us multiple times to make sure everything is doing great and we are happy. I had an error code come up that ended up being that the battery was going bad and he was the first to make sure that it got fixed quickly. He has went above and beyond helping us with this and made us feel at home. Julie set us up with our loan and awesome payments as well. She has been so helpful as well and has went out of her way to get us the best deal she could. The whole Corwin family are amazing and everyone there is so nice and make you feel very welcomed. I felt so much more at home there trying to buy a car than I have at used car dealerships around the valley.Thank you all for everything and we definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a new or used car. And in the future when we can get another car we will definitely be going to them.

I had been looking for a small pickup. Not sure about used or new. I started working with Jacob L. He was courteous, professional and answered my questions promptly. In the end we found exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the patience and time that Jacob took to find the right fit for me. The whole experience was smooth and seamless. Not the best car buying experience at all and I ve bought many cars in my life ! First they told us cash was king then when we paid with it the manager was all irritated that he had to count it ! The salesman had tunnel vision and didn t really listen to us and our needs all he could talk about was how good the vehicle was and when we pointed out some things that were not listed like major paint damage he had an excuse for everything. Then they tried to force us to buy a 460$ tracking device , lied to us about not being able to take it out then said it was easy and we could do it ourselves! The truck didn t start the next day and we discovered that the battery was loose and the bracket was missing on it which we found hidden in the truck and the battery want even the right size for the truck . It was dangerous to have a loose battery and they said they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle ! It just seemed like they were in a hurry to make a sale and could care less about their customer who was brining cash to support their business. I would never purchase a vehicle from them again .

I worked with Jake on the sale of the car and Justin on the financing side. The whole experience was excellent. They were thorough, attentive, and efficient, which made for a great purchasing experience. I purchased the vehicle online and Jake did a superb job handling my questions and providing key information on the vehicle. Jake was very friendly and patient throughout the buying process. Justin did an excellent job coordinating my loan and getting the paperwork finished in a short timeline. Overall, this was an excellent experience and would recommend working with this crew.

I absolutely LOVE my new Honda CRV hybrid. Jake Lorenzo was the best salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He was terrific in listening to what I was needing, and just pointed me in a direction and answered questions as they came up. I d been looking for a car for a while and was having no luck anywhere else, especially being a first time lender. I messaged Corwin on their website letting them know I d be coming in to look at some cars and they were very quick to respond and help out. Before I even got there Matt king went through everything I was looking for so when I arrived they d have it all ready; I highly recommend him! He was very transparent and was willing to stay late to make sure we were able to find the car we love and that wouldn t be hard on us financially. Matt was quick to respond when I had any questions. and worked with me to get the car to me as soon as possible, but also made sure everything was looked over and the car was spotless. We talked to curt about financing and he made it easy to understand and got us in and out nice and quick. I m very very happy with my new car!!

I recently had my snow tires mounted at Corwin Honda. After the service was completed and I had driven a handful of miles, I noticed an ominous sound while driving at highway speed. Upon further inspection, I discovered three lug nuts missing from one of my front tires! I promptly called Honda and was put in touch with Hayden, my service rep. He apologized for the incident and came over to replace and tighten the remaining lug nuts. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AFTER HAVING TIRES MOUNTED AT HONDA. My daughter's van also had a very loose tire after being serviced at Corwin Honda. Hayden stated that the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was new. I appreciated Hayden's honestly and prompt correction of this potentially dangerous situation, but my trust in Corwin is lacking. Les Mills in Whitefish was sued (and lost) a lawsuit involving incompetent tire service. I hope that Corwin takes my experience seriously and will be more vigilant in their service department. I had hoped for partial compensation for this faulty service which took several hours out of my day to rectify.

Trystan Cooper at Corwin Honda just coordinated the perfect automobile purchase experience. Within minutes of gathering the necessary information about me and my recent vehicle search process, he found the right vehicle, demonstrated his keen knowledge of it by providing me with a brief but useful orientation of various features, managed a friendly negotiation and arrived at a fair price all with a smile on his face and a lilt in his voice. Remarkably, he accomplished all of this in less than an hour. Sorting out my trade-in was even easier. Who knew that buying a new car could be this uncomplicated, and more importantly, this pleasurable.

Our sales rep Terran was fantastic. From the test drive to driving off the lot with our Honda Ridgeline he was helpful and kind. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, and was quick to find out any information that he didn't know off the top of his head. We are loving our new vehicle and would definitely return to Corwin for future purchases.

I took my Honda Pilot in for a oil change and tire rotation when it was under Eisinger and noticed that my tires had indeed not been rotated as I had been charged for.Now they are Corwin so I decided to try them out again for an oil change and transmission flush, and I m regretting that decision. A couple days after having the service done my car started leaking oil. I emailed and called the dealership with no response. I chalked it up as it will probably stop soon as it was just changed. Than I started smelling a burning smell. I took it into my mechanic I ve used on my other cars and found out that the oil plug had as they said, barley been hand tightened I had lost nearly a quart of oil. Not only did I pay Honda of Corwin to change my oil and transmission now I had to pay for their massive mistake.Needles to say I will not be going back there again for any work!

Went to Corwin in January '23 to discuss possibility of ordering a Civic Si. Tyler S. was the first person I met and I could tell he also shared the same passion for the automotive industry and exclusive cars that I do. He got me on the wait list and we talked over the phone quite frequently for months before he finally called and said they had the closest thing to a Civic Si I was probably gonna get; a 2023 Civic Sport Touring in a Manual. Ultimately, Tyler helped me realize that the hatchback would better suit my needs, while still being an enthusiast's car. I live in Bozeman, so pretty much did everything over the phone and the process was very smooth and painless and I really enjoyed working with Corwin because of their clarity and upfront pricing. I was able to make an informed decision at my own pace when it came to buying my first new car at the ripe age of 24! Have put 1000 miles on the car already and cannot be more happy with it and the team at Corwin for their help. Thanks Tyler and the rest of the team for your fantastic service and friendly staff.

They really try to screw you on your trade in so know what your vehicle is worth and don t budge and they ll come up to a fair price. The salesman Conner was overall great. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the night manager tried to offer me $15,000 below a fair trade in price which was frankly insulting.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Corwin Honda, here in Kalispell, Montana. The process was simple, and easy and I did most of it via text message in-between business meetings along with filling out some online paperwork for a credit check.I'm very happy with the experience and it was a pleasure to do business with Corwin Honda. I got the pleasure of working with Trystan! He was great from start to finish! I had been messaging with Trystan for probably a little over a month. He was patient with me while I was in the process of selling my car but also hoping to get into a new car! He checked in with me through the whole process and stuck by until I had sold mine. As soon as I sold mine and was able to move through with getting a new car Trystan made it so easy! He answered every question I had. He went above and beyond to help me get into my dream car that will last me awhile! I am so thankful for him. If you are worried and scared about the process of buying a new car Trystan is great! Worked with Isiah H. On the 19th and purchased a 22 honda passport. It was the smoothest buying experience i have had. He new the answers to everything question. Super knowledgeable. I spoke to isiah a month ago and told him what i wanted. And unfortunately there wasnt one available at the time however! He promised me he would let me know when one was on the way, he kept his word and about 1-2weeks ago called and said one would be in this week. Soon as the delivery truck came in he called me. We shot over there. And watched it come off the truck. This experience was so good and we had so much confidence in all that he Told us about the capabilities, features, Given our life style showed us Accessories that are huge! And will make our life's much easier. I have never been to Corwin Honda before. I was visiting friends in the area and needed and oil and filter change for my 2017 CRV-EX. I was impressed by the service staff and a salesman who throughly educated me on the current CRV Hybrid (Terran, I believe?). I already knew a lot but he clearly had been studying them and knew fare more than I. I was impressed enough by Corwin that I would consider buying my next vehicle from them - and I live in Denver CO.

We bought a 2022 Honda Pilot Touring on Wednesday the 26th and had an amazing dealer experience. I had been in contact with Jake about 10 days ago originally looking at a Civic but then transitioned to talking about looking into a Pilot. Jake was really great leading up to actually going to the dealer and when we got there we were immediately treated with an abundance of kindness.The staff that we encountered was great! They put a movie on for our kids, even gave them some snacks and Jake was so kind to them! A big shout out to everyone we encountered for the great experience. You all are true professionals and I just cannot thank you enough for the experience. I'm also going to single Jake out with a big thank you!
